I was thinking we could have an expansion pack based on the Phillipines. Here are some ideas I have for the expansion pack:

Phillipean food:

Tapsilog, a dish containing garlic rice, a fried egg and salty-sweet marinated sirloin

Balut is a popular street food consisting of a boiled duck egg with a feathered embryo still inside.

Betute is getting a frog, stuff it with minced pork and deep-fry it.

Inihaw na panga ng tuna- General Santos and Davao City are known for their numerous ways with tuna.
The panga or jaw is often grilled over coals and dipped in sauce of soy sauce, vinegar, chili and calamansi (local lemon).

Empanada de kaliskis
The literal translation of these words is scaly pie.
A traditional meat pie from Malolos, it is a flaky, croissant-like pastry filled with chicken and deep fried.

Leche flan
This is a popular dessert among locals -- an egg and milk-based custard capped off with glistening caramelized sugar.

This is where the Philippines are on a map:

The weather's really hot in the Philippines. but despite that, the Philippines would make a good expansion because it's never been made before.
Also, they have game traditions similar to other countries:
Newspaper Dance

Also known as Stop Dance, this game involves pairs dancing on a piece of newspaper, folding the paper in half in each round until it becomes smaller and smaller. When the music stops, both members of the pair must successfully stay on the newspaper without any of their body parts touching the ground. Key points to winning the game: twisting, lifting, and lying ("My foot is small and delicate enough to fit this tiny paper square!").
