Glitch or graphics card

I don’t know if it’s a glitch or the graphics card in my desktop computer but my cats don’t have whiskers in my game even in CAS. Graphics are on highest settings.

@baxter_milo What type of Graphics card do you have? I have a EVGA G-force 2080 RTX super XC and I have no problems with pets and sims in CAS 😊

They're gone for me, too.
Now their no-whisker state makes them same with The Sims 2's and The Sims 3's cats!

I have the Nvidia GTX 1060.

@baxter_milo your graphics card should be fine. Have you updated your game? Also know it sounds stupid but have you tried repairing your game 😊

I have the Nvidia GTX 1060.

your card as some are saying may not be the culprit and I am thinking it may be the game.
