Loved the update and I gleaned out of it that Meadow really needs to seriously reconsider her relationship with Magnus...sheesh. He had to calm down instead of a makeout session with Meadow? She needs to ditch him so quick, lol. With the other part, you lost me.

Things are messy.
I have no idea how these relationships will end up.
I am glad for a new page.
8 more installments to go in order to catch up.
Crazy isn't it?
Their university terms have ended and they are back at Smuggsworth prep.
Cassandra is employing a new tactic against the Meadow Thayer.
She is taking Zane to meet mum and dad:
Who wouldn't want to be a part of this family.
Her parent's are awesome. Except when they won't let her have her way.
Bella looks none too pleased to see Zane.
Mortimer and Alexander don't seem bothered by Zane.
Nope! That mother's intuition seemed to have kicked in.
The look on Bella's face even makes me want to give up on the possibility of Zane and Cassandra as a couple.
I think there will be a mother/daughter talk later on that will open Cassandra's eyes.
This is probably his first and last meal at the Goth's house.
He tries to get on her good side,
but she's just happy to see her daughter.
Well, on to Cassandra's next destination.
It requires travel through Sylvan Glade.
It's a nice little short cut.
It's a shortcut to the Magical Realm.
Although Cassandra gave up on vampirism, she's not done with supernatural powers.
She wants to become a spellcaster now.
She gathered the required motes.
It is done.
Now she has supernatural powers without all that icky neck biting and blood thirst.
No idea what Cassandra's future holds now, maybe an idea will come up in the future.
And speaking of the future, I will be having sims graduating from Uni and getting their own homes.
Newcrest has long been considered a solution for that, but it does have quite a bit of upper and mid-tier homes.
I do have some homes that are fine for new couples, but nothing for singles just starting out.
So I added some tiny homes and themed them similar to the architectural material styles of the other homes in the area.
These were container homes, but I removed Eco Living from my game.
Evergreen Harbor was also supposed to be a location for starter homes, but not anymore.
I will be using Henford-on-Bagley as a location for some of my favorite dormies
Perhaps Meadow heard about that little visit to Cassandra's parent's house. She seems highly annoyed here.
Oh and the flirting is setting her off too.
I really don't have much to show for their return to Smuggsworth Prep.
Pizza night for my sims, I don't know why, but I rarely call up for a pizza in TS4.
I did it a lot in TS2 and TS3. Maybe just having someone teleport to your front door instead of drive up takes something out of it.
I did send them out on a vacation to Sulani, but brought them home because I wasn't having any fun.
Perhaps it was too many sims to be enjoyable.
Or I was itching to send them back to Uni for their final term.
Olivia is doing a happy dance for getting some scholarships.
They will be living in my favorite dorm for their final rotation at Britechester U.
Olivia is in, now for the others.
I don't know what to say about this group of dormies.
They just don't seem as interesting as the last group they lived with.
Of course they could be thinking the same about Olivia, Melonie and Yuki.
"All they do is study, study, study. They wouldn't even have a drink with us."
My artists really need to advanced their art skills.
I want them to come out of Uni earn top dollar for their art.
Yes, the focus is on academics this term.
Sorry guys, not interested in interacting at the moment.
Oh, so we do have a practical joker here.
Who has just failed at a joke.
And has really annoyed someone else.
Well this does make things a little more interesting.
Caleb Vatore?
Come on in!
We have never been so glad to see a vampire. This should liven things up.
Oh he's running at vampire speed.
What is he going to do?
Well. I wasn't expecting this.
Do something vampirey.
Ugh!
All these pretty young necks and all he wants to do is watch television?
Time passes on.
And spring is in the air.
In the spring a young man’s fancy lightly turns to thoughts of love…
Magnus Hull enters the Britechester student commons, plants himself in front of Yuki, and gazes at her intensely.
He is available now, since Meadow Thayer has given up on him.
And we do have our chemistry and attraction mods in. What does Magnus Hull find attractive in a woman?
Cas.FullEditMode True?
No?
No, I can't bring myself to flare Yuki's hips and adjust other assets just to entice Magnus Hull.
That would be wrong.
My sims did get in a movie night this term.
That was about it for interacting with the dormies.
And then it was over.
I was happy just to have my first set of sims finally graduate from Uni.
Now they can start their lives as independent young adults.
I must have missed any cap tossing, or diploma waving.
Oh well.
Poor Zaydan and Briceida,
they don't look happy at all.
This might be the high point in their lives...
... and it's over.
Yah know what I am going to do?
I am going to move these two to Henford-on-Bagley, so they can be happy, or miserable together, living life in the country.
We now jump to Nami Kimura on Mt. Komorebi.
She is not leaving to attend Smuggsworth yet.
She's preparing for orientation day before moving in.
Along with Gamma and Cedric whom I have limited control over at the moment.
I have this orientation day for the sake of immersion,
and in case I want to throw a graduation party for the current students graduating from Uni,
I can have connections to the incoming students and invite them to the party:
Meeting with the school counselor/ Foxbury professor is the most important task.
Nami is eager to meet Counselor Hopkins.
Will you two get in here?
[It's like herding cats.]
Okay, formality achieved, you two can wander now.
Zane decides to drop in. He will be here when Nami arrives. Basically an upperclassmen.
I like the distinction between teen and young adult that the Shorter Teens mod adds.
It's very easy to tell who the new arrivals are.
"Nice to meet you, senpai."
I am really happy with how this is all playing out.
Hugs for Yuki Behr.
I have to decide where Yuki, Olivia, and Melonie are moving.
Yuki will move in with her sister initially, but will strike off on her own in a tiny home on Windenburg island.
She's a loner and should love painting in her art studio there.
Now for a tour.
These three will be my first prep students to go on to Foxbury .
So science is the path for them.
Nami was going for a career as a scientist.
But with the Home Decorator career now available, I had her have a change of heart.
She will still be attending Foxbury, because her parents want her there.
Gamma Vareen and Cedric Dortz are going for Physics degrees.
However, Cedrick will become a Mechanical Engineer.
Nami used to be named Ling in another save and she knew Olivia and Melonie well.
My game is basically re-imagining all those sims, so I want Nami to have a connection with these two.
This event is the best solid connection they will have.
The first three are about to leave the nest.
It's over and now they are departing for home.
Apparently Janay was impressed with Nami.
More than impressed.
Well that was surprising and fun.
I look forward to bringing the new students to Smuggsworth.
I'm glad Meadow ditched Magnus...and what a dirty trick Cassandra played with Zane. I knew I hated Cassandra, this proves why, little twit, Ember should have cursed her while she was at it.
The fight and Caleb showing up were hilarious! Great update!
You have got to be kidding me, you took 6 sims to the beach? Thank heavens for autonomy off, huh.
I'm going to be watching for the next one.
In my house, dog hair sticks to everything but the dog.
"Heee... that's why you sent me to college, isn't it?
Peace and quiet? I don't know about that. You were visiting Smuggsworth and Britechester quite a bit for someone craving peace and quiet."
It's going to be wonderful to be home again, mom. Get ready for some changes for the business.
I have an entire notebook of ideas that I have accumulated while at Britechester:
"Ha ha, you'd better not introduce me to your customers as your 'Uppity Assistant!'
Furniture shopping? Yeah, I guess I could use a new bedroom set, but I need to find an apartment first.
Mom, I'm kidding. You get to keep me a little bit longer. I have student loans to pay back."
"Yeah, I'm riding back with Melonie, she's moving to Brindleton Bay, so you will have two daughters to boss around. I'm sure she'll be hanging around quite a bit despite having her own place. We should be there tomorrow morning. Okay, until then. Love you."
"Hmm..."
"There is something seriously wrong back home, Mel'."
"What? With your mom?
How did you come to that conclusion? I could hear her laughter from here. She seemed happy."
"That laughter felt forced. I know my mom. Something is wrong."
"Well, maybe it's not as serious as you think."
"First things things first, put it out of your mind for now.
We need to pack up for the trip."
"Blow it out of your brain, like this: Phhhbbbbbbbtttt!"
"Ha! You and your mind blows."
"Alright...Phhhbbbbbbbtttt!"
The next day, after dropping of Melonie at her new Brindleton Bay home, Olivia arrives at her mom's house."
"Okay mom, take a seat and tell me what's really going on with you."
"Well, there is no fooling you Olivia. Where do I start?"
"..."
"Perhaps I'd better take you there, so you can see it as I did."
They arrived at the beach in Cavalier Cove. It had been ages since Olivia had been here.
They had dressed really nice that day, for a mother and daughter outing.
Her mom stopped here to take her to see her dream home.
She called it Brindleton Bay Blue.
Olivia was a bit overwhelmed at first. It was so large and pretty.
And then she got excited because she thought her parent's had bought it.
But it really was a dream home because they didn't have the money for it yet.
"Mom? Is this about Brindleton Bay Blue?
Did someone finally buy it?"
"Worse than that."
"Come on. See for yourself."
Now Olivia began to feel a knot in her stomach.
Brindleton Bay Blue was very important to her mom.
It was the first time she had seen her mom so obsessed over something.
Other than adventuring and the boutique, but both of those were a means to finally acquire Brindleton Bay Blue.
She wanted it so badly.
Whatever was going on, it couldn't be good.
But what could be worse than being sold? Did it burn down?
"What the...?"
This out of place modern house, flying Brindleton Bay Blue colors, the house no one wanted, is gone.
But her mom wanted it.
Her dream was for the three of them to live in it and enjoy it.
No, more than that, she was to have sisters and brothers. They were going to be a large family.
That part of the dream died with dad.
Dad is gone, the dream house is gone, and the boutique has lost its main purpose now.
So what does this all mean for her mom?
"The builder could not find a buyer for the home as a residence, so they sold the property to Foxbury University."
"Foxbury?"
After all these years of Brindleton Bay Blue not being sold,
they had simply saw it as a sign that the house was theirs and was only waiting for them to come up with the money.
Nothing waits forever. She feels it was foolish of them to think it so.
"They bulldozed it to build a dormitory.
Let's go, Olivia. I can only take so much of this."
Now Olivia feels the loss of the dream.
"This has to be awful for mom.
Dad died trying to get her this house and she was carrying on to make sure it all wasn't in vain.
What doe she have to look forward to now?"
"Me... and the boutique. We have that. I am sticking to mom like glue to make sure she is happy.
Together we should find new dreams."
Olivia, Melonie, and Yuki are the first of my sims to graduate from University and move on to their life of independence.
Olivia will continue to live with her mother and work at the their Fashion Boutique business.
Melonie has chosen to give Brindleton Bay a try instead of moving back to Willow Creek. She can work the comedy scene their and remain close to her best friend. She moved into this tiny home on Whiskerman's Warf.
And I do mean tiny.
So here she is, happily working on her latest comedy routine.
This is her living room/ bedroom.
She probably won't stay here long.
Perhaps she will move to San Myshuno when she has more money.
I have never played in this area until now.
It's nice for a bike ride.
Melonie will eat out here when the weather is nice.
She only has her computer desk inside.
Yuki moved to Crumbling Isle, the island off Windenburg.
As a creative Loner, this location is perfect for her.
Her lottery wining sister helped pay for it.
It's more livable than Melonie's tiny house.
The difference between cozy and cramped.
I was only supposed to set her up so I can get back to my other Uni students, but this place makes you want to play.
I believe Maximus has been on her mind despite his big butts and wide hips fetish.
Fortunately my mods have been taken out and he no longer cares about that.
These two have creativity in common, as well as footwear.
They went to a lounge after dinner and things became intimate.
So they brought it back home.
In the morning, Maximus got up and started a painting.
Dead cow plant, interesting.
He also made breakfast.
And then he was on his way.
Yuki, he made you breakfast!
He didn't just wake up and leave.
He painted you a picture and he made breakfast. HE's a keeper.
She use Maximus' painting for inspiration for her next painting.
He just keeps on giving.
So, Maximus and Yuki, my first official couple that will most likely get married.
But there is more.
The next batch of teens are moving into Smuggsworth to begin their preparation for University.
They need to get to know the Seniors.
I guess I have a two class structure: Freshmen and Seniors.
Nami and Cassandra are wearing the same top.
Okay, fashion in common, that's a start.
It remains to be seen how much fun I can have with an alien in the group.
I hope a Get To Work refresh is next because Gamma could use deeper alien game play.
I like how the seniors take it upon themselves to help out the freshmen.
The do take time out to visit the university campus.
I need to send the to Foxbury. That campus could use some editing playtesting.
Despite a huge disappointment, life must move on for Olivia and Ann Banks.
The mother/daughter team focuses on their fashion boutique business.
Olivia will be quite the Trend Setter. Her mother is mainly a stylist.
Hey!
Did she just swipe something?
Well we will just assist her with a sale and then assist her out the door.
She will be banned upon sight from now on.
Gathering style impressions is necessary for the Stylist career.
I thought I would give Olivia a nice setting to do so.
I edited the Art Museum to give Olivia more subject matter choices.
San Myshuno buildings use only City Living and Base Game content.
We have tons of packs for additional content.
Jungle Adventure is an obvious choice.
There are more areas in here to place more content.
How about a little island culture?
Looking at paintings was this area's main purpose.
This allows more reasons to visit the Art Museum.
I even put in more seating and Research Computer.
Olivia would rather be here than a regular museum or a library.
Olivia Banks, Britechester University graduate, Trendsetter in the Style Influencer Career, and now a young adult, assisting her mom in running the business.
The time has finally come...
...the moment where she puts on the dress.
Her iconic dress that was her signature outfit in a parallel universe.
The year was 2015 in that universe.
I really like the story, but I love the ideas you've given me. Good Lord, why didn't I think of that?? I just finished re-doing the Casba Art Center, ghastly! I separated all the arts and put them in different parts of the Center, but your idea interests me more. Thanks for the inspiration!
So, what is to become of Ann and Olivia?
In my house, dog hair sticks to everything but the dog.

So, what is to become of Ann and Olivia?
Hi!
My next post is on Olivia and her mom.
I am nearly finished with all my posts and I will finally be caught up.
I can start playing again.
I also have a nostalgia post coming up.
I have been looking over their 2015-2017 save and it makes the future with these sims very interesting.
There lives are going to be so different than their other life.
Mt Komorebi
Olivia felt her mother needed a break from work. She also needed to take her mind off the demolished Brindleton Bay Blue dream home.
Her mother did not take much convincing. She was up for some travel and adventure. Selvadorada was out of the question. That place held too many sad memories from her father's passing due to a cursed artifact.
So here they are at Mt Komorebi.
They arrived just before dark and decided to go for a hike instead of sit around the rental home for the rest of the evening.
It's even more peaceful at night. They didn't see any spirits.
Her mom had always been the adventuring type. Leave it to her to want to go off exploring a strange land in the dark.
It began to rain, so they cut the hike short.
They dropped by the Hazakura Lounge for a nightcap.
And they also got a Knight of The Hedge, in Komorebi of all places.
They wanted some local flavor, so there wasn't much point in staying.
That guy could use a straw.
They are staying in the small town of Wakaba and were up bright and early to visit the town square.
There was supposed to be a neighborhood festival today.
Yamachan!
"These are called, 'Simmies?' So cute!"
"What gives? Where is my Simmie?"
"Drop it! Whoaa..."
"Ooof!"
"Some of these machines are fickle. There are plenty of others around Komorebi, mom."
"Mom! Stop!"
The festival turned out to be a celebration for children.
They busied themselves with science and art activities.
"Habane San!"
Olivia met Kotori on her last trip to Mt. Komorebi.
She enjoyed exchanging what has happened since their last parting.
The next day found them in Yukimatsu on the slope of Mt. Komorebi.
"Mom, it's not too late to..."
"To what? Go sledding on the bunny slope? No way. I haven't spent years on a rock climbing machine to pass up this opportunity to do some actual rock climbing."
I believe it's been more than a few years since you've been on a rock climbing machine, mom.
Oh..., did I say a few years? How about a decade and a half?"
"Muscle memory, Olivia. You never forget. It's all there."
"If you say so, mom."
"Whew!"
"That wasn't so bad."
"That one wasn't bad, but this one may be another story. Summit or bust? That busting part has me worried, plus it's getting stormy, mom."
"A Banks never backs away from a challenge, daughter of mine. Carry on!"
"Hey, since when does a Banks not back away from a challenge? Who started that?"
"I did. Today!"
[Olivia Groans]
"I am over the top."
"Great! Right behind you."
"Mom, what are you doing?"
"Taking in the view. It's lovely."
"What? Get your hand back on that rock and get up here!"
"Up and over!"
"Nice break in the weather on this level."
"And this looks like a bust. We started too late and we were too slow.
And... I am really out of shape. How did I let myself go?"
"What are you saying?"
"We're turning back. We won't make it to the top in time. It's no longer a challenge. Indeed, it would be suicide."
"Glad to hear it, mom. Let's go."
"Okay, but I will return, better prepared, for one more adventure."
On the return home, Olivia did notice a change in her mom. That trip work wonders on her. She seems so alive now.
She takes in her room. She should spend time making it more comfortable.
Some color and art would help.
That was not made by her 8 year old self.
The light stays, you never know when that monster might return.
Not that Olivia actually sleep there much.
The boutique has become a home away from home. After a long night of work, it's easier to simply sleep here.
There is plenty to do. They still have a bunch of artifacts to uncover.
Ann considers the office bedroom. She recently replaced the bed with one that added a storage unit.
But this doesn't help with the current situation at all. The room was fine when Olivia was a child.
What is really needed is another bedroom.
It is going to take some planning to find the space for that.
A problem for another day.
She decides to prep the bed, so they can simply climb in after a long day.
"What is wrong with this thing? It's brand ne..."
"Mom?"
The Murphy bed slams down on Ann.
"Mom! Are you okay?"
"Mom?"
Olivia gasps at the sudden arrival of the Grim Reaper.
"No!"
"Nooo, not again!"
Olivia rushes towards the Reaper.
"Please, don't take her. Not this time, not again, like my dad."
The Grim Reaper makes it clear that it is Ann's time.
Boy oh boy, you really caught me off guard with that one! I think I got misty!
Was this death by Murphy bed or planned event, I never know with you.
Well...
It's like this.
I really like Olivia's mom and I was going to give her the chance to alter the original backstory.
She had three trials. The vending machine, the mountain climb, and the Murphy bed.
Olivia actually managed to beg Grim to bring her mother back.
[For those who want to see a happy ending.]
But upon thinking about it, I decided to stay with the original backstory.
I got misty. I enjoyed my time with her family.
[You were crying buckets, buddy. ]
Was not! Shut up!
The Grim Reaper is a very, very busy being. So many souls, so much time.
I was playing my Uni prep-school dorm when the dishwasher and sink broke at the same time.
The maid had arrived first and the repair person arrived a little later. The maid was mopping up the mess from both objects, blocking the repair person, who was complaining.
Eventually the maid mopped up enough water to allow the repair person to fix the objects.
The maid then returned to the spot and started having a fit.
And then...
Dead.
This is your fault.
If you hadn't been harassing her about being in your way, she wouldn't have popped a major blood vessel.
Way to show some remorse there, Zane.
That changes when Grim shows up.
This is the first time I had an NPC die on a residential lot.
We get an urn?
I'll put it in the greenhouse for now.
Cassandra Goth isn't going to allow a chance to chat with Grim to pass by.
He says he's a bit of a Geek and dislikes the color black.
But he just says that so people won't accuse him of being Emo.
And this is when I decided this lot is going to be haunted.
There is a precedent now, and I like the idea of a haunted school.
I didn't think it would start right away however.
What an interesting day at Smuggsworth Prep.
They also had two visitors from the Britechester Dorm.
Briceida Cuevas, the one in the red dress, was the best dormie ever.
She was the source of several entertaining moments while at Uni.
The School Administrator and School Counselor arrive.
You finally have a real problem to manage here, buddy.
The maid showed up the first night for some haunting.
Oh, she's an angry ghost.
That, on top of the other things that will start happening around here, should be interesting.
Meadow Thayer ran to her bedroom.
The angry ghost spent quite a bit of time trying to calm her anger.
She kept failing and seemed to be getting angrier.
She eventually calmed down.
But that didn't stop her from breaking the sink.
I am imagining her wanting the repair person to come back, so she can scare her to death.
She struck up a conversation with a happy spirit on the balcony.
The whole building was startled awake:
Cassandra tried to bribe them into going away.
I forgot that they only wanted handcrafted items.
So she tried a ceremony.
She's a spell caster and skilled up quickly.
But it was interrupted and only made things worse.
One of the spirits must have dropped this goblet.
Zane picked it up and drank the contents.
I put it in the trophy case because it was worth 200 Simoleons.
I should have sold it right away because someone must have taken it and tossed it in the dishwasher, never to be seen again.
I set Meadow to work, knitting up some handcrafted offerings.
They were meh about her knitted cap.
I gave them two more and they decided to leave before she gave them another crappy cap.
We might need more of those.
After knitting, Meadow went to morn at the dead maid's urn.
There was an interaction that would summon one of those Day of the Dead celebrators.
This was new to me, so I gave it a try.
And there she is.
I found that Meadow could ask her for a sugar skull.
She was far off and walking away from the prep-school dorm.
This calls for a bike.
Oh look, it's that secret society sprite cult.
Darn it!
She's gone.
It's okay. Cassandra will summon up another one.
There you are!
"Hey kid, can I have one of those Sugar skulls?"
"..."
"Please?"
"..."
"Pretty please?"
"No!"
"Well, fine! I don't have time for this.
The sun is about to rise."
Wow, this was an all-nighter.
The teens are heading off for school.
And how long had this been here?
Things are about to get worse.
Okay, let's wrap this bit of opportunistic game play up.
My sims are prepping for Uni here, and while entertaining, these spirits are really making it difficult.
There is nothing like a night of terror to bring your sims together.
I love the flickering slights.
The School's administrator and counselor are out of their element with this situation.
They turn to Cassandra who loves this spooky stuff.
This is great, it brings a change of pace to my education game play.
The haunting continues and Cassandra is worn out from it all.
It seems to be escalating:
Yeah, it's getting bad when Guidry shows up.
Cassandra gives him a greeting before going to bed.
Nami is too terrified to do anything about these creepy rock hands.
Gamma shows her how it's done.
You too!
Gamma helps calm her down.
Ms. Hopkins gives it a try.
Only making it worse.
Cassandra is their only hope.
Time to potion up.
A sleep replacement and a confidence potions and she is good to go.
Plus some help from Guidry.
That was a good session.
Now for some clean up work.
Uhm... better leave that one alone.
She doesn't have the energy for another ceremony.
But she can bring in a heavy hitter for the mess around here.
Bonehilda!
They get a break from terror.
The teens are at classes and the Uni students are tutoring students while they wait to return for their final two semesters.
It's time to wrap this up.
Cassandra has maxed the Medium skill.
"Did that do it? Are we done? Are they gone? Is it over?"
I love that animation.
Yes, it's over for you guys.
Cassandra maxed the skill and the lot is peaceful.
All that remains is to send this spirit back to the other side.
And reset the lot type back to plain old Residential.
There was plenty more to do, but I need to get back to playing University.
This was a fun diversion.
I remember her Dark Academia outfits and it all clicked.
My dorm, Discover University's Academics focused gameplay, European themes, and the Dark Academia aesthetic.
The dorm doesn't merely require Dark Academia. It demands it!
Hey, Cassandra Goth.
"Yeah?"
You are in charge of setting things right.
"Oh, I got this!"
Well, you look like... you.
This was a no-brainer.
Now for the number 2 offender, Meadow Thayer.
That girl in the beach wear was number 1.
"Now, to put you in some non-distracting neutrals."
Alright, not bad.
Now to take care of Zane.
The red head is definitely on the list.
And so is this one.
"Just humor me, Zane. You'll look good."
Yeah, making over sims is a part of my Uni game play.
In a word, dormies.
Not as neat as I would like, but it will serve.
So studious looking now.
They look book hungry.
Those dormies.
They look even more out of place now.
"Dark Academia club, assemble."
Okay now, this helps the immersion factor and is a lot easier on the eyes.
Haunted Smugglesworth huh, sounds good. I have not played with the Paranormal pack much, I can't get the sims to stop obsessing over "Attempt Communication." It's to the point that's all they do, so until a mod is created, probably 83bienchen, I just don't play with the ghosts, or whatever EA's named them. Shame.
I liked this update much better than the previous one. I can't talk much, I have a similar situation where I may have to off a sim myself.
I forgot, those styled clothes look great! It isn't my taste, but there certainly is a niche for it.
In my house, dog hair sticks to everything but the dog.

That maid's death was a surprise to me.
It must have been an emotional death, but I have no idea what triggered it.
I am looking forward to getting all my sims out of University.
Once they are all out, I am going to edit everything and try to give all the towns some lore from my experiences with all these sims. And then I will save it as a Master save.
Whenever I want to start a new save and play a single sim, I will start with the master save and save it as a new game.
I don't believe I will ever have this many sims in rotation again. I will probably start with one household and rotate between 2 or 3 more that they become close to.
I am currently enjoying Cassandra, Meadow, and Zane so much in University.
Without mods at that. I reduced their course loads so I can try to expand the time between school work and classes.
Autumn leaves fall inside my dorm to counter the blazing heat of high summer outside.
A new club has been formed as I try to find other things to do besides class work, need management, and having Cassandra use her magic to de-stinkify smelly dormies.
At the moment club activities are being friendly, reading, research, astronomy, and alternative mind states using the bubble blower.
There are books scattered everywhere.
Hmm, I am going to have to interpret that look Katie is giving Gianna.
"What is the point of this? We do this stuff everyday anyway. We don't need a club for it!"
Relax, enjoy the bubble blower.
It's an easy way to build club points so I can buy two more membership slots and other perks.
I would like to get the Archeology skill perk.
But she has a good point,
Something more useful would be a physical activities day.
Everyone is packing on the pounds from all the fatty foods brought in daily.
What would be interesting is to use a parts of the the dorm that is hardly ever used by anyone.
All the science equipment.
I thought it would be fun to finally have a working rocket ship on the property.
Unfortunately no one can interact with it.
It's bugged, or there might be a custom content conflict.
But we still have the science lab.
Being a school focused on Literature and The Arts, there has been no science activities.
I have yet to seen anyone here for a basic science degree. I thought my Dark Academia sims would be greedy for all sources of knowledge and would want to experience scientific research.
Foxbury students would probably heckle them, but it seemed like a fun idea at the time.
So everyone poured in for science.
It was fun and all until there was a scream from Katie Seymour.
She received a particularly nasty jolt.
Is she...?
Oh my god she's dead!
Geez, Grim, take a holiday or something.
As club leader, Zane feels responsible.
He pleads with the reaper for Katie's life.
No deal, Zane.
Noo... I really liked Katie despite her being in the background around here.
Some of these dormies will get homes in the world and I wanted her to be one of them.
Zane collects her remains.
He's a writer. He can write the Book of Life and Bring her back. What an epic tale that would be.
Perhaps even a new romance plot line could come out of it.
Well no, he can't.
Apparently you have to write it before the person dies. Basically an insurance policy with the reaper.
Not romantic.
But Cassandra can.
As a spellcaster, she can bring Katie back.
Cassandra is not skilled enough yet, but I believe Katie is in good hands.
Comments
The fight and Caleb showing up were hilarious! Great update!
You have got to be kidding me, you took 6 sims to the beach? Thank heavens for autonomy off, huh.
I'm going to be watching for the next one.
"Heee... that's why you sent me to college, isn't it?
Love you."
"What? With your mom?
How did you come to that conclusion? I could hear her laughter from here. She seemed happy."
"Well, maybe it's not as serious as you think."
"First things things first, put it out of your mind for now.
We need to pack up for the trip."
"Blow it out of your brain, like this: Phhhbbbbbbbtttt!"
Shhh....
not so loud. They might hear you.
Nami, my favorite over-achiever.
It's 2021 now and she's come full circle.
"Well now, look at you!
He mom is loving it.
The legacy will continue with Olivia.
"Please, just go."
Gone.
Was not! Shut up!
Anyway, she still has Melonie.
Today, I was playing my sims at their university dorm, and I was thinking, wow this dorm is dark.
And, well yeah, it's dark.
But it is all the more so because of my sims and the dormies within it.
So bright and... so wrong.
These sims are a total mismatch for their environment.
And then it hit me--Dark Academia
Just yesterday I was combing the wonderful thread by Netzspannung. She takes all the game clothing and mixes and matches them into outfits.
https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/956513/netz-a-porter-outfits-ready-to-wear-for-your-sims-no-cc-required/p1
No, I did not forget Red.
I liked this update much better than the previous one. I can't talk much, I have a similar situation where I may have to off a sim myself.
I forgot, those styled clothes look great! It isn't my taste, but there certainly is a niche for it.
I will try to update this weekend.
Wow, accidental maid death, at an academy, perfect setting. Couldn't have worked out better if you had planned it.
Cute picture ^^ Love the expression on the bird's face.
"What is that smell?"
"It's you!
Scruberoo!"
Meadow had a shock as well.
Nap time.
