You. Dude, I'm like so traumatized about eating now. Apparently, when I eat a sort of carb heavy lunch, I have trouble falling asleep at 10.30pm (my usual bed time) cuz my heart rate gets high. And by sort of carb heavy, I mean like the biggest carb component in my lunch is only a piece of scone. 😥
Last Sunday, I only got to sleep at 1am even tho I went to bed at 9.30pm. So then yesterday (Monday), I was like a zombie but I didn't eat any carb stuff after breakfast and I managed to sleep at like 10.45pm. So thank God for that.
I don't even know how this became like this cuz I rarely had problems falling asleep. It started like 2 weeks ago. And now, it's like my brain has forgotten how to fall asleep. It's awful.
I really don't know how so many people my age go to sleep at 12 or 1am every night. I would die if I have to do that everyday but it's also because I wake up at 5.30am everyday which I think most young adults who go to bed after midnight don't, so ya. 😂
So I can't even begin to imagine eating at midnight. I'd probably not sleep the whole night. LOL.
