    Weird graphic glitches in neighborhood

    Hello everyone,

    I was just playing TS2 Ultimate Edition, when I noticed that (with or without mods) my neighborhoods are all messed up. The issue I'm facing is that the ''family cards'' when you click a family in neighborhood view, are all messed up, and some portraits in the neighborhood are empty.
    Also, some lots have this weird black-ish shadow.

    Can anyone help me out?

      It probably is the game itself, on occaison i've gotten black shadows but i use the discs. I know in Graphic Rule Maker, there is an option to help with shadows, you can maybe try that!
