Sims 4 Aesthetic in Assets

Hey,

Does anyone know of any articles about how assets in Sims 4 are made? I'm mainly thinking of aesthetics and texturing, but more technical would be welcome too!

Or if you have any observations yourself about how it's done? I'd be interested to hear about it!
