  It is great that you have started a showcase thread for your builds!
  Modern Square is a lovely modern home! Very nice exterior design and great angled front entrance nook! Very stylish interiors! The kitchen design is great! Very nice black and white colour scheme! The island curved workbench counter is great and nice nook area with the sculpture and incense holder. The living room is very nice for Sims to enjoy sitting resting on the sofas watching tv or listening to radio music with sunlight coming in through the windows. The flowers are a nice touch of green. They will enjoy very nice outdoors views through the bedroom windows,
  Modern Loft is very lovely also! The angled glass windows leading out to the pool looks so very great! Very lovely light filled home! The open plan design of the kitchen, living and dining area is very nice! Very nice island stove, workbench and bar stool counter.

  Modern Restaurant is a lovely venue for dining ! The design is very great! Very nice open front entrance area! The type of windows used is very nice and the white colour schemed is stylish! The back patio curtained glass roof outdoors dining area surrounded by water is lovely! The candles are pretty in the patio corners. Very nice indoors dining area! The tables and chairs are stylishly nice and pretty candles on the table. The wallart and the reindeers, mini trees and candles on the wall shelving are nice festive touches
  It is a lovely modern restaurant!

  Lot No.04 MUJI Style Mountain House is a lovely modern home! Very great and stylish exterior and interior design! The home building looks very nice going into the mountain! Very nice windows bringing in sunshine, and great pool and loungers patio. The interior furnishings are very lovely! The styling of the furniture is very great! Very nice white color. The open plan layout of the living areas is very nice.

  Modern Cafe Bar is a lovely stylish modern cafe ! Very great exterior design,and the glass windows walls are very nice. The angled glass doors entry is very nice! Lovely outdoors dining patio area, with pretty candles on the tables. The wood texture of the interior furnishings is very nice, and the design of the stools counter is great! Very nice cafe bar counter area.
