Good coffee and woohoo are the two things that no matter how much of them I have, even if it's every day, I never think, "aw, that AGAIN?!"
I get tired most things quickly and crave change, but good coffee and good woohoo are just as good the 10Kth time as the first.

Interesting question so who else wants to answer it?

Not planning to because all of my immediate family lives with driving distance of each other (several hours maximum).

Do you have any family traditions on Christmas?

I tried it for the first time last year (I made eggnog brownies) and it was amazing!!! :D So yeah. Maybe I should make something eggnog flavored again this year.

Do you want 2021 to end?

It doesn't really matter if I want it to or not because it will end in a few weeks anyway.

Do you think 2022 will be any better than 2020 and 2021?

Errmmm, I think it will be very similar to 2021. No better but no worse.

    Any phobias?
  • SweetieWright_84SweetieWright_84 Posts: 4,120 Member
I wouldn't say phobias, but I'm not comfortable with tight spaces, not scared just don't like them. I say I'm border-line claustrophobic. I also hate anything covering my face.

I was actually trying to de-stress from work, and wound up playing the original Roller Coaster Tycoon, building 2 "puke-parks" (my concept) over two days, and beating those two parks objectives... The first day I played from about 8:30 or 9 a.m. till 5 p.m. B)

I've never touched a jellyfish before and I wouldn't recommend it.

I tried alligator jerky once. Not bad but I prefer beef jerky.

    Probably fish and chips.

What is a common thing to do in your area? (E.g. is your state/ city/ county well known for its music, arts, etc).
  • SweetieWright_84SweetieWright_84 Posts: 4,120 Member
I live in a rural small town in the southern US. There's really nothing to do here. It's pretty common for people to target practice on the weekends. I know, very stereotypical.

I live roughly 20-30 mins from a big city, well big to me but much, much smaller than our capital city.

Nearby towns and counties have different festivals and a theater or two. They also have a historical village that's really fun. Lots of outdoorsy stuff.

There are lots of countryside walks and several beaches near me which are very popular with tourists and locals. No cities within an hour's drive but some nice little market towns.

Same question again. (Am I allowed to repeat my own question?)

I live in a small town (the city itself is small, but serves a much larger population) in south central US that has recently had a downtown renaissance of sorts, so the restaurant/night life has gotten busy. We have a lot of locally owned farm to table restaurants and being off of a major highway, have become something of a foodie destination. There are multiple city sponsored festivals throughout the year with local arts and crafts, and we live on a recreational lake that stays very busy in the summer. Lots of locals have boats. Sports is also big.

    Same question.

What's a word that's hard to type even tho you know how to spell it if you're writing it by hand?

I can't think of anything. Most of the stuff I struggle to spell (typing or writing) are words I don't use very often.

Have you finished your Christmas shopping?
Gallery ID: SweetieWright_84--Save File Thread--Youtube Channel
  • KendranaKendrana Posts: 4,049 Member
No, not all finished yet. I often do it at a time when there's fewer people at the stores. Late in the evening or even on Christmas Eve a few hours before they close.

Do you usually wear formal clothing on holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving?
  • DeKayDeKay Posts: 81,472 Member
No. (For the occasions that I celebrate.) Heck, I even dress casual formal for weddings. XD
