So as it happens Vlad and Judith have their second baby and its a son
but since their first born girl was named Vladislava after her father
they now want to name this baby boy after his mother
any name suggestions?

Some other possibilities could be Jude, Judiah, Judah. Also, Judd or Judson.
- Jude
- Judas
- Jules
For combining with the a from Vlad:
- Janus - looking back and forward, also since he was born in January
- Jareth
For combing with the a from Vlad and a kind of Eastern European feel:
- Jakub
- Jarek
- Jaromir
- Jaroslav - might be too close to his sister’s name
(in all cases the first syllable pronounced like the German “ja” - at least in my mind 😁)
For having just as many syllables as his sister’s name:
- Jebediah
For showing the importance of lineage (or unimaginative parents):
- Junior
I also thought it could be something like Judislaus if Vlad insists Well maybe not. I like Janus and Jaroslav, maybe also Jaromir, from Greyling's suggestions
They need more babies

I did think of Judas cause I also have feeling he might grow up little dastardly
but at the same time using memorable biblical names makes me little uncomfortable as I like to keep my game free of irl religion
also Judah variation makes me just think of that Lady Gaga song on repeat
actually thats pretty neat now that Judith is officially Mrs Straud she might want to better include her maiden name in the family
never enough Vlad babies is there
and these names are all rather interesting too hmmn lot to think about

...and on. Luckily, Vlad has a very large first name so it offers many options, lol.

It was common, many years ago, for the mother's last name to be used as a middle name. (Genealogy hobbyist here.) It happened in my family line, and that name became very widely used. I think a combo of parts of Judith's full name might work better than the male counterpart to Judith. Something like Wardith or JuWardith.
