Z: can of course be replaced with where your drive is.
It is a fix for the stuttering and lag issues incase anybody is wondering. I have put it in my game a few days ago and my game performance has been greatly improved. I don't know if it will work for everybody but it's getting a lot of praise and recognition over on twitter.

I just came across that last night myself and will try it later today once I'm off work. I don't really have "lag" or stuttering besides simulation lag, like when they pause when opening the fridge but I'm always up for anything to improve how the game runs.

I didn't have much stuttering (just sometimes loading into a location), but I wanted to test it out. I didn't experience a single stutter when I was playing. Was smooth as butter
Thank you so much. I've been looking for a fix for the past year. Finally came across this and it instantly solves my problem of stuttering and drop to 10fps. Now everything is so smooth and and the max fps!!! XD tyty
