Thoughts on Non-Wedding Confetti (Tigers, Peacocks, Masks, etc.)

I'm curious about everyone else's thoughts on the confetti that isn't wedding related. I think the tiger confetti could be related to the fact that the Year of the Tiger begins on the 1st of February. The masks definitely make me think of Mardis Gras-also in February. Both of these could be very celebratory events with big parties and parades.
I'm at a lost with the peacocks and wings though. There's also a piece of confetti above the A in celebrate that looks like a lowercase r with a wing near it. They're close enough and the same shade of purple that I think they go together, but I can't work out what they're meant to be.
Thoughts? Theories?

...Oh dear, no...and if it's accurate, release is 3rd Feb means the gamepack is likely to be released later.
