Uploading to the Exchange

I wanted to upload all of my Sims to the Exchange, just to be on the safe side. But it only took 5 of my families and that's it. I've seen other Simmers be able to download like 100s of lots and families etc. Why can't I?!

How to get the upload part to work? Or should I use Simshare or something similar?

Maybe the exchange is busy?

If your sim has 3rd party CC(not store items, but custom content) It may not upload.

That must be the problem. I'm addicted to custom content

Don’t assume things you load to the exchange will stay there. They get culled.
