A mod to unlock historical book writing for ages other than elder?

Does anyone know if there is a mod that changes it to so ages besides elder can write historical books? Or if that doesn't exist, can someone tell me where to find the XML that would need editing to make this possible?
I have a YA sim that I want to write historical books but she can't because of this restriction
