I caught a goldfish and was able to put it in this pond on a lot I didn't own. I also was able to put the jet ski in it but you can't use it in the pond
I found out chickens might roam inside your home too. If you don't want them to, you have to lock the door using the new interaction "lock for chickens"
Anyone else still not able to download Cottage Living. Its 6:45PM Western Standard Time (Perth, Australia). I am aware of the tech issues but can't find any update as to when will be available.

Ericka is too cute the little birds she's called the early birds cause who cares are fond of soybeans she'll have to get more for them, I missed a pic she downed her custard in like one bite, it's one of the things canned so guess it was good.

I had to completely shut down origin via task bar and boot it back up. I went through my Library clicked on my game and went to extra content where the expansion pack was and clicked on the download button for CL. There are two things for CL (I assume one was due to the Extra content we got from Gnome on the go and the other is the actual expansion pack to download. Give that a try if you haven't already.)
So, set up a family with a chicken coop and the simple living lot trait in Evergreen Harbor and ordered groceries apparently it was strong enough to bring Guidry back from the dead to have him working at a delivery boy. Pffft--literally the only way without cheats to make him live.
Least he got a tip. I do like this new interaction for tipping opposed to the envelope sims would usually tip. (Simoleons are pretty big. Woe onto you if you have a pocket full of them.)
Caught my sim outside wanting to pet a chicken (out in the thunderstorm at that) and it was really cute.
Buuuut then I took a look at the chicken's face and this is chicken is pretty euphoric from all that petting.
'awwww yeeeea right there.' I couldn't quit laughing.
Thought my sim couldn't find a useable counter to work on when her mother asked her to join in cookie as she stood there and spoke, but upon watching it was a bit more than that as it was more like her giving input on what they were making as the animation was different. She was holding a seasoning bottle while talking about the dish.
So, if you ever just think you sim is standing around not helping that's not quite the case.
My farmer/florist Daisy Meadow. She made a fortune by flower arranging and then opened a florist shop. Then Daisy moved to Henford and added farm animals to her already guite nice garden.
I was mega exited for the pack and couldn't wait to get to playing so ofc I spent the first six hours of me owning the pack in build mode making an estate for my current family lmao.
My sim's lot was visited by a brazen fox that routed its way through the front door and out the back door of the house then it sneakily started to stalk the chickens.
The chickens got frisky after the fox visited the coop and stole an egg.
Both food delivery and grocery delivery work in my game, though I am not sure why they couldn't make it so that food delivery leaves food outside your door like the grocery guy does.
