Can't place ATS4 - Around The Sims 4 board games!

Hi, I get an the error message "There are not enough chairs at the table to play a game" when placing chairs to play any board game by ATS4 - Around The Sims 4.

I'm not sure if this means the CC board games from ATS4 are broken, there is something else wrong with my game or something I'm doing wrong. I can place chairs next to a chess table and that works fine.
Please any advice on how to solve this would be great.

Things I have tried so far:

- using bb.moveobject cheat and not using it to place chairs.
- using different tables and chairs,
- also tried placing this in different areas of the location incase it is too close to a wall etc

Screen shots of error message and example of board game are below:

It looks like you are doing the installation steps in the wrong order.

    1) Choose a board game from the Buy Catalog, under Activities / Recreation
    2) Place chairs around the game, and check that they "stick" to it, by moving the game board: chairs should move with.
    3) Type "bb.moveobjects" in the cheat window (open it by pressing Ctrl-Shift-C), and place a table of your choice under the game.
    4) Turn off the moveobjects code by typing it again.

Thank you! I don't remember doing this before, must of been a while since I placed the board games. Your steps worked perfectly. :)
