A new world with Lots already made of different terrain levels, so when we want to play with terrain levels it doesnt look weird with the environment, (high from the back and low to the front..) like a Lot on a hill with a view of a sea or a forest..
> I think it should be horse-themed. It would have a new world with lots of barns and areas to ride your horse in. As well as a new aspiration to go with it. Or it could just be an update to the cottage living for another animal to put in the shed. Like the cows and llamas. It would have both English and western riding choices and lots of different breeds of horses. Sounds great to me! let me know what you think?
I really would love to be able to run a hotel/resort like in TS3 Island Paradise. It would fit in so well with the content we have in Sulani, but it would also be super cool if a hotel game pack came with a new world to help differentiate it, like maybe a Prince Edward Island inspired world? Maybe it could even come with new golfing gameplay. The world could ship with three pre-exisiting hotels: a sketchy budget motel, a cute bed and breakfast, and a classy resort. The player would also have the option to build their own from scratch of course. Or maybe the world could be more like Mackinac Island, which would also be another good opportunity to add horses to the game.
My second choice would be more careers, there's never enough.
Sims 4 Coastal Lifestyle featuring house boats, hotels, cliffside living, new artisan hobbies and interactive diving! And a world based on Santorini, Greece (Simtorini)
Generations, more kinds of traits and more family events, things like mid-life crisis and prom nights and stuff. I really want those kinds of things in my game.
I'd like very much a disablities themed pack, to show that also in The Sims people can be different and live happily anyway!
I don't how the Devs can pull it without making fun of us disabled folks, Sims is a parodygame at best, I've been ashamed of my Autism and ADHD among other things my entire life, Why would I want my Sims to go through all that, the very moment my own family mentions my disability, they're pretty much dead to me.

Sorry for this thought for you ... it would certainly not be mandatory to use these features, but it would help, in my opinion, both those who are not disabled to understand more the difficulties of those who are, and those who are to accept themselves more. Just as there's the possibility of choosing sexual preferences, and there are those who wouldn't be happy to remember every day that there are these differences, so it would be a possibility to choose that of disability, not to mock those who are disabled, but to get closer to their world.
I'd like to go to places like Scandinavia (Norse, Vikings) and to Greece (Spartans). Activities for the Vikings such as weaving, metallurgy, farming, fishing and so on. And gear, mead, food, jewelry, livestock, hair, clothing, tattoos to match, room decorations, furniture, fire spit, etc. SKOL!
I'd also like to see a more wide variety of pets in the game and more pet toys and accessories. New Pet such as bunnies, guinea pigs, frogs, snakes, lizards, turtles, TARANTULAS or spiders! And the equipment to go along with them. I have a pet Tarantula (Brazilian Whiteknee Tarantula) and three Jumping Spiders. Jumping Spiders are the cutest spider and fun to watch them stalk their prey. Spiders as pets are easy to care for when you've met their needs and their popularity is increasing. People are getting over their fear of spiders, Jumping Spiders help with that. They can't believe that a spider can be cute!
Thanks for reading this and I hope to see Spiders as pets in a future update, Viking Spiders!

As someone who makes a lot of medieval and ancient history builds, I cannot describe how much I would love this.
The Sims 4 Futuristic Expansion! I cannot explain how much I love TS3: Into the Future. I am beyond hoping so badly for this.
I think a time machine with various worlds based on different time periods would be a win, Plus Sims Medieval seems really popular on Twitter currently, in 2 days I've seen posts talking about that game and honestly I wouldn't mind another Into the Future Pack, an Occult Pack or even Sims Medieval 2.
Since I have noticed that there are monarchies still existing in the world today, I would love to see a Monarchy/Empire expansion pack, replete with a vast kingdom, reigning royalty, esteemed members of the nobility, routine Court functions (conventional or modern) and much more!
Even a commoner Household Sim can have the option to enter into a courtship with an eligible noble or royal, with the intent to marry into nobility or royalty, respectively.
With the added features of Noble & Royal Sim interactions, court intrigue, kingdom/empire administration and dynasty interactions & options, the possibilities are endless.
It’s like The Sims: Medieval, but integrated into The Sims 4 in a modern setting (naturally) and providing endless gameplay.

Even through Casino would be fun, I really doubt EA would go through with a Vegas themed pack.
