In my HoB test save I kicked out the Watsons and plunked down a copy of the Godhouse... and of course an alternate copy of its godly owner to go with it. The very first hatchable egg laid by his very first hen just happened to be a golden one because of course it was. Without my influence, mind you. I didn't even know that could happen. Pretty good omen for the people in that land, methinks.

I’ve been playing for years and have only managed to get one abduction. Ironically, she was married to an alien as well. Is it true that only guys can get pregnant via abduction?
@Apricus Huh, I guess science career really ups the odds because one of my sims just did the "contact aliens" interaction on job the first time and has been abducted 2 times already. No pregnancies yet but they did have too many sims (dogs) in their house the first time so wouldn't have been possible anyways.

This gig got Adeline nominated for a second time. Though she didn't win for her music the first time around. Tomorrow we shall see if she finally won!

I was recently given this advice. I have been playing a singer Sim since GF came out. The ONLY time he won for his music was after I placed him in the Entertainment career. He was asked by his boss to submit some of his music for consideration. Well, he won. Via the popdown notification. Unlike the acting career when your Sim is nominated and invited down to the PBP Studios at seven to see if they won. I felt robbed of the experience. Now, he's won thirteen Best Songs. He went down once without a nomination and won again!
I'm am overjoyed and so very happy I was given this advice, so I thought I would pass it along to you, if getting recognized for the music is important to you as it was to me.
I wish your Sim to "break a leg" and that she wins this time!
