Green gift icon, where from?

Hello. On some CAS items we see an icon that tells us what pack or expansion the item is from, and I have some that are labeled as a green gift icon. I wonder what the icon means. It's also written "designed by insertname", so that leads me to believe it's cc that I picked up from somewhere, but when I share the sim it never gets detected as moded on the gallery, so I'm not sure.

It may be a mod. Otherwise, I think of the gift icon from the free holiday pack, but I figured you would recognize that one.

Yeah the holiday gift is purple, this one is green. I tried 🐸🐸🐸🐸 for a day and maybe it was included in that mod.
It's been removed though, and I don't use mods anymore. And the fact that the game doesn't tag it as cc on the gallery is strange.

Thank you so much! It was driving me nuts.
There used to be a sub-menu to filter out these icons. I don't know why they removed it, it was useful.
