This is my Idea for a new vacation/neighborhood where it is possible to purchase a vacation home or stay in a hotel. There is a ton to do and see here. It combines all the features of previous beach zones with some old favorite activities from Past Sims games. If you have Dining out the Taverna should be a restaurant Lot. It also has little bonus unlocks if you have certain other packs. As a small nod to those who want farming packs check out the Olive Groves & Nectaries and Sheep PasturesSCROLL SLOWLY! There is commentary and descriptions I know it's a lot but its worth your time.

"A Titan Against a Titan!" - I honestly would love to hear that in Simlish as well as
"Release The Kraken!"Map of Mainland Greece, The Cycladic Islands & CreteThe Climate of the Cycladic IslandsSpring, from mid-March to May, is mild and quite sunny, but it's also windy. There are some periods of bad weather which gradually become more rare.
Summer, from June to mid-September, is warm and sunny, but also windy. The Meltemi blows for long periods, especially in July and August, and it's stronger in the afternoon, but can insist also in the evening. In some cases, wind gusts may exceed 70 kph (45 mph). Thanks to this wind, the maximum temperature is usually below 30 °C (86 °F), and even in the hottest periods, when in other parts of Greece the temperature can reach or exceed 40 °C (104 °F), here, it does not exceed 34/35 °C (93/95 °F).
Autumn, from mid-September to November, is initially warm and sunny, but it gradually becomes cooler and rainier. Autumn too is windy: as long as the weather is nice, the Meltemi still blows, while later, the wind blows along with autumnal depressions.
Winter, from December to mid-March, is mild, quite rainy and windy. The wind, frequent and sometimes violent, makes the air feel colder than it actually is. The island is located north enough and close enough to the mainland to receive cold air with some frequency, to the point that there can be cold days, with highs below 10 °C (50 °F), and sometimes even snow can fall.
The Cycladic Islands can get Hurricanes but usually lesser ones.
Ulockables & Inter-Pack FunctionsUnlocks I tried to think of little things that could have inter-pack function that could breath new life into older packs as well as flesh out this one. These are all I could think of that would be somewhat seamless.
Seasons - Weather - Hot & Dry and Windy
Cats & Dogs - Kokoni new dog breed exclusive to this zone. Aegean Cat New Breed for this area
Greek Temple Inspired Dog HouseDog Bed with the Greek Key SymbolDining Out - The Taverna - I think this would come in the form of an unlocked Dining Out style restaurant lot that you can sub out for the one that comes standard. Lets say that the Taverna lot that comes standard is just another food stall on a lot and if you have Dining Out you can go into the pre-mades and replace it with the unlocked restaurant. Also all the food from this pack gets added to the list of foods you can put on the Dining Out Menu
Island Living & Realm of Magic - Poseidon's Blessing for Spellcasters & Mermaids. Also the Dolphin is Greece's national animal. I also don't see why the crab traps shouldn't work here if you had both packs.
Jungle Adventure - New Archeology Zone and underwater archeology
Get to work - Bakery is a new own-able lot type. Not to say that this one won't be available in the expansion if you don't have Get to Work just that it won't be own able on other lots like it would be currently if you didn't have GTW.
Ground Set Hot Tubs - If you have Hot Tubs which I think we all do now if that last one was a Base Game Update

Vacation Excursions - are off site rabbit hole outings you can arrange with the concierge that sends a Sim and any chosen companions for a set amount of time. The Sims 4 General DiscussionI’d love a World inspired by Greek Islands with hammocks and funny looking windmills.
Dive lots and houseboats is still something I’d love to see in this game too.
Sea may rise, sky may fall, My love will never die..
My heart, my heart, My drowning heart, Oh all the tears I've cried
Oh I may weep forevermore, My love will never die..
Also for the CAS I would love to see something more typical Greek, than just instagram model Greek. Just something more realistic with lots of colors and patterns, especially because we have a lot of the "americanized" clothes.
I presented this as a combination between stereotype and abject fantasy because let's face it many of our vacation zones have been a bit lackluster and have less return value. I seek to combine a bunch of new game play ideas, skills, foods, and lots. An idealized version of Greece and its Islands plus adventure components I think will give it a bit more playability than some other locations we've had in the past.
For example I listed the Colossus at Rhodes which isn't technically a Cycladic Island the Labyrinth of the Minotaur at Crete which is also not Cycladic Island but gives us an opportunity for adventure components.
Having the labyrinth and such in game and the more mystical aspects of ancient Greece in my game would open up a ton of options for some of my sims, especially if we can build in the world.
And maybe in keeping with the theme you could get some godly blessings out of the whole thing like the sulani sims have and the blessings you wrote in would be freaking epic, especially since they don't really have things like that in the game yet. Though after what happened with shrines in the snowy escape dlc I worry about if they will ever do anything related to spirituality again >.>
But if they did I can see Athena's blessings giving a bonus to debate skill along with the lawyer judge and political carriers
I'd love to see the Olympic games added personally, that would give fit sims something fun to do, maybe with wrestling and running and various other such competitions
Also if they are willing to add more traditional ancient Greek clothing and armor along with the modern stuff I will absolutely make an ancient Greek themed world, especially if they finally add horses soon
I will absolutely build lots with temples for the gods and small villages full of clubs that are opposed to one another.
And if they wanted to add.. I dunno /demi gods/ to the game (say you build your relationship through worship of a god or goddess to the point where they appear to you and you can start legitimately getting in good with them to the point of romance) I wouldn't complain.. I'd be getting some demi gods in my game
They could add the gods as NPCs that give your sim tasks to do in exchange for different things or to be in a good relationship with them. Like the lady from Eco Lifestyle that asks for a simoleon in exchange for happiness points. But instead of the phone, you would need to summon them some other way to ask for their help.
Same.
actually really wanted this when i was playing ts3 world adventures and one of the tombs had awesome spoopy labyrinth and i was just like "bruh its just really calling for Minotaur rn"
so yeah id be up for that

They are very beautiful. Thats why I'd like the music to be very much apart of the idea
My main quibble is that I would prefer it to be a residential/rental world rather than just a vacation world. But I would take it either way.
Lots of great specific suggestions, OP, though I would be particularly excited by nectar-making and pottery.
Thank you! I gave this a lot of thought and took a bunch of time to find all of the suggestions
So, had to sing that.
