lilsimsie Brad Mondo and i wouldn't call this a YouTuber but the channel i watch most is Best Streaming Moments...which is GTA V Roleplay Clips...(GTA V RP is a big love of mine)
Jentasticsims and DrGluon. Jentastisims has such a nice voice and does really god stories. DrGluon has a fantastic imagination and often very odd stories. A few years back Captain Sauce did very good Sims stories all to be found on YouTube
My list is so long, mostly music, but other than music:
Jacob Michael (LGBT-centric commentary, plus general discourse/discussion on a variety of topics such as living with ADHD)
One Topic At A Time (Reddit commentary, comedy)
The Sauve Show (no, not 'suave' but deliberately Sauve..not sure why, but it's a comedy sketch channel)
Matt and Dan (comedy)
Veritaserum (science adventures)
Red Arcade (gaming comedy)
and sims-related, I like:

And the rest of what I watch tends to be spur-of-the-moment, driven by an interest in something particular, so it doesn't end up being something to subscribe to.

I think Call Me Kevin is my overall favorite youtuber these days. His Twitch streams are fun as well. Ironically, though, I haven't watched any of his Sims videos lol. I'm kind of at the point where I've played TS4 so much myself, I don't really enjoy watching people play it.
I don't have any favorite channel or Youtuber. But I have a bad habit of watching all sorts of stupid videos at 2 am when I should be asleep. Well, for example, I can watch a documentary about pelicans, about where they live, what they eat, how they breed, and who hunts them. Or I can watch DIY videos showing how to make an evening dress from an old T-shirt, or how to make an interior element from a bottle. Or I can watch the top stars who don't shave their armpits. Or I can watch someone who proves that the earth is flat. I don't know how I find such videos and I don't know why I watch them if I don't need them.
Mine are mostly Disney, Lego, and computer game Youtubers. Plus a few toy collectors. And a few singers.
