Welcome to The Hourglass: The Blake Legacy
Real quickly, before jumping in.
First if you are coming here from the original Hourglass Legacy page...please unfollow that one and follow this one, as I will be posting here from now on.
Secondly, as with many of the great simlits, this will be a generational story, but told in a slightly different way.
We will begin with Generation 3, and be looking at Generation 1 & 2 in flashbacks.
The first number in each chapter is the Generation the story will be taking place in, and the second number is the chapter of that generation. (example: Generation Three/Chapter One = Chapter 3.1) This is a sort of soft reboot of the original Hourglass Legacy, which can be found
here
For generations, two rival families have struggled to dominate the Red River Hills, that surrounds the Lunar Lakes bordering San Myshuno County, Texas to the south, and Oasis County to the north. Over the next one hundred and fifty years, the communities in the Red River Hills would be built with blood sweat, greed and corruption. Now, the drums of war begin to sound once again. The Prize, three thousand two hundred acres of land outside of Willow Creek, called Newcrest.
Stuck in the crossfire, are the ordinary, everyday citizens who populate the communities around the Red River Hills. They will become unsuspecting pawns in a clandestine war, that will lead to a powerful alliance, that will give rise to a new influence. They call themselves....The Outfit.

I apologize for my lack of posts. I hit a small snag in the narrative, that I have been working out. Unfortunately (in regards to posting) I have not had much time to work. Fortunately (in regards to why), due to all of us getting our vaccinations, my family having been getting together every almost every weekend since the middle of May, time I usually reserve for writing simlits.
I have readjusted my schedule and worked out the snag in the narrative and am back on track, and will be posting the next chapter in the next few days. Afterwards, I am going to try to post every Wednesday (and Saturday as well on weeks I can.)
In the meantime...here is a sneak peek at the next exciting chapter of The Hourglass: Identity Crisis
