Hi Simmers,
Today starting at 1:00pm PT / 9:00pm UTC, The Sims 4 serves will be offline due to maintenance. The Sims 4 will still be playable offline across all platforms (PC, Mac, PlayStation and Xbox) during this time.
We will notify you once the maintenance has completed .
