Sadly I doubt it. Many lots in The Sims 4 aren't even connected to a road (expecially in Sulani, Brindleton Bay, Windenburg and now also Henford). Of course the car could disappear in the Sims inventory, that could technically work, but it would look rather silly and unrealistic.
I would say it seems unlikely at the moment, despite it being high up on a lot of people’s lists. I see it being a thing eventually, but not for a long time. I personally don’t want vehicles too urgently, because I don’t like the idea of just driving between loading screens. But at the same time, it makes sense to me that Sims would drive as well as just walk or bike around the worlds.
I am not fussed at all about cars. Wouldn't mind a relevant screenie of relevant area and mode of transport for travelling to and fro between worlds for a loading screen instead of the spinning plumbomb

The Sims 1 had something similar. Depending on which you destination you chose the loading screen changed with the corresponding vehicle that you took. Pretty simple but I always found it cool.

Nope! I've been asking that question forever and all we got were bicycles, lol.
