Can someone fix a CAS cc item for me or tell me how to do it myself?

I've been searching the internet for hours for a CAS item similar to the one linked and I can't find anything. When I use the linked item it glitches in game around the feet. I'm not sure if there is a way to fix this. Both the recolor and original mesh glitch while in game.

Is the feet glitch the thing where elongated triangles shoot out the back of the heels? It's a graphics issue.

@Bananas_45 thank you! I was able to fix it by setting my sims to a very high setting.
