Lovely Newport manor with shingle-style gables, gambrels, turrets and verandas embody comfort and luxury. This large updated traditional 5 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home features formal dining and living rooms, vaulted 2-story great room, library, sun room, multiple fireplaces, gourmet kitchen with breakfast nook, walk-out basement with gym and games room. Landscaped with pool patio, covered hot tub , outdoor dining and more.
Special requirements (subway, parking, registers, etc.)?
A city library that has a good urban but historical college feel, not modern or all glass/concrete. I like the MH library, Gothique library, and Grim's Graveyard but they're a bit over the top (and the wrong size). IRL I love New England and play Storybrook as a NE beach city with all seasons, if that resonates with anyone.
I'd love skill areas or educational stuff for teens, adults, and kids. Computer & study carrells. Maybe art spaces? Museum areas? A science room? A place to put captured snakes? I'll leave that up to the builder's imagination and whatever they wanted in a library as a kid/teen/college student.
-Parking is not necessary, though bike racks would be nice.
-Spawners, plants, & ghosts are welcome. Please no premium content that's too "cheaty" (no multi tabs, wishing well, Tree of prosperity, etc).
-Please no clown or circus set items. No coffee bar or snack area inside.
- I never allow vampires, but other occults might be around.
-I'd love space for the vault, subway, and observatory rugs.

Wow, Newport Elegance turned out so beautiful!! Love how you did those architectural effects at some of the roofing areas and loving all the turrets, balconies and columns along with all the architectural details to the exterior. The grounds are gorgeous and inside, every room turned out great. Really love the master suite colors and wow, that vaulted living room is so impressive. I know you put a lot of work into making this goregous. Got it rec'd and will DL soon.

First, I would really like the manor stairs with the side colonial rail pieces from the Then and Now house found here. I like mediterranean style, southwest style, or beach style/theme, traditional is ok. Please no victorian or modern. I'm pretty open to anything but would really like those stairs and rails specifically. I would prefer for the colors orange, brown, and blue to be prominent throughout (any shade of these colors) with whichever neutral you would like (such as beige or cream or whatever) as needed. No basement and no pool.

I don't need a bot building or inventing area. A small gym area with the ballet barre. Please no more than 1 dining area. An area in the back with a grill, patio furniture, picnic table, and a "party" area (bar etc). No elevators, please.
