Mona grew up fast, but she is super cute, and the time she had in the water is so much fun. And it's nice that Malcolm took on some parenting skills looking after her. And then Melody gets that look...oh my gosh...she is preggers with twins, a boy and a girl. This household is going to be busy! Okay, can someone rescue that fan that is underwater because he fainted from seeing Malcolm? lol No wonder you showed the last woohoo pic...yep...it just takes one time! lol
Wow! What an eye-opener chapter that Bryon's Mom's sister, Sandi was roommies with Naoki's Mom. But then she died, and has a child...well...a teen/YA named Chelsie. And then Hana comes in with the news she is pregges, and of course Bryon is out of the loop. Glad that Randi and Maria got on so well. I guess now the search begins for the missing cousin.
So everything had gone relatively smoothly with their move, and so it was time to officially open the store for business. Jules and Emmett had agreed to invite some friends and family for the grand opening. Jules prepared some cookies before everyone arrived.
Emmett and Jules went down to make sure everything was in place before people started arriving. (Well, Jules was making sure things were in place, Emmett was obviously just staring at her boobs )
And Ruby enjoyed the cookies.
So I just had all three of them mass call a bunch of contacts on their phones and invite them over, and then I waited to see who would actually show up. I could have done something more staged and organized, but this ended up being easier and it was fun to see who actually came
So first Emmett talked to his mom for a bit.
Then Mario showed up, and decided that he would shovel their walkway.
One of Mario's kids came too, and Ruby eagerly greeted her little sister.
And Mario and Ruby had a goofy moment together. (Snapped a picture of this for Ruby to hang up since I realized she didn't have any photos as a kid with her and Mario)
Jules chatted with Sofia for a bit.
"This is a great place you've got here," Sofia told her. "Lots of space too. I was wondering, since we don't have a yard in the city, if you would mind me coming out here to build a new rocket ship prototype I've been designing. I've just been lacking the space to do it properly, but I wouldn't want to invade your space if it's inconvenient." (Just a reminder, because who knows if I ever even mentioned this, but Sofia started off as an astronaut in this save, before going to teach physics and astronomy at Uni, and then I actually had her join the scientist career when they moved back to San Myshuno, so maybe getting Jules into that career won't be so hard)
Jules told her it was no problem at all. She even offered to help build it if Sofia needed a hand
I had opened the store at this point, but there were no customers spawning, probably since I brought over so many of their friends and family members. I was ready to just close it and say they didn't make a sale yet, which wouldn't have been that unexpected with a brand new store, when all their friends and family began leaving, and then it started to fill up.
Kind of weird how kids show up as customers without their parents, but whatever. Perhaps Ruby had told some kids at school to come check out their new store
And before they knew it, every poorly dressed townie wanted to buy something.
They closed up after a while and began restocking.
When they were done, Emmett came up to give Jules a kiss on the cheek. "Well, I'd say that was a successful first day."

I also have installed a mod - thanks to @Ellupelluellu for helping out with that - that will make randoms stop generating, but there's obviously still a lot of sims I need to delete first haha. But hopefully I will have time to do that soon and then it will make more of your sims start showing up too
Very early the next morning Essa and Josh walked over to the community center to use the recycling machine. The neighborhood soybean plants had finally produced enough wax to collect and so had the bees. But, they didn't have enough bits and pieces to make candles. Josh had found quite a few extra objects they couldn't use in the dumpster, so they decided to recycle them to get what they needed.
Afterward, there was still a few hours left before Essa's job interview so the couple walked around the neighborhood and were pleased to find someone selling produce and seeds in their yard at a little farmer's market type stand.
Back home Essa began dipping her first candle.
(Well this seems pretty easy, nothing to it!)
(Yeouch! Man that smarts! Ahh! I spoke too soon.)
Essa would make four candles before she ran out of wax.
Meanwhile Josh planted the seeds they bought and collected some Cricket flour from the bug hotel. Unfortunately, they couldn't use it yet since they didn't have a stove. He'd see if he could find one in a dumpster later.
(He also got a bag of Super Fertilizer from the bug hotel. Was not expecting that to happen! They'll save it to use on any plant seeds they might get more valuable than what they currently have now.)

Josh did some fishing in hopes of catching more fish for fertilizer. In the process he also caught another cowplant seed! It won't be planted though, one beast is more than enough! Sold! *kaching* He went back to the house to see if Essa had returned yet and fertilize the plants.
It had been a few hours since Essa left for the interview, so Josh thought perhaps they'd given her the job and she'd started right away. He wasn't too worried. If something had happened, she would've called him. There was honey to collect so Josh put on the beekeeper's suit and grabbed a few jars.
(Mmm, that looks delicious! Thanks little bees! You did good!)
It was lucky Josh had remembered to wear the suit since the bees attacked and tried to sting him. "Hey! What's the deal guys? I thought we were friends."
Essa finally returned from the interview decked out in her new uniform! She had indeed got the job and started right away. She was thrilled and couldn't wait to tell Josh the good news!
However, her back was killing her. She'd been having braxton hicks faux labor pains for days. But today they seemed a bit stronger for some reason. She must be getting close!
Essa took a walk around the neighborhood in hopes it would help with the pains. She didn't go very far though since it was very hot outside and she tired quickly these days.
Josh had found a dumpster just a few yards away from their house. What a lucky find, now they wouldn't have to depend on just the dumpster at the community center. He hoped to find a stove they could use. Happily he did! Yay! He also found a few other things they could use.
When he arrived back home, he got a whiff of something that smelled like burnt wires and noticed sparks flying from the wind turbine. (Gawd, I hope I can fix this, it's our only source of power!)
(Oh Pfft, piece of cake man. Annnnd, done!)
Good job Josh! I knew you could do it!
Essa was knitting another potted plant holder. She'd already made three, two out on the front porch and one out on the back deck. She planned to make at least 3 or 4 more for outside and later more for inside. And then something quite embarrassing happened.
(Oh man, I can't believe it! I wet my pants. I hope I didn't ruin the rocker, it's the only one we have.)
She then had a pain more powerful than any other and realized she actually hadn't had an accident.
(Wait! I know what happened. My water broke. I'm in labor!)
"JOSH! IT'S TIME!!"

Gonna be a busy weekend here with the 4th of July, lots of family coming in, and then I start school on Tuesday. Gonna keep comments short for this reason - just know that I really do want to say more and I'm loving your updates just as much as I always have I played ahead A LOT yesterday just so I could try to keep up with this challenge once school starts. For me, I enjoy posting everyday, even if I don't have time to play everyday, so I'll see if this method works out for me long term. Might just do big play sessions on the weekends and then split them up into updates for the week, we shall see
Yeah, I guess it really does depend on the angle and the outfit they are wearing for how big their baby bump looks. I just felt like Jules looked huge from some angles in my update today, maybe bigger than Essa and they are both in their 2nd trimester, but honestly, it is hard to tell haha.
I'm enjoying seeing how busy Josh and Essa are with all these eco activities! I especially enjoy the candle making animations. Excited to see Essa in her new career too! And at least they can use that cowplant seed as fertilizer too - I've been doing that lately since one of my plants produces one daily And AHHHHH! Baby time!!!! Funny she thought she peed her pants at first I am seriously so excited to meet their little one(s)!!! Can't wait to see the name(s) you pick too!
Mona is so precious! Seriously, such a gorgeous little girl already, and the perfect mix of both her parents Love the idea to take them to Sulani, since toddlers and Sulani are just the cutest. And omg, as soon as you posted that woohoo pic, I wondered if that's what you were alluding to - and TWINS! Wow, you're gonna have a busy, full house, but I love it, and I can't wait to meet Mona's little siblings. So many babies in the challenge these days! I love seeing these families grow

June 27 - Sakura and Wolfgang's Wedding - The Ceremony - Part 3
With the sound of piano music filling the Von Haunt Estate, Wolfgang and Sakura and the attendants headed to the second floor.
The upper hallway had been beautifully decorated, and guests had left gifts for Sakura and Wolfgang near the table and surrounding the piano. Sakura also saw some red simoleon envelopes, and she guessed that this was from Kado and Jenna, as it was traditional in Mt. Komorebi to give simoleons as a wedding gift.
Sakura took a look around the ceremony area to ensure that everything was in place, and then headed back to the main level with Sergio and Joaquin until it was time for them to proceed upstairs.
Wolfgang stood near the doorway to the ceremony room and looked on edge.
River: "Hey, bro...you okay over there? You look a bit tense..."
Wolfgang: "Yeah...I was fine until that piano music started. I just hope I didn't make a mistake, bro..."
River: "Dude, what are you talking about? You're not getting cold feet, are you? Bro,,,Sakura is the girl for you...she really is...you two are made for each other. Hey, it's just nerves..."
Wolfgang shook his head, "No, it's not that. I know Sakura is the one for me. I just hope I didn't make a mistake in thinking I could sing this song to her as she was coming down the aisle. I am sweating bullets right now, I'm so dang nervous. I don't want to mess it up and ruin the whole ceremony..."
River: "You won't...remember when you sang to her through the door? It's the same thing, bro...just grab that guitar and do your thing. Okay?"
Wolfgang took a deep breath and smiled, "Okay."
Luna came over to speak with Sofia and River and told them that a few more guests needed to be seated and then they would get in the procession line-up.

As more guests filed upstairs, they were greeted and seated by Gunther, River, Sofia or Luna.
Jenna had come upstairs and it looked like she was in a bad mood. Oh! What could have caused this change in her? She had been so happy when she had arrived and now this. Gunther saw her and immediately went over and spoke to her and actually had her laughing. Luna was curious what he had told her. Gunther offered Jenna his arm and brought her into the ceremony room and seated her.

The guests were all seated, and Luna arranged everyone in the order they would walk down the aisle. She spoke to the pianist, and he started to play the procession song. It was a beautiful piano piece called "Unforgettable".
The music started and Wolfgang escorted his mother down the aisle.
He seated her and she gave him a kiss on the cheek. Then, Wolfgang took his place at the wedding arch.
River and Sofia were next, and River gave Wolfgang a thumbs up sign as he sat down. Wolfgang watched as Wolfgang helped Sofia sit down and caught a glimpse of River looking longingly at Sofia. Oh yeah, River was definitely crushing Sofia.
Gunther had Luna's arm in his and they looked so relaxed coming down together. Wolfgang couldn't believe all the small details that Luna had taken care of for the wedding. She was really a true friend of Sakura's. And his brother, Gunther, who normally had his head buried in a book, had surprised Wolfgang by being very out-going and talkative to all of the guests.
There was a slight pause in the procession and Wolfgang knew that Sergio and Joaquin were bringing Sakura upstairs.

Joaquin and Sergio brought Sakura to the archway and Sakura saw Elsa and Lucas. She called them over.
Sakura told Lucas that he looked very nice in his suit, and she told Elsa that she looked very pretty. She smiled at them both and told them that after the ceremony was over, she had a special gift for them for being a very important part of the wedding. They both smiled at Sakura.
Lucas: "Elsa, we should hold hands, just in case you slip or anything, then I can be there to catch you."
Elsa: "Good idea Lucas, because these shoes are kind of slippery on the bottom."
Lucas: "And after this, we get to eat cake!" he said and they walked slowly together through the archway.
And then Wolfgang saw Lucas and Elsa walking hand in hand down the aisle and both of them were walking slowly towards the front scattering the rose blossoms on the carpet. He thought only Elsa was supposed to do that, but knowing these two, they had probably come up with some plan before the wedding. His little brother looked so grown up in that tux he was wearing.
Wolfgang knew that Sakura would be coming out soon, and he picked up the guitar and took his stance, ready to play.

As Lucas and Elsa went through the archway, Sakura was suddenly hit with a bout of nausea and gripped her stomach.
Joaquin: "Oh non! (Oh no) Sakura...you suddenly look très pale (very pale). Sergio, get Sakura un verre d'eau (a glass of water) from the tray there..."
Sakura: "Oh, Joaquin, suddenly I don't feel so well."
Sergio brought the glass over and Sakura took a sip.
Sergio: "Sakura, did you eat anything today?"
Sakura didn't think so and shook her head no.
Sergio searched his pocket and found a mint, and handed it to her, "It's not much, but it should get you through the ceremony. Then we'll get you some food."
Sakura smiled and said she was ready. Sergio motioned for the piano player to end the song.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Joaquin looked into the ceremony room and gave a wave to Wolfgang. Wolfgang nodded and started to play the song he had written.
Wolfgang started singing:
"I found a love for me
Oh darling, just dive right in and follow my lead
Well, I found a girl, beautiful and sweet
Oh, I never knew you were the someone waiting for me"
Sakura was about to step forward through the archway when she heard Wolfgang singing and stopped,
"Oh my gosh," she thought, "He's singing a song to me again..." and all of a sudden, all of the emotions of the day welled up inside of her and Sakura burst out in tears.
Joaquin: "Oh mon Dieu! (Oh my God!) Sakura, it's fine...it is a beautiful song...Wolfgang wrote this for you...il t'aime (he loves you)," he said as he handed her a tissue.
Sergio suddenly had a strange look on his face. Oh no! Now what? It's Lord Bernard making his way to the wedding. Obviously, a late guest. Sergio don't you dare run away! Sakura needs you! Get a grip!
Wolfgang had continued to sing and expected Sakura to immediately come through the archway, and then he thought he saw her, but it was someone else.
And Lord Bernard made his way down the aisle right up to Wolfgang and paused. Wolfgang kept playing and singing and Lord Bernard came over and tipped him, and then promptly left the same way he came.
Gunther to Luna: "Well, that's not something you normally see at a wedding..."
Despite herself, Luna thought it was quite funny. Oh gosh...she hoped Sakura was alright out there.

Back to where Sakura, Sergio and Joaquin were, Sakura was trying to calm down.
Joaquin: "Sakura...listen to me...tu (you) must take a deep breath and "pense à celui que tu aimes" (think of the one you love). But we must "allez" (go), or Wolfgang might think tu ne l'aime pas (you do not love him)."
Sergio: "You can hold onto us. We won't let you fall. Let's go, Sakura. Wolfgang is waiting for you..."
Sakura nodded and took both Sergio and Joaquin's hands in hers.
Wolfgang continued to sing the song but was wondering where Sakura was and why she wasn't walking down the aisle. And before he started to really panic, he saw her step through the archway. And there she was...Wolfgang could hardly believe how beautiful she looked.
"Cause we were just kids when we fell in love
Not knowing what it was
I will not give you up this time
But darling, just kiss me slow, your heart is all I own
And in your eyes, you're holding mine"
Sakura walked up the aisle looking straight at Wolfgang. Just like the time at The Plumbob's concert when she had stage fright and she looked at him and he told her everything would be alright. And as she walked, she listened to the words...the song was about them, and she felt the tears well up in her eyes again.
Sakura made it to the front and Sergio and Joaquin each gave her a kiss on the cheek and then went to sit down.
Wolfgang looked at her and smiled at her, and Sakura could see the tears in his eyes, too, and his voice faltered for a moment, but she smiled at him and wiped her tears.
"We are still kids, but we're so in love
Fighting against all odds
I know we'll be alright this time
Darling, just hold my hand
Be my girl, I'll be your man
I see my future in your eyes"
And Wolfgang was pouring out his heart to her, and Sakura cried again and thought how much she loved him.
Wolfgang was getting to the end of the song, and looked longingly at Sakura as he sang the last verse.
"Baby, I'm dancing in the dark, with you between my arms
Barefoot on the grass, listening to our favorite song
I have faith in what I see
Now I know I have met an angel in person
And she looks perfect
I don't deserve this
You look perfect tonight"
As Wolfgang put the guitar down, Sakura blew him an autonomous kiss.

And Wolfgang immediately came over to Sakura and held her hands in his. And then the ceremony started, and they could hear the piano music start again as they looked at each other.
River stood up and told everyone that Sakura and Wolfgang had prepared a few words to say to each other before they took their vows.
Sakura to Wolfgang: "Wolfgang...my Sofu (Grandfather) told me "He who treads the path of love walks a thousand meters as if it were only one.” I believe this to be true, for when you are in love with the right person, you feel like you can do anything. Nothing is impossible. And that is how I feel with you, Wolfgang. As long as you are with me, I know that I...that we...will be able to do anything together. From the moment we met, you have always been there for me, as my friend...as my love, encouraging me and never giving up on me. And each day when I wake up, I swear I couldn’t love you more than I do right now, and yet I know that I will love you even more tomorrow. I never want to be with anyone else but you, and it is you, Wolfgang, who I want to spend the rest of my life with. I give you my heart and soul, and want to make all your dreams come true. I love you, Wolfgang, and give you my word to love you as long as I live. Wolfgang, this I promise you."
Wolfgang to Sakura: "Sakura...Love is all about taking someone in as is, and not requesting someone to change. You never asked me to change the person I was, and just accepted me. But I did change. Because of you, I became a better person. A person who wanted to be the best I could be with you. Sakura, from the moment I saw you, I was drawn to you. And I believe that there was a greater force that brought us together. And even though we had a rough road to lead us to where we are today, it is a road that I would gladly travel again, if it meant being with you. You are my everything, and my life would not be complete without you by my side. From the start, I have known that you were the only one I ever wanted to be with. And no matter if there are smooth or rough roads ahead, I know, that if we travel them together, our love for each other will ensure that we make it. I give you my heart and soul, and will do all I can to make you happy each and everyday. I give you my word to love you forever. Sakura, this I promise you."
It was now time for the Japanese San San Kudo Ceremony which was sharing sips of sake. (See Notes below for explanation). Sakura and Wolfgang went over to a small table and Sakura poured sake in each of three stacked cups. They each took three sips of sake. When they were done, Sergio and Joaquin (representing Sakura's family) came up and also took three sips of sake, followed by Mila and Gunther (representing Wolfgang's family), who did the same.
Wolfgang also noticed that the table held a loaf of bread, some grain and salt, which was a German tradition for the bride and groom to carry down the aisle. However, Mila thought that having them displayed during the ceremony would be fine and they would toast at the reception and eat some of the salted bread then. These items would bless the couple with bountiful food, and give them wealth and luck in their marriage. Wolfgang smiled and thought of all the traditions that were being brought together during this wedding. He wouldn't have it any other way.
When they were finished, they returned to the wedding arch to exchange rings. Wolfgang called Lucas over, and Lucas smiled and handed Wolfgang the ring. Lucas then proudly returned to his seat. Sakura did the same with Elsa.
Wolfgang looked deeply into Sakura's eyes and held the ring in his hand, "With this ring, I thee wed, " he said and placed the ring on Sakura's finger.
Sakura looked at the ring and smiled at Wolfgang. It was so beautiful.
Sakura then looked at Wolfgang and put a ring on his finger, "With this ring, I thee wed, "she said never leaving his face.
They were now officially married, and Wolfgang was not wasting any time in kissing his bride, Sakura.
The guests stood up and threw confetti at the happy couple.
When Wolfgang and Sakura parted, they hugged, and then held hands as they faced their guests. Wolfgang and Sakura had never felt so happy.
River stood up, "I now present Mr. & Mrs. Munch!" and everyone clapped.
Outside, the piano music had started again, and Wolfgang and Sakura made their way down the aisle together out through the archway into the upper hallway.
Wolfgang: "I love you, my beautiful wife..."
Sakura: "I love you, my handsome husband..."
The ceremony was over and the reception would commence shortly, but for now, Wolfgang and Sakura had nothing on their minds, except each other.

Notes:
Miraculously, when the ceremony started, all the guests actually came and watched. For some reason, Jenna stood up during the entire ceremony, and no-one used the loveseats up front. But I was surprised they all came to watch. I was so focused on getting the screenshots of Wolfgang and Sakura that I didn't get screenshots of a lot of the guests' reactions during the ceremony.
Unforgettable, Nat King Cole, 1951; although I love the Unforgettable version by his daughter, Natalie Cole, 1991, which is a duet with her late father. However, a piano version would have been used at the wedding, as noted here.
The wedding song that Wolfgang "wrote" and sang for Sakura is actually "Perfect", by Ed Sheeran, 2017. There are a lot of wedding songs, but this one has been on my mind for awhile for them. Heck, I even cry when I hear this song, and if you watch the video, it is so heartfelt. I love it. It has Sakura and Wolfgang written all over it.
Japanese wedding gifts are normally money placed in a very elaborate card and envelope.
The quote "He who treads the path of love walks a thousand meters as if it were only one,” is a Japanese proverb.

San san kudo is a sake sharing ceremony that is very common in Shinto Japanese weddings. During this Japanese wedding tradition, the bride and groom take three sips of sake from three stacked cups. After the bride and groom sip their sake, both sets of parents also sip the sake. The ritual is complete after a total of nine sips.
All of the sips have their own meanings. The first three (san) represents the three couples: the bride and groom, the bride’s parents, and the groom’s parents. The second three sips represent the three human flaws: hatred, passion, and ignorance and the last three sips represent freedom from those three flaws.
The phrase “san san kudo” literally means “three, three, nine times” and nine (ku) is a lucky number in Japanese culture.

Traditionally, German brides carry a little bit of salt and bread to ensure bountiful food, and German grooms carry grain for wealth and luck. While a few grains of rice can be slipped into the groom’s pocket fairly easily, the bride has a larger problem. If you’re not thrilled with the idea of cramming an entire loaf of rye into the folds of your wedding dress, you can symbolically “carry” the lucky ingredients by giving a toast with some salted bread at the reception.

Cool they had friends and family for the Grand Opening, but I'm guessing that's exactly why no, or few customers showed up at first. There can only be 20 total Sims on a lot at one time unless you have a Mod. Oh my, that lady with the colorful hair and outfit is certainly interesting. I see a guy with green hair too! Must be your townies just enjoy dying their hair.

Well after reading your post from today, I see what you mean. Jules is a lot bigger than I thought. It is all in the angles and what clothes they are wearing too.
Thanks for saying you enjoyed seeing Essa and Josh so busy doing things, even if they have done them before. I personally enjoy seeing our Sims skilling up, doing various projects and hoped it wouldn't be too boring to read/see. I've had one other Sim do this career, but it's been awhile, so it'll be fun for me to see again how it goes too. Nah, Josh sold it. Too expensive to just use for fertilizer. They needed the money more.
Poor Essa! That happens in real life too, and I've seen it happen to other Sims for real, which I think is a pretty cool touch for the Devs to have added. I've already played for tomorrow's post so I know all the answers to those questions, you'll see soon! \o/
What an absolutely beautiful and touching wedding from beginning to end! I did tear up a little when Wolfgang was singing to her before she walked down the aisle. I love all the traditions you included in the ceremony and the screenshots are gorgeous! Good idea putting a mirror behind the arch, it helped for some fabulous screenshots. Hilarious Bernard appeared to give Wolfgang a tip! Yep, I would imagine that's something not seen at a wedding either. hehe
Seeing Joaquin and Sergio walk her down the aisle put a smile on my face again as well. Just such a sweet thing to do having them stand-in for her Dad as honorary big brothers. I have heard that song 'Unforgettable' by Nat King Cole before, of course, I LOVE IT! But I've never heard 'Perfect' before. I don't keep up with very many current pop stars. Love the lyrics though, it is perfect for them.
Okay, and now I'd like to address the BIG elephant in the room! I have seen that nauseous animation many times and we all know what that means! I had a feeling, as you know, there would soon be the pitter patter of little feet in their lives, and happily my suspicions turned out to be true! I know it's not formally announced yet, I mean Sakura doesn't even know or she would not have drank the Sake, but, Congratulations to both of them! So exciting! I love this, seems almost all our challenge Sims are having children now.

Makes perfect sense you'd want the toddlers in Sulani rather than a smog-filled industrial EL, I agree. Josh is such a sweetheart, he's doing all he can to help Essa and make their lives as comfortable as possible living off-the-grid. I just love him so much, and so does Essa. I like her new work hat too! It looks cute on her. hehe Yep, baby time indeed! I can't wait to post for tomorrow!

Essa slumped down. She'd passed out and wasn't breathing. "Opps! Let me just put that back!"

The Doctor put Essa's heart back and got it going again and was finally able to successfully complete the delivery with no one harmed. Essa quickly dressed again in her own clothes and then held their baby for the first time.
"Hello little one, look at you! You're beautiful! I've waited so long to see you and cuddle you."
"Oh my Gawd Josh, I'm crying, look at her, she's an angel! I'll love you forever my little girl and your sister too!"
Yes, you heard Essa right, they had twin girls! Josh was busy holding and cuddling the other baby girl and trying hard not to cry himself.
"Hi there little one. I'm your Daddy. I love you so much and I'll protect you and your sister with all my heart. Well, almost all of it. Your Mommy has most of it already. But I have a big heart, there's room for both of you in there. Look at your little hands and your little feet. Oh man, here it comes. Sorry if Daddy gets your onesie wet. I'm just happy to meet you."
Josh could not help but lift his newborn daughter to hold her close and softly hug her, rocking slowly side to side and patting her tiny little bottom. He was instantly smitten with both of them and overcome with emotions.
Essa was doing the same thing with their other daughter.
Essa put the baby back in the cradle. It was time to go home.
"You should probably put her back now Josh." "I will."
"In a minute..."
Essa watched Josh cuddle one of their daughters and felt blessed to have such a wonderful man in her life. She could already tell he would be the best Dad in the world. She knew it before, but seeing the tender way he held their baby and the way he softly hummed a lullaby to her just sealed the deal. He was over the moon with joy and happiness, and so was she. It was one of the best moment's of her life.
"Alright, time to go home little one. Mommy and Daddy will see you very soon. I love you!"
(Oh gawd, here come the tears again. He is just the best. I'm so dang lucky!)
Josh put his daughter back in the bassinet and they all went home to begin their lives together as a family.
"I'm so happy Josh. Thank you so much for our daughters, they're beautiful. I love you!" "Thank you, too. We both made those beautiful angels together. I love you so much and I'm so happy I can't hardly stand it! I'm a little scared though, they're so tiny and vulnerable."
"Don't worry, babies are pretty tough. You'll do just fine with them...Daddy." "It's almost just like my dream...Mommy...feels weird saying that, but that's what you are now, a Mom."
"I know, feels weird calling you Daddy too. Maybe we should just stick to Babe and Beautiful." *gigglesnort* "It's a deal! But...I hope they call me Daddy."

Introducing Josee and Jessah Hunter!
I tried hard to come up with names for them using a combination of both parents names. I know for sure one of them is a Spellcaster from the special crib given to her in the hospital. We'll see if the other one is too. Essa already put the onesies on them she and Josh knit and they're so cute! They'll wear a new one every day until they become toddlers.
Congratulations to the proud new parents, Essa and Josh! Go get some sleep you two, you're going to need it!

A few days later, Sofia came over with the materials to start building her rocket.
So Jules helped her, and they made some fast progress. They could have totally finished building it, but I decided to stop them and let them take it bit more slowly. After all, building a rocket in one day just seems a bit too ambitious There's really no rush to get this finished either, since Jules can't even launch it while she's pregnant.

I also realized that Ruby was able to collect her last scouting badge, promoting her to a llamacorn scout! Now I can delete this board and have her quit. I think I made an effort to get like 2 of these badges though haha, the rest just kind of naturally happened, which was kind of cool. Definitely nice not to rush and stress over this activity. Eventually I will age this girl up haha

Sorry I'm late on these, I really wanted to get the recap for last month done before finishing the Day One post, and, as you can tell, it's a.. rather wordy post. However, all is done, and I'm ready to catch up to where I should be tomorrow. Hope this note finds everyone healthy and happy. I've been so happy to see all of the iterations of Jaz being happy in your games. It's so nice to see them smile!
Willow Creek: Day One- Starting Over (Finally a post that needs no warning (except maybe about post length).. welcome to Willow Creek!!)
In the morning, everyone woke up a little blearily, and were called down for a HOT breakfast, unbelievably. The quality of the food was evident in the silence with which everyone ate. They then wandered the house, finding things to do.
Jaz checked in on her twin brothers, happily sleeping in in comfy beds upstairs. They worried about what was going to happen to all of them, but they had to trust that Gemma and Kayla only had their best interests at heart.
All of them were out of school for the day, but at least it was excused this time. At around 8 AM, Kayla showed up to pick up the eldest of the brothers, Myles. She explained that, no matter how hard she tried, she had been unable to get the five of them into the same home, especially at such short notice. She did explain that at least the twins would be kept together. Jaz said nothing, but was secretly glad they hadn’t been placed with Phoenix in the same house.
Myles
Myles found out on the way he had been chosen specially by the family he was heading to, and he wondered why. It turned out they were headed to the fancy side of Oasis Springs, and when Kayla pulled into the biggest house on the block, Myles couldn’t help but let his jaw drop to his chest.
Trying to slick his hair back and smooth his hand me down clothes down, but there was very little he could do to make himself look anything like he belonged here. Why would people like this have asked for HIM?!
Swallowing awkwardly past the huge lump in his throat, Myles trailed behind Kayla and tried to not look terrified.
Inside, he was introduced to his new “Mom”, Nancy Landgraab. She greeted him with a smile, and took him to see where he would be staying with his new toddler foster brother.
There was a big playroom with beds in it at the top of the third floor staircase, with more toys than Myles had seen in one spot in his life.
He was also introduced to his older foster brother, Malcolm Landgraab, who had recently gotten married.
Malcolm’s wife, Ayumi, was entertaining young Shane Landgraab while Myles was given his tour of the house, and waved jauntily at Myles when introduced. After his tour, Myles was given free rein of the house to unpack and explore and get acquainted with his new home.
Kayla bid him goodbye, and gave him her number, saying that if he needed anything, to call her on her cell phone. She then drove back to the Williams’ house to pick up Phoenix.
At the house, Jaz had installed themselves in front of a huge TV in the family room, and was watching cartoons happily, not at all worried that they were alone.
Kayla pulled into the driveway, and called for Phoenix.
Phoenix
Phoenix, on his best behavior for a change, grabbed his stuff and followed Kayla to the car obediently. The trip wasn’t very long, and soon, they pulled into the side driveway of a (in Phoenix’s mind) huge house. His new foster mom, Cecelia Cornwell, was there to meet him with a couple toddlers at her heels.
Trying to play at being well-behaved for a change, Phoenix greeted her nervously.
He then followed her and Kayla to the front of the house, trying not to gawk like a baby.
Walking into the house was an eye-opening experience, and Phoenix couldn’t help it when his jaw dropped at the fact there was an actual formal Parlor in the front of the house.
During his house tour, he found that for the first time in his entire life, he was being given a room to himself, behind a laundry room on the main floor of the house. He looked around, dropped his backpack, and followed Cecelia around the rest of the house.
One of the other kids in the house, Claude, said hello sullenly, but didn’t seem interested in being friendly.
Claudia seemed very shy, and not in a great mood. Phoenix tried not to laugh at the fact that there was both a Claude and a Claudia, and instead sat down to chat with them for a short while.
He managed to get a smile out of Claude, who finally seemed to be warming up to him. Claude led him downstairs after Kayla said goodbye and left Phoenix her card in case he needed anything.
Downstairs, he met Rihana, and Ace. Apparently Bryce and Jade Elaonora (the two toddlers in the family) were taking a nap now and he would have to meet them later. He looked around the playroom in astonishment, and took note of all the fun toys scattered around. This was going to be AWESOME.
Kayla answered the phone on the way back to Newcrest, and had to change her plans in a hurry. The twins would have to be dropped off next because of a prior engagement that their foster parents had forgotten about. She collected the toddlers, strapped them into their car seats, and drove them all the way to San Myshuno.
The Twins
It was the first time the twins had ever been in an elevator, and they followed Kayla with wide eyes, not sure of what to expect. They were more amazed at what was going around them than thinking about the fact that they had been taken away from the only family they’d ever known.
Lana McKinnon, and her husband Enele were waiting outside their apartment with Christy, one of the twins’ foster sisters. Christy seemed cheerfully ready to meet her new foster siblings, and Enele seemed to bond easily with Braydon.
The oldest of their foster siblings, Caitlyn, said hello headed back inside. What she thought of two new additions to the house, nobody could tell, because she hid the faces she pulled as she turned away.
After meeting their new family, they followed Kayla into their new apartment willingly enough, comfortably furnished with children in mind.
They had a small room to themselves, but there was plenty of toys in the rest of the house to keep them occupied.
In fact, their other new sister, Parker, was actually playing in the twins’ new toybox, and invited the two of them to join her without any hesitation.
Relieved to have her afternoon almost over, Kayla headed back to Newcrest for the final trip to get Jaz. Jaz was finally dressed and ready to go by the time Kayla got there, and expressed their worry about their siblings, asking how each of them had fared in their new homes.
Jaz
Jaz was especially worried about Brett and Braydon, who had never been away from family their entire life. Kayla assured Jaz that the twins had been playing happily when she had left, and that Jaz would probably be able to visit them from time to time if they chose.
Jaz chattered happily about their club friends (although they kept Colin’s secret safe) all the way to Willow Creek, explaining how so many people had been supportive of their new pronouns. Kayla was curious, and asked a few questions, but before Jaz was even ready, pulled into the drive of a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood of Willow Creek.
Wendy Judd was the first to meet Jaz, and readily took to using the correct pronouns, to Jaz’s amazement.
Wendy introduced Jaz to her husband, Matt, and a girl named Penny who was, apparently, another new arrival in the household.
Layla Judd, the Judds’ teenage daughter was making some dinner in the massive kitchen, but took a moment to cheerfully say hello to Jaz, also seeming to be perfectly comfortable using Jaz’s they/them pronouns.
While touring, they had to take a detour to find little Jimmy, who was playing stealthily in the toilet in the downstairs bathroom/laundry room. Jaz snickered at his guilty face, and took him by the hand to have him come along for the rest of the tour.
Wendy gave Jaz a grateful look, and led them to the living room, where Jaz met Carlo, who was cleaning up some dishes.
Back in the kitchen, they finally met the last member of the household, Timika, who seemed a cheerful sort of girl. Kayla begged off for the day, leaving Jaz with her card in case Jaz needed her number. This concluded the tour, and Jaz was allowed to drop off their stuff in their new room, and wander the house at their leisure while dinner was cooked.
Jaz’s first priority was spending some time with their new room-mate, Penny. They played some chess for a while, although it was hard to concentrate with the cartoons from the other room being turned up a bit too loud.
Timika apologized, though, and turned things down as soon as she found out that Jaz’s head was actually hurting a bit.
Jaz, however, exhausted both physically and mentally, begged off of dinner and trudged up the stairs to their new room, falling into the comfiest bed they’d ever laid on, asleep before their head even hit the pillow.
Once they had woken up from their nap, Wendy made Jaz a FRESH salad with actual crunchy lettuce (a novelty for Jaz in all ways), and helped them upstairs to bed. The rest of the night passed peacefully, with Jaz too tired to be worried about sleeping in a strange new place. They would have time enough to adjust in the next few weeks.
House Tour I wanted to do a quick house tour, since this is where Jaz will be staying now that we’re into the Willow Creek month. I did not build any of the houses mentioned in this post, although I did update the apartment to make room for the twins, and the Landgraab’s house to make room for their toddler and Myles. All of the other houses were found on the gallery under the search for “foster house” or “foster home”. I did update each to make sure they were appropriate for the children in each home. All of the families except the McKinnon/Akana family (where the twins are) were also found on the gallery. I won’t even go into how long this has taken me to get “just right”, but I will apologize for this post being awfully late.

Update 183 - Watcher Day
I have no plans for opening their store consistently at this point, maybe I should think more about that and try to keep to some kind of schedule haha. Not sure yet.
But for this update, I noticed a pop up skating rink, and decided to have Emmett take Ruby skating (Jules can't skate while pregnant), and then I started noticing just how many sims spawn in this area, so I ended up really just having a fun day scanning the area and seeing who showed up (unfortunately none of your sims showed up today, but a lot of sims that have been a part of Jules' story or from my main save showed up)
Emmett and Ruby enjoyed some skating. In the background, Rose and Carrie's daughter Beatrix did not feel the need to wear her cold weather outfit apparently. Also that's one of Brittany's brothers back there too.
The skate blades were glitching and not showing up for some reason, but Ruby enjoyed herself. She's getting pretty good!
While they skated, I checked in on Jules, who was obsessively inspecting her garden, but she did take a minute to give Pickle a hug
She came to meet Emmett and Jules afterwards though, and they all had some hot cocoa together.
I found Sofia going for a jog around the area, looking quite cold and miserable. Please don't die!
Oh yeah, I totally forgot this was still in her inventory haha.
Next, I noticed that Carrie had shown up to skate.
Beatrix had stopped skating, but was still wandering around the area, still not really dressed in proper cold weather clothing.
Her little sister, Isla, wasn't far either, making totally smart and safe decisions when she stopped to play on her phone in the middle of the road.
And then she almost got plowed down by streetcar...
And there's Rose! Perhaps the whole family did make a trip here together, even though none of them interacted once they got here And poor Sofia was still jogging in the background, thankfully still not dead.
And there was an alien just casually wandering around (She is actually Ruby's friend Zane's aunt. I guess at some point Ruby needs to discover one of her best friends is an alien)
And rest assured, Sofia did not die. Here she is walking to the spawning spot, her skin now a normal color. And there's Kiyoshi in the background
Well, that's it for now. Next time I play, it will be a Sunday in game, so I'm planning to try out that new "summer" concert feature, though obviously it's not quite summer for the Warner-Keyes-Harrison family right now haha.
I love that look that Essa has on your cover shot for July 2. And I always think it's funny when they are dumpster diving and their feet are sticking out. And Essa is doing some candle making...ouch...that hot wax burns. Poor Essa! And they are busy, busy, busy fishing, planting and collecting honey and wax. Funny that Josh is now using the beekeeper suit. Don't worry Josh, the bees hate Wolfgang, too. lol And that handiness skill comes in handy. Glad Josh has it to fix their wind turbines. And then Essa is knitting so nicely on the rocking chair, and her water breaks! It's time!
Oh congrats! Congrats! Double congrats on twins! And the look that Josh has when looking at his daughter! Priceless! Jossee and Jessiah....wonderful names! And one is going to be a spellcaster! Woot! Congrats again to Essa and Josh on the wonderful birth of their twins. Adorbs!
What a wonderful up-date and it was the store's grand opening! Look at the sales she got for her first day! That is pretty fantastic. I had done the Retail Challenge (actually finished that challenge), and I had two stores owned by a brother and sister competing against each other selling different products. It was a lot of fun. Here is a link to my first day of that challenge, but they were working like 16 and 17 hours. lol That challenge was a lot of fun, and I did decorate for Halloween and a wedding theme. Those were my favorites. I think that Jules and Emmett will be really successful in this venture. Congrats! And cool that they will have a rocket ship in their backyard....I wonder what that will mean! lol Really cute shot of Mario and Ruby, and thank you Mario for shovelling the walk so no customers will slip and fall. On and the closet woohoo with Pickles waiting at the door and then falling asleep - too funny! And they are on their way to building a rocket. And congrats to Ruby for becoming a Llamacorn Scout. I really like the Scout career because I do find that they just earn badges naturally, except for a few where they need the watcher's help with.
I see that Mia works fast and now has a boyfriend, Ren, and had her first woohoo! Woot! Congrats Mia! I guess the librarian is a townie. That is how I normally do my rags to riches stories. Makes it fun because you never know what skills they have. I didn't know there was a permanent summer fun holiday added to the calendar. It's winter in my game, so that's probably why I haven't seen it. Looks like Mia had a wonderful time at the local beach (hehehe...Sulani), and had fun at the spirit day at Britechester and got that attend guest lecture done as well. All of the items in the aspiration were pretty easy except the tutoring, which seemed to take forever, but it is available 24-7, so Sakura mainly did that in the evening. And great that Mia is now the most interesting sim in the world. But...we already knew that. Right?

Happy Independence Day to those who are celebrating. We are just enjoying the days off from work and having lunch with inlaws today at a local Italian restaurant. Week 10 Monday
Oh so fun that one of your sims was the doctor who delivered the babies instead of just a random sim! Always special when that happens Aw look at Essa in the baby machine, looking all nervous, and so young with her teen hair style too. I don't use the hospital birth often (since I've experienced a lot of bugs with it in the past, probably mod related, it's my own fault haha) so I've never really taken the time to appreciate the animations and facial expressions, so I did enjoy seeing you capture those! And there's Josh, having the typical dad freak out moment haha. I do find it entertaining that the pregnant sims are always pretty calm, even if they are looking miserable, and then their partners are there acting like the roof is caving in Omg I forgot they accidentally take the heart out before the baby, haha, good way to include that in your narrative, glad that she was able to put it back right away though
AND TWINS! I was wondering if you were actually gonna get multiples! Aw, so exciting, and very sweet to watch both proud parents interact with their little girls. I think it's sweet you decided to combine their names to get the twins’ names. Love the birth certificates right next their bassinets too - that's the one thing I always feel sad about not getting when I don't do a hospital birth. I'm excited to see their little onesies everyday too
My townies almost always have colorful hair, probably because a few of my CC hairstyles that randoms seem to always get come with custom color palettes so I get a lot of wacky colors haha. Hopefully will not be as much as an issue soon since I have that mod to nuke all the randoms now, slowly but surely deleting all the sims I don't want.
Oh yes, as soon as Jules isn't pregnant and that rocket is completely built, they will definitely be joining the 50 mile club
I might consider adding some employees at some point, but I've found it's a lot easier to run vet clinics and retail stores when it's just your own sims doing all the work. I can't remember if you can open a retail shop without being on site to manage it if you have employees - I know you can with a vet clinic. If you can, I was considering just hiring some employees by the end of the month and having Jules and Emmett open it remotely from time to time in the future, instead of getting rid of the store.
Love your daily shot of the wedding! Such a gorgeous winter Winterfest wedding I like that they both got a bit nervous - not to be marrying each other, but just nerves in general since wedding days can be very stressful, even though they are wonderful. I had to wonder though if Sakura being nauseous might be an early sign of a little nooboo on the way? I like that you made it since she hadn't had anything to eat for story purposes, but of course I had to wonder
Wolfgang singing to Sakura as she walked down the aisle was so, so sweet and perfect for him. And their vows! So nicely written - you really put some nice thought into those. I especially appreciated Wolfgang telling Sakura that she made him a better person - she really has helped him grow into the person he is now, and I've loved seeing you slowly develop his character and use him for your story how you have Very nice of you to include both German and Japanese wedding traditions too. Really, such a lovely wedding, your hard work really paid off!

June 28 - Sakura and Wolfgang's Wedding - Reception - Part 4
As Sakura exited the ceremony room, she felt like she couldn't be more in love with Wolfgang. Her heart ached when she gazed at him, and she kept wiping tears away from her eyes. She was a mess. A happy mess. She never thought she could be so happy. She stood looking at the photo of her parents and of Wolfgang's parents, and knew that they had felt the same way on their wedding day.
Wolfgang came over to her.
Sakura: "Wolfgang...that song...it was so beautiful...thank you...when I am less emotional, I would like you to play it for me again..."
Wolfgang: "That could be arranged. For you, Sakura, I would do anything..."
Sakura: "I know that now...I just wish that we had met sooner...maybe even when we were Lucas and Elsa's age. But I was really shy then."
Wolfgang: "What are you talking about? You're still shy now...it's quite cute actually. But, yes, I think we would have been friends when we were kids, too. But...look at those two," he said looking at his brother and Elsa, "They don't have a care in the world."
Sakura: "When they announce that the cake is served, look out. That's all Lucas talked about before the wedding..."
Wolfgang: "Oh, that reminds me, they want us downstairs in five minutes for more wedding photos with the cake. And then we get to share a piece together. That part I am looking forward to because I am starving..."
Sakura: "Oh gosh, you, too? I realized I hadn't eaten all day and I wasn't feeling well before I walked down the aisle, and Sergio had to give me a mint he had in his pocket."
Wolfgang: "Seriously? My mother gave me a linty mint from her purse before the procession because I was feeling faint. Come on then, let's go and get those photos taken...and eat some wedding cake..."

Sakura and Wolfgang stood behind the wedding cake and had their photo taken. This was the cake that Wolfgang's mother had made, and it was beautiful. The wedding topper was two hearts joined together. It was simple and beautiful.
Wolfgang held Sakura's hand over the knife and they cut the cake together.
And then, as was tradition, they fed each other a piece of cake. Sakura closed her eyes and thought it was the dreamiest piece of cake she had ever eaten.
Wolfgang: "Oh gosh! This is good. I am going to have two pieces of this cake put aside to take with us on the honeymoon."
Sakura: "Do you think it would be bad if I had another piece of cake before the meal?"
Wolfgang: "Actually, it's a buffet, so everyone is just helping themselves. I told Luna we weren't having any formal speeches. I will do a short speech, though, to thank everyone for being here, and of course, the wedding party for all their support and help. River did set up a microphone if anyone wants to do a toast or say a few words."
Sakura: "I like that idea. You know...they've set up the other cakes in the kitchen..."
Wolfgang: "I've already got my fork in hand...let's go!" he laughed as they went into the kitchen together.
When they got there, the caterer was in a party mood, and threw some confetti at Sakura. Her hair now had little confetti sparkles in it, but she didn't care.
Sakura: "Wolfgang, you ate that whole piece of cake in one bite!"
Wolfgang: "What can I say, I was hungry! Do you think that you would like to go outside for a moment...to get some air. I just want to be alone with you before I have to share you with everyone."
Sakura smiled at him, "Yes, I could use some air myself."

They headed outside together and the air was crisp. Sakura shivered a bit, and Wolfgang held her to him.
Wolfgang: "We won't stay out long. I just wanted to be alone with you to tell you that you have made me the happiest man today. I love you Sakura."
Sakura: "Wolfgang, I love you, too. But you could have told me that inside. Why did you want to come out here?"
Wolfgang: "Because I wanted to give you your wedding gift..." he said as he did an autonomous caress cheek.
Sakura: "Oh Wolfgang...I have a gift for you, too, but it's at your Mom's house."
Wolfgang: "It's okay, I will open it when we get back," he said as he took a small package from his pocket and handed it to her.
Sakura looked at him and opened the gift and inside was a silver necklace with a key, "It's a key..."
Wolfgang: "Yes...it is a very special key...it's the key to my heart and I'm entrusting it to you...to have forever..."
Sakura felt tears in her eyes again, "Oh Wolfgang...you're literally giving me the key to your heart...oh I love you so much...I will keep it safe."
Wolrfant: "I know you will."
Sakura then did an autonomous action and gave Wolfgang a rose. She must have had one in her inventory.
And this pop-up came up. So very sweet.
Wolfgang: "Sakura, this is why I love you so much. Thank you. Now come 'ere, I think I see a bit of icing on your lips..."

Off to the side near a low wall and hidden behind a tree, a sim stared at the couple.
King Oberon: "My blossom..." he said softly and gazed at Sakura.
Queen Titania: "Yes, it is she...Sakura..."
King Oberon: "Titania, why did you bring me here today?"
Queen Titania: "Your sisters told me she was getting married today, and I know you have always been worried about her, wondering if she had found happiness."
King Oberon: "Yes...that is true..."
Queen Titania: "Well, I wanted you to see for yourself that she is truly in love and has found the happiness that she deserves."
King Oberon: "Titania, did you think I was still in love with her?"
Queen Titania remained silent.
King Oberon: "Oh Titania, when the Quest was on, I was rather confused about my feelings, but when you and the Fairy Godmother brought me back from the dead, my heart was clear. You, Titania are the only one that I love."
Queen Titania smiled at him: "And I have always loved you, Oberon."
King Oberon: "I am glad that Sakura has found happiness, I sense that her very soul is connected with the other. Much like ours, my Queen. Let us go now and let these mortals have their fun..." he said and then they disappeared.

Sakura thought she saw something and turned her head, "Wolfgang, did you see something?"
Wolfgang: "Maybe a few snowflakes, but, no, no-one else is out here. But, we should be getting back, Sakura, or else Luna will be sending a search party looking for us."
Sakura: "Yes, you're right...it wouldn't be good if the bride and groom disappeared on their wedding day..." she said looking up at Wolfgang's face, as they walked back into the estate together.

Notes:
Prince Oberon (now King Oberon) and Titania were in the chapters I did when Sakura was whisked away to the Fairy World of Sylvan Glade and Prince Oberon wanted to marry her. Prince Oberon died on a date with Titania, and in the Final Quest between Titania and Sakura, Titania passed the test of true love. I left it that Titania and the Fairy Godmother had gone off to concoct ambrosia, as the Fairy Godmother determined that Titania was a true Queen. Titania had kept Prince Oberon's promise to Sakura and returned Sakura to her own world, since she did not pass the last Quest of True Love. I thought I would bring Prince Oberon and Titania back so Prince Oberon would see that Sakura was now happy. February-Day 27: Disappearance
As already mentioned, I don't have the Realm of Magic pack, but the necklace and key that Wolfgang gives to Sakura would look like that necklace. Since Sakura was giving Wolfgang a portrait of him in his tux, I had to figure out what Wolfgang would give Sakura, and I thought of this.

June 29 - Sakura and Wolfgang's Wedding - Reception - Finale
The bartender had arrived and guests were ordering drinks and helping themselves to plates of food and pieces of cake.
Sakura headed into the dining room carrying some food and sat down across from Kado.
And more guests are sitting in the dining room eating and chatting.
And look at what a great job Jaz is doing. And still more guests were arriving.
Bryon was looking pretty snazzy in his tux. River was chatting with him telling Bryon the tale of Lord Bernard tipping Wolfgang during the ceremony.
And Essa is upstairs chatting with Morgan Fyres. [Note: I am not sure if this outfit was already done by @Karababy52 or if I put her in this, but she does look really good here.]

Wolfgang took a moment to chat with Kado and Jenna, who were enjoying some cake in the dining room.
Kado: "Wolfgang, now that I've met you, I can see how you and Sakura are right for one another. I know this is your wedding, but I never thought I would see Sakura with anyone other than Kiyoshi."
Jenna: "Kado! This is not the time nor the place."
Kado: "It's true, Jenna, even you said it at the time. But Kiyoshi is too wishy-washy and couldn't commit. I mean, even now, with twin boys, he can't commit to Kaori and ask her to marry him...."
Jenna: "Please, Kado, let us not talk about him. This is Sakura and Wolfgang's day. These two were meant to be. I see such love between the two of them..."
Wolfgang: "It's alright...I guess everything plays a part in how Sakura and I got here today. I know all about what happened...I just didn't know he had twin boys. But, all of that is in the past...and his loss is my gain, so to speak. Sakura is the only one I ever wanted to be with."
Jenna: "Yes! You were determined to win her love. Ahhh...that is so romantic...congratulations, Wolfgang...you are perfect for Sakura."
Kado: "Wolfgang, please know that you and Sakura are most welcome to come and visit and stay with us in Mt. Komorebi."
Wolfgang: "I appreciate that, Kado. Oh...I see Luna waving at me, if you'll excuse me, I have to go. But, it was very nice meeting the both of you."

Wolfgang went up to Luna and she said that Joaquin was very adamant about doing the champagne toast with everyone.
Wolfgang: "Oh yes, a French tradition apparently, to toast the bride and groom with French champagne."
As they all gathered in the entranceway, Joaquin took to the microphone holding a glass of champagne.
Joaquin: "Wolfgang ne voulait pas (did not want) any speeches at the wedding, but, I prepared one anyway. It is a French tradition for the family of the mariée (bride) to make the toast. And since Sergio and I are like Sakura's grands frères (big brothers), and since I am French, I am doing the toast. S'il vous plait, please make sure you have un verre de champagne (a glass of champagne) in your hand. I am going to get all teary-faced when I do this, but mon petite soeur (my little sister) is not so petite (little) anymore. She is a young woman and looks so belle (beautiful) today on her wedding day. And I see how Wolfgang looks at her...and that is le regard de l'amour (the look of love). Ces deux (these two)...they are like a conte de fées (fairytale). And so I lever un verre (raise a glass) to Sakura and Wolfgang, "A toast to l'amour (love) and rires (laughter), and happily ever after....à votre santé! (to your health)."
And everyone raised their glass and shouted, "To Sakura and Wolfgang!"
It looks like even Lady Mimsy joined in for the champagne toast.
Wolfgang took Sakura's hand in his and went to the mircrophone. Wolfgang thanked everyone for coming, and the help of family and friends. He especially wanted to thank his Best Man, River, for encouraging him to tell Sakura how he felt about her. He thanked Sergio and Joaquin for always being there for Sakura. To Sofia and Luna, for being a good friend and looking after all the details of the wedding. To Elsa, for elegantly scattering rose petals with the help of my bother, Lucas...the...um...Ring Defender. To my brother, Gunther, to make everyone feel welcome. And finally, he wanted to thank his mother, for always having faith in him, and giving him his great-great grandmother's engagement ring, which Sakura is wearing now.
Wolfgang: "Thank you to all our friends for sharing in this special day. And to River, Luna, Sofia and Elsa, my brothers Gunther and Lucas, Sakura's big brothers, Sergio and Joaquin, and my Mom, thank you all. We couldn't have done it without you! Cheers!."
And everyone raised their glass and shouted, "Cheers!"
Luna then announced that the Dj had arrived so everyone could head upstairs and Wolfgang and Sakura would have their first dance as a married couple together.

Sofia and River were chatting with Jeb in the upper hallway.
Sofia: "River, I heard what you told Wolfgang on Winterfest's Eve...and I feel the same...I love you, River..." she said, and suddenly kissed him.
Wow! I guess Sofia wasn't going to wait for River to confess his feelings for her and she took the first step. Love is blooming at this wedding for sure.

Sakura and Wolfgang grabbed yet another piece of cake and headed upstairs to the ceremony room and sat down together. And Wolfgang blows an autonomous kiss to Sakura. These two...my heart is melting.
Wolfgang: "Sakura, I don't know if it's lack of sleep, the excitement of the day, or if I'm on a sugar high right now, but I feel euphoric...like I just want to do something wild..."
Sakura smiled at him, "You're not going to streak at your own wedding, are you?"
Wolfgang winked at her, "Well maybe not here...but later,..."
Sakura smiled at him and gave Wolfgang a flirtatious look.

Wolfgang had to use the facilities and Sakura was just about to get up when Luna came to chat with her.
Luna: "Sakura, your friends Kado and Jenna are super nice. They were so happy to stay with us, and wanted to repay the hospitality. So, I'm going on a mini-vacation to Mt. Komorebi and staying with them. Isn't that great?"
Sakura: "Oh Luna, that's wonderful. They both love outdoor sports, and they will show you around. You will have so much fun. And their kids are sweet."
Luna: "Did you know that Kado knows Blaze Snowden? Do you remember him from the Olympics? He got a bronze in snowboarding, and apparently he gives snowboard lessons now. The guy is dreamy. Anyway, I was thinking I might sign up for a few lessons while I was there. You know, just to try out the sport..."
Sakura: "Blaze, huh? I think that Wolfgang actually knows his father, Knox, who is some sort of developer. When you get back from your trip, I want all the details."
Luna: "Sakura, I'm so glad that we're friends. My whole life has changed because of you. I thought I would be stuck in Windenburg forever, and now I am going on vacation to Mt. Komorebi."
Sakura: "Luna, I am glad that we're friends, too. And I can't thank you enough for all your help with the wedding. You will be a fantastic Style Influencer."

As the guests filed up to the third floor, Sakura took a moment to play her mother's favorite song on the piano.

Oh no! Sakura seems to be sick on her wedding day. Luckily Joaquin came to watch her play the piano and let Mila know she was sick. Mila, of course, had some medicine with her. Being a caterer, Mila was prepared as she knew things like this happened at weddings.

As Wolfgang came out of the restroom, River called him over.
River: "Hey bro...so how's it feel to be a married man?"
Wolfgang: "It feels good...real good...." he said smiling broadly.
River: "Ah man...seeing the two of you together...geez...you look happy, dude. Almost makes me want to do the same thing..."
Wolfgang: "Almost? You mean get married?" he said looking surprised.
River: "Yeah...but not like this...I think I would just plan a vacation to an exotic place somewhere and then pop the question...and get married wherever we are...would save costs, too, because like we'd already be at the honeymoon...right?"
Wolfgang: "So...um...is that what you and Sofia are planning to do? Jeb told me he saw the two of you kissing..."
River: "Er....yeah...Sofia actually kissed me. She heard the whole conversation we had on Winterfest Eve. So, we're going out now...and we'll be looking at some hot get-away vacation real soon. Commuting from Oasis Springs to Windenburg is not going to work out too well. But just don't say anything, 'cause her parents always wanted a big wedding for her...but...yeah...it's gonna be real soon."
Wolfgang: "Bro, my lips are sealed...but dude, congratulations. I think I would have wanted to do the same thing...but we went with my Mom's plans. And, I think it worked out really well for us."
River: "It did, bro...and if it hadn't been for this wedding, I might not have gotten up the courage to be with Sofia. So, yeah...best wedding ever, dude."

With Sakura feeling better, she and Wolfgang made their entrance on the dance floor. The music started and it was time for their first dance. As Sakura and Wolfgang looked into each other's eyes, it was pretty obvious to everyone there that they were truly in love.
In fact, Luna gave a shout out, and Bryon clapped. Everyone was really happy for them.
After the dance, Sakura and Wolfgang took a moment to chat with Jules and Astrid.
And Bjorn is having fun on the dancefloor.
Oh and what is going on here? Are Rohan and Morgan flirting with each other? This wedding has certainly brought a lot of couples together.
And then the DJ plays a great tune, and everyone is on the dance floor showing off their moves!.
Woot! What a party! Roxanne joins the dancing.
Wolfgang gets a text message from the gym trainer at the rock climbing gym offering his congrats on his wedding. Wow! Word travels fast!
And there are Lucas and Elsa on the dance floor, and Mila is just looking on smiling. Such a nice shot.
The place is rocking! Melody, Jenny and Jules join in the dancing. Everyone is having a great time!

It was then time for the Italian tradition of breaking a glass. Wolfgang does the honors and literally stomps on the glass and it breaks...into so many pieces it's hard to count them all.
Mia: "Oh! I am so happy, it does look like a million pieces! You are going to be married forever!" she said as she got the broom and dust bin.
And Wolfgang takes Sakura in his loving arms, "Yes, to be with you forever is all I can ever hope for", he says as he kisses her sweetly.
The reception is now officially over and Wolfgang whispers to Sakura that it's time to head to the honeymoon. The party-goers who are left follow them down to the entrance hallway. And before he goes, Wolfgang gives his Mom a hug.
Wolfgang saw his Mom had tears in her eyes: "Mom, thanks for everything."
Mila: "My son, you have grown into a wonderful young man. Now go and enjoy your honeymoon."
And with that Wolfgang took Sakura's hand in his, they waved goodbye to everyone and headed out the door. Their new life together was about to begin.

I wanted to show what an impact Sakura and Wolfgang's wedding had on other sims. So, first, I had Sofia kiss River...and didn't want to have another wedding, so they are eloping. And Luna...dear Luna...because of the wedding, she met Sakura's friends Kado and Jenna, who stayed with the Villareals during the wedding. I thought Luna needed someone in her life, too, so decided she would head to Mt. Komorebi and stay with Kado and Jenna. Blaze Snowden is a sim I downloaded from the gallery, who was on the Olympic Team with Kiyoshi. Maybe Luna will hit it off with Blaze in Mt. Komorebi...who knows. Rohan and Morgan flirting together was an autonomous action on their part which was a nice surprise.
Sakura did get this pop-up to join the Acting Career on her wedding day. And I actually accepted for her, thinking this would be a good way to explain why she went into Acting. She did complete the Drama Career when she was a teen, but at this point I just don't know if I want her to go through that. I feel that Winterfest and the wedding took up a lot of my time, and if she does the Acting Career, I will end up going until the end of July with Del Sol Valley, and that's not what I want. So, I think she is just going to work on it again when everyone else is doing the Vampire Pack, but we'll see. I just play one day at a time, so it makes it tough.
After a long and exhausting day, we finally got back home… But right at our front door, something I vaguely recognised appeared above us. A spaceship, aiming for Naoki.
(Bryon) “Uh-oh…”
(Naoki) “Eh, Bryon? What’s happening?”
(Bryon) “That’s… What happened with you back when Anas kidnapped you. But at least, now you’re conscious.”
(Bryon) “I guess you won't be able to go to bed just yet.”
(Naoki) “But I don’t want this?!”
(Bryon) “I… Don’t think you have a choice, but this is different than last time. I did a lot of research on aliens, just like you.”
(Naoki) “I mean, I know they don’t mean any harm - most of the time! But still, I’m tired…”
(Alex) “I’m tired too.. Can I go to bed…?”
(Audrey) “Yeah…”
(Naoki) “Come on… I also want to go to bed…”
And just like that, the space shuttle went off, with Naoki in it.
(Bryon) “So…”
(Bryon) “Time for bed!!”
(Alex) "So... Tired..."
(Bryon) “Goodnight, both of you. Don’t worry. Dad will be back tomorrow just like nothing happened.”
(Audrey) “We know, dad. We’re aliens ourselves. You should think about selling that satellite dish, because it attracts spaceships like that.”
(Alex) *Yawn* “… Indeed… What if dad comes back… Pregnant…”
As I walked out of the kids room, my face fell down.
(Bryon) “What if Naoki indeed comes back pregnant…? Are we really going through that fuss again…? Wait, no. This is totally different. This won’t happen.”
Some hours later…
Naoki got back from his little trip.
(Naoki) “Whoa, this feels so good! They even gave me a tour and everything!!”
But then…
(Naoki) “And this feels… A little too familiar… Oh boy...”
The next day
Naoki told me what happened the night before, since I already fell asleep when he came back from his trip.
(Bryon) “Wait. Are you saying…?”
(Naoki) “I’m probably pregnant again, yes.”
(Bryon) “Really?”
(Naoki) “Don’t you like that…?”
(Bryon) “No, it’s not like that! I just hope… That you’re going to be alright…”
(Naoki) “Ahhh, don’t you worry about me! I’ve been through this already, and I was just fine! And besides, it’s going to be different from the last time now.”
(Bryon) “Heh. You’re right.”
(Bryon) “But we should probably check in with Noelle. She’s still an alien doctor after all.”
(Naoki) “I agree.”
(Naoki) “It’s my last day of work, so I have to leave now, but you can call Noelle if you want. Ask her how she’s doing too!”
(Bryon) “I will. Have a good last day at work.”
I called Noelle, and she told me that she’d be happy to watch over Naoki’s pregnancy again.
(Bryon) “Oh, but we’re leaving for vacation tomorrow.”
(Noelle) “No problem! I can use my alien powers to come over quickly. I did the same back when you were living in Britechester.”
(Bryon) “Thank you so much, Noelle.”
I also called Johnny to update him about our lost cousin.
(Johnny) “Mom had a twin sister?! Even I didn’t knew that! Yoo, I wanna find that Chelsie-person! I mean, I even found you after all these years. I can also find her for sure!”
(Bryon) “I also want to include Isaius. Although he’s not really our big brother, it feels like he is, so I want to include him like one.”
(Johnny) “I agree! But first, enjoy your vacation, okay? Isaius and I will look into things already, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated too.”
(Bryon) “That’s nice of you. Thanks.”

Noelle and Erwin their daughter is called Alexia, and she just aged up into a toddler.
Just look how cute she is! A hybrid!!
Here we have Johnny and his family. Of course, there's Jess and their adopted kid-daughter India who is now a kid just like Alex and Audrey, but to my surprise, they also got pregnant with twins! Meet Leo (the blond tod) and Aerys (the brown tod). Ahhhh, such a cute family!!

Rene agreed to watch Roo, the mansion and our house while we were on vacation. Since Rene will only clean the house once a week, I brought Roo over to the mansion today.
Rene was watching the news in their theatre.
(Bryon) “Ah, something interesting?”
(Rene) “Hmm, not really… I see you got Roo. You can put her down somewhere.”
(Bryon) “Thanks for doing this.”
(Rene) “Maria really deserves a vacation, and Hana too.”
(Bryon) “What about you?”
(Rene) “Since Katsutoshi isn’t here anymore, I’m free to go where I want. This is vacation already. Also, my girlfriend will come over too.”
(Bryon) “Ahhh, you really have to introduce us one day!”
A room further, Naoki and Hana were being excited that they are now pregnant together. Those two are so weird. Are we really going to take two pregnant people on vacation? Well, apparently we are!
Once we gathered everyone in front of our house, Duane spoke for us.
(Duane) “I’m so happy that you’ll all join me to Sulani! I can guarantee you, it’ll be worth it. Really!”
(Kristine) “Can we pleaaaase go then?? I’m so boooored…”
(Randi) “Kristine, don’t talk like that.”
(Kristine) “Ugh, fineeee…”
(Bryon) “Naoki?”
(Naoki) “Yeah?”
(Bryon) “I think we made the mistake of inviting a teenager with puberty problems.”
(Hana) “Don't mind her! We still got me!"
(Randi) “At least one of the two teenagers isn’t having puberty problems, haha!”

(Duane) “Are you ready to leave?! Because I am!!!”
And just like that, the Saito's and Ellison's went off to Sulani.

Wolfgang and Sakura's wedding - Saved for Later

Emmett and Jules went down to make sure everything was in place before people started arriving. (Well, Jules was making sure things were in place, Emmett was obviously just staring at her boobs
And Ruby enjoyed the cookies.
So I just had all three of them mass call a bunch of contacts on their phones and invite them over, and then I waited to see who would actually show up. I could have done something more staged and organized, but this ended up being easier and it was fun to see who actually came
So first Emmett talked to his mom for a bit.
Then Mario showed up, and decided that he would shovel their walkway.
One of Mario's kids came too, and Ruby eagerly greeted her little sister.
And Mario and Ruby had a goofy moment together. (Snapped a picture of this for Ruby to hang up since I realized she didn't have any photos as a kid with her and Mario)
Jules chatted with Sofia for a bit.
"This is a great place you've got here," Sofia told her. "Lots of space too. I was wondering, since we don't have a yard in the city, if you would mind me coming out here to build a new rocket ship prototype I've been designing. I've just been lacking the space to do it properly, but I wouldn't want to invade your space if it's inconvenient." (Just a reminder, because who knows if I ever even mentioned this, but Sofia started off as an astronaut in this save, before going to teach physics and astronomy at Uni, and then I actually had her join the scientist career when they moved back to San Myshuno, so maybe getting Jules into that career won't be so hard)
Jules told her it was no problem at all. She even offered to help build it if Sofia needed a hand
I had opened the store at this point, but there were no customers spawning, probably since I brought over so many of their friends and family members. I was ready to just close it and say they didn't make a sale yet, which wouldn't have been that unexpected with a brand new store, when all their friends and family began leaving, and then it started to fill up.
Kind of weird how kids show up as customers without their parents, but whatever. Perhaps Ruby had told some kids at school to come check out their new store
And before they knew it, every poorly dressed townie wanted to buy something.
They closed up after a while and began restocking.
When they were done, Emmett came up to give Jules a kiss on the cheek. "Well, I'd say that was a successful first day."

I also have installed a mod - thanks to @Ellupelluellu for helping out with that - that will make randoms stop generating, but there's obviously still a lot of sims I need to delete first haha. But hopefully I will have time to do that soon and then it will make more of your sims start showing up too

Very early the next morning Essa and Josh walked over to the community center to use the recycling machine. The neighborhood soybean plants had finally produced enough wax to collect and so had the bees. But, they didn't have enough bits and pieces to make candles. Josh had found quite a few extra objects they couldn't use in the dumpster, so they decided to recycle them to get what they needed.
Afterward, there was still a few hours left before Essa's job interview so the couple walked around the neighborhood and were pleased to find someone selling produce and seeds in their yard at a little farmer's market type stand.
Back home Essa began dipping her first candle.
(Well this seems pretty easy, nothing to it!)
(Yeouch! Man that smarts! Ahh! I spoke too soon.)
Essa would make four candles before she ran out of wax.
Meanwhile Josh planted the seeds they bought and collected some Cricket flour from the bug hotel. Unfortunately, they couldn't use it yet since they didn't have a stove. He'd see if he could find one in a dumpster later.
(He also got a bag of Super Fertilizer from the bug hotel. Was not expecting that to happen! They'll save it to use on any plant seeds they might get more valuable than what they currently have now.)

Josh did some fishing in hopes of catching more fish for fertilizer. In the process he also caught another cowplant seed! It won't be planted though, one beast is more than enough! Sold! *kaching* He went back to the house to see if Essa had returned yet and fertilize the plants.
It had been a few hours since Essa left for the interview, so Josh thought perhaps they'd given her the job and she'd started right away. He wasn't too worried. If something had happened, she would've called him. There was honey to collect so Josh put on the beekeeper's suit and grabbed a few jars.
(Mmm, that looks delicious! Thanks little bees! You did good!)
It was lucky Josh had remembered to wear the suit since the bees attacked and tried to sting him.
"Hey! What's the deal guys? I thought we were friends."
Essa finally returned from the interview decked out in her new uniform! She had indeed got the job and started right away. She was thrilled and couldn't wait to tell Josh the good news!
However, her back was killing her. She'd been having braxton hicks faux labor pains for days. But today they seemed a bit stronger for some reason. She must be getting close!
Essa took a walk around the neighborhood in hopes it would help with the pains. She didn't go very far though since it was very hot outside and she tired quickly these days.
Josh had found a dumpster just a few yards away from their house. What a lucky find, now they wouldn't have to depend on just the dumpster at the community center. He hoped to find a stove they could use. Happily he did! Yay! He also found a few other things they could use.
When he arrived back home, he got a whiff of something that smelled like burnt wires and noticed sparks flying from the wind turbine.
(Gawd, I hope I can fix this, it's our only source of power!)
(Oh Pfft, piece of cake man. Annnnd, done!)
Good job Josh! I knew you could do it!
Essa was knitting another potted plant holder. She'd already made three, two out on the front porch and one out on the back deck. She planned to make at least 3 or 4 more for outside and later more for inside. And then something quite embarrassing happened.
(Oh man, I can't believe it! I wet my pants. I hope I didn't ruin the rocker, it's the only one we have.)
She then had a pain more powerful than any other and realized she actually hadn't had an accident.
(Wait! I know what happened. My water broke. I'm in labor!)
"JOSH! IT'S TIME!!"

I'm enjoying seeing how busy Josh and Essa are with all these eco activities! I especially enjoy the candle making animations. Excited to see Essa in her new career too! And at least they can use that cowplant seed as fertilizer too - I've been doing that lately since one of my plants produces one daily

June 27 - Sakura and Wolfgang's Wedding - The Ceremony - Part 3
The upper hallway had been beautifully decorated, and guests had left gifts for Sakura and Wolfgang near the table and surrounding the piano. Sakura also saw some red simoleon envelopes, and she guessed that this was from Kado and Jenna, as it was traditional in Mt. Komorebi to give simoleons as a wedding gift.
Sakura took a look around the ceremony area to ensure that everything was in place, and then headed back to the main level with Sergio and Joaquin until it was time for them to proceed upstairs.
Wolfgang stood near the doorway to the ceremony room and looked on edge.
River: "Hey, bro...you okay over there? You look a bit tense..."
Wolfgang: "Yeah...I was fine until that piano music started. I just hope I didn't make a mistake, bro..."
River: "Dude, what are you talking about? You're not getting cold feet, are you? Bro,,,Sakura is the girl for you...she really is...you two are made for each other. Hey, it's just nerves..."
Wolfgang shook his head, "No, it's not that. I know Sakura is the one for me. I just hope I didn't make a mistake in thinking I could sing this song to her as she was coming down the aisle. I am sweating bullets right now, I'm so dang nervous. I don't want to mess it up and ruin the whole ceremony..."
River: "You won't...remember when you sang to her through the door? It's the same thing, bro...just grab that guitar and do your thing. Okay?"
Wolfgang took a deep breath and smiled, "Okay."
Luna came over to speak with Sofia and River and told them that a few more guests needed to be seated and then they would get in the procession line-up.

As more guests filed upstairs, they were greeted and seated by Gunther, River, Sofia or Luna.
Jenna had come upstairs and it looked like she was in a bad mood. Oh! What could have caused this change in her? She had been so happy when she had arrived and now this. Gunther saw her and immediately went over and spoke to her and actually had her laughing. Luna was curious what he had told her. Gunther offered Jenna his arm and brought her into the ceremony room and seated her.

The guests were all seated, and Luna arranged everyone in the order they would walk down the aisle. She spoke to the pianist, and he started to play the procession song. It was a beautiful piano piece called "Unforgettable".
The music started and Wolfgang escorted his mother down the aisle.
He seated her and she gave him a kiss on the cheek. Then, Wolfgang took his place at the wedding arch.
River and Sofia were next, and River gave Wolfgang a thumbs up sign as he sat down. Wolfgang watched as Wolfgang helped Sofia sit down and caught a glimpse of River looking longingly at Sofia. Oh yeah, River was definitely crushing Sofia.
Gunther had Luna's arm in his and they looked so relaxed coming down together. Wolfgang couldn't believe all the small details that Luna had taken care of for the wedding. She was really a true friend of Sakura's. And his brother, Gunther, who normally had his head buried in a book, had surprised Wolfgang by being very out-going and talkative to all of the guests.
There was a slight pause in the procession and Wolfgang knew that Sergio and Joaquin were bringing Sakura upstairs.

Joaquin and Sergio brought Sakura to the archway and Sakura saw Elsa and Lucas. She called them over.
Sakura told Lucas that he looked very nice in his suit, and she told Elsa that she looked very pretty. She smiled at them both and told them that after the ceremony was over, she had a special gift for them for being a very important part of the wedding. They both smiled at Sakura.
Lucas: "Elsa, we should hold hands, just in case you slip or anything, then I can be there to catch you."
Elsa: "Good idea Lucas, because these shoes are kind of slippery on the bottom."
Lucas: "And after this, we get to eat cake!" he said and they walked slowly together through the archway.
And then Wolfgang saw Lucas and Elsa walking hand in hand down the aisle and both of them were walking slowly towards the front scattering the rose blossoms on the carpet. He thought only Elsa was supposed to do that, but knowing these two, they had probably come up with some plan before the wedding. His little brother looked so grown up in that tux he was wearing.
Wolfgang knew that Sakura would be coming out soon, and he picked up the guitar and took his stance, ready to play.

As Lucas and Elsa went through the archway, Sakura was suddenly hit with a bout of nausea and gripped her stomach.
Joaquin: "Oh non! (Oh no) Sakura...you suddenly look très pale (very pale). Sergio, get Sakura un verre d'eau (a glass of water) from the tray there..."
Sakura: "Oh, Joaquin, suddenly I don't feel so well."
Sergio brought the glass over and Sakura took a sip.
Sergio: "Sakura, did you eat anything today?"
Sakura didn't think so and shook her head no.
Sergio searched his pocket and found a mint, and handed it to her, "It's not much, but it should get you through the ceremony. Then we'll get you some food."
Sakura smiled and said she was ready. Sergio motioned for the piano player to end the song.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Joaquin looked into the ceremony room and gave a wave to Wolfgang. Wolfgang nodded and started to play the song he had written.
Wolfgang started singing:
"I found a love for me
Oh darling, just dive right in and follow my lead
Well, I found a girl, beautiful and sweet
Oh, I never knew you were the someone waiting for me"
Sakura was about to step forward through the archway when she heard Wolfgang singing and stopped,
"Oh my gosh," she thought, "He's singing a song to me again..." and all of a sudden, all of the emotions of the day welled up inside of her and Sakura burst out in tears.
Joaquin: "Oh mon Dieu! (Oh my God!) Sakura, it's fine...it is a beautiful song...Wolfgang wrote this for you...il t'aime (he loves you)," he said as he handed her a tissue.
Sergio suddenly had a strange look on his face. Oh no! Now what? It's Lord Bernard making his way to the wedding. Obviously, a late guest. Sergio don't you dare run away! Sakura needs you! Get a grip!
Wolfgang had continued to sing and expected Sakura to immediately come through the archway, and then he thought he saw her, but it was someone else.
And Lord Bernard made his way down the aisle right up to Wolfgang and paused. Wolfgang kept playing and singing and Lord Bernard came over and tipped him, and then promptly left the same way he came.
Gunther to Luna: "Well, that's not something you normally see at a wedding..."
Despite herself, Luna thought it was quite funny. Oh gosh...she hoped Sakura was alright out there.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Back to where Sakura, Sergio and Joaquin were, Sakura was trying to calm down.
Joaquin: "Sakura...listen to me...tu (you) must take a deep breath and "pense à celui que tu aimes" (think of the one you love). But we must "allez" (go), or Wolfgang might think tu ne l'aime pas (you do not love him)."
Sergio: "You can hold onto us. We won't let you fall. Let's go, Sakura. Wolfgang is waiting for you..."
Sakura nodded and took both Sergio and Joaquin's hands in hers.
Wolfgang continued to sing the song but was wondering where Sakura was and why she wasn't walking down the aisle. And before he started to really panic, he saw her step through the archway. And there she was...Wolfgang could hardly believe how beautiful she looked.
"Cause we were just kids when we fell in love
Not knowing what it was
I will not give you up this time
But darling, just kiss me slow, your heart is all I own
And in your eyes, you're holding mine"
Sakura walked up the aisle looking straight at Wolfgang. Just like the time at The Plumbob's concert when she had stage fright and she looked at him and he told her everything would be alright. And as she walked, she listened to the words...the song was about them, and she felt the tears well up in her eyes again.
Sakura made it to the front and Sergio and Joaquin each gave her a kiss on the cheek and then went to sit down.
Wolfgang looked at her and smiled at her, and Sakura could see the tears in his eyes, too, and his voice faltered for a moment, but she smiled at him and wiped her tears.
"We are still kids, but we're so in love
Fighting against all odds
I know we'll be alright this time
Darling, just hold my hand
Be my girl, I'll be your man
I see my future in your eyes"
And Wolfgang was pouring out his heart to her, and Sakura cried again and thought how much she loved him.
Wolfgang was getting to the end of the song, and looked longingly at Sakura as he sang the last verse.
"Baby, I'm dancing in the dark, with you between my arms
Barefoot on the grass, listening to our favorite song
I have faith in what I see
Now I know I have met an angel in person
And she looks perfect
I don't deserve this
You look perfect tonight"
As Wolfgang put the guitar down, Sakura blew him an autonomous kiss.

And Wolfgang immediately came over to Sakura and held her hands in his. And then the ceremony started, and they could hear the piano music start again as they looked at each other.
River stood up and told everyone that Sakura and Wolfgang had prepared a few words to say to each other before they took their vows.
Sakura to Wolfgang: "Wolfgang...my Sofu (Grandfather) told me "He who treads the path of love walks a thousand meters as if it were only one.” I believe this to be true, for when you are in love with the right person, you feel like you can do anything. Nothing is impossible. And that is how I feel with you, Wolfgang. As long as you are with me, I know that I...that we...will be able to do anything together. From the moment we met, you have always been there for me, as my friend...as my love, encouraging me and never giving up on me. And each day when I wake up, I swear I couldn’t love you more than I do right now, and yet I know that I will love you even more tomorrow. I never want to be with anyone else but you, and it is you, Wolfgang, who I want to spend the rest of my life with. I give you my heart and soul, and want to make all your dreams come true. I love you, Wolfgang, and give you my word to love you as long as I live. Wolfgang, this I promise you."
Wolfgang to Sakura: "Sakura...Love is all about taking someone in as is, and not requesting someone to change. You never asked me to change the person I was, and just accepted me. But I did change. Because of you, I became a better person. A person who wanted to be the best I could be with you. Sakura, from the moment I saw you, I was drawn to you. And I believe that there was a greater force that brought us together. And even though we had a rough road to lead us to where we are today, it is a road that I would gladly travel again, if it meant being with you. You are my everything, and my life would not be complete without you by my side. From the start, I have known that you were the only one I ever wanted to be with. And no matter if there are smooth or rough roads ahead, I know, that if we travel them together, our love for each other will ensure that we make it. I give you my heart and soul, and will do all I can to make you happy each and everyday. I give you my word to love you forever. Sakura, this I promise you."
It was now time for the Japanese San San Kudo Ceremony which was sharing sips of sake. (See Notes below for explanation). Sakura and Wolfgang went over to a small table and Sakura poured sake in each of three stacked cups. They each took three sips of sake. When they were done, Sergio and Joaquin (representing Sakura's family) came up and also took three sips of sake, followed by Mila and Gunther (representing Wolfgang's family), who did the same.
Wolfgang also noticed that the table held a loaf of bread, some grain and salt, which was a German tradition for the bride and groom to carry down the aisle. However, Mila thought that having them displayed during the ceremony would be fine and they would toast at the reception and eat some of the salted bread then. These items would bless the couple with bountiful food, and give them wealth and luck in their marriage. Wolfgang smiled and thought of all the traditions that were being brought together during this wedding. He wouldn't have it any other way.
When they were finished, they returned to the wedding arch to exchange rings. Wolfgang called Lucas over, and Lucas smiled and handed Wolfgang the ring. Lucas then proudly returned to his seat. Sakura did the same with Elsa.
Wolfgang looked deeply into Sakura's eyes and held the ring in his hand, "With this ring, I thee wed, " he said and placed the ring on Sakura's finger.
Sakura looked at the ring and smiled at Wolfgang. It was so beautiful.
Sakura then looked at Wolfgang and put a ring on his finger, "With this ring, I thee wed, "she said never leaving his face.
They were now officially married, and Wolfgang was not wasting any time in kissing his bride, Sakura.
The guests stood up and threw confetti at the happy couple.
When Wolfgang and Sakura parted, they hugged, and then held hands as they faced their guests. Wolfgang and Sakura had never felt so happy.
River stood up, "I now present Mr. & Mrs. Munch!" and everyone clapped.
Outside, the piano music had started again, and Wolfgang and Sakura made their way down the aisle together out through the archway into the upper hallway.
Wolfgang: "I love you, my beautiful wife..."
Sakura: "I love you, my handsome husband..."
The ceremony was over and the reception would commence shortly, but for now, Wolfgang and Sakura had nothing on their minds, except each other.

Notes:
Miraculously, when the ceremony started, all the guests actually came and watched. For some reason, Jenna stood up during the entire ceremony, and no-one used the loveseats up front. But I was surprised they all came to watch. I was so focused on getting the screenshots of Wolfgang and Sakura that I didn't get screenshots of a lot of the guests' reactions during the ceremony.
Unforgettable, Nat King Cole, 1951; although I love the Unforgettable version by his daughter, Natalie Cole, 1991, which is a duet with her late father. However, a piano version would have been used at the wedding, as noted here.
The wedding song that Wolfgang "wrote" and sang for Sakura is actually "Perfect", by Ed Sheeran, 2017. There are a lot of wedding songs, but this one has been on my mind for awhile for them. Heck, I even cry when I hear this song, and if you watch the video, it is so heartfelt. I love it. It has Sakura and Wolfgang written all over it.
Japanese wedding gifts are normally money placed in a very elaborate card and envelope.

San san kudo is a sake sharing ceremony that is very common in Shinto Japanese weddings. During this Japanese wedding tradition, the bride and groom take three sips of sake from three stacked cups. After the bride and groom sip their sake, both sets of parents also sip the sake. The ritual is complete after a total of nine sips.
All of the sips have their own meanings. The first three (san) represents the three couples: the bride and groom, the bride’s parents, and the groom’s parents. The second three sips represent the three human flaws: hatred, passion, and ignorance and the last three sips represent freedom from those three flaws.
The phrase “san san kudo” literally means “three, three, nine times” and nine (ku) is a lucky number in Japanese culture.

Traditionally, German brides carry a little bit of salt and bread to ensure bountiful food, and German grooms carry grain for wealth and luck. While a few grains of rice can be slipped into the groom’s pocket fairly easily, the bride has a larger problem. If you’re not thrilled with the idea of cramming an entire loaf of rye into the folds of your wedding dress, you can symbolically “carry” the lucky ingredients by giving a toast with some salted bread at the reception.

Cool they had friends and family for the Grand Opening, but I'm guessing that's exactly why no, or few customers showed up at first. There can only be 20 total Sims on a lot at one time unless you have a Mod. Oh my, that lady with the colorful hair and outfit is certainly interesting. I see a guy with green hair too! Must be your townies just enjoy dying their hair.
HAHA Pickle watching them woo hoo and then falling asleep, too cute! Wow! Nice profits for their first day, good job! I always have a hard time closing up shop too unless I have employees. If you're open too late, they start complaining or will just out right leave! o.O That's usually a good reminder I've been opened for too long. hehe
Well after reading your post from today, I see what you mean. Jules is a lot bigger than I thought. It is all in the angles and what clothes they are wearing too.
Thanks for saying you enjoyed seeing Essa and Josh so busy doing things, even if they have done them before. I personally enjoy seeing our Sims skilling up, doing various projects and hoped it wouldn't be too boring to read/see.
Poor Essa! That happens in real life too, and I've seen it happen to other Sims for real, which I think is a pretty cool touch for the Devs to have added.

Okay, and now I'd like to address the BIG elephant in the room! I have seen that nauseous animation many times and we all know what that means! I had a feeling, as you know, there would soon be the pitter patter of little feet in their lives, and happily my suspicions turned out to be true! I know it's not formally announced yet, I mean Sakura doesn't even know or she would not have drank the Sake, but, Congratulations to both of them! So exciting! I love this, seems almost all our challenge Sims are having children now.
Makes perfect sense you'd want the toddlers in Sulani rather than a smog-filled industrial EL, I agree.

"Ah yes, we've been waiting for you. The delivery room is to your right at the end of the hallway. There's gowns on a shelf in there. Put one on and your Doctor or an intern will be there soon to check you out. Do you need a wheelchair? Or can you walk?"
"I can walk."
"Alright, good luck dear and Congratulations!"
"Thank you!"

"Oh Josh, it won't be long now! I can't wait! I'm having our baby soon!"
"Well, I don't know if it'll be soon, could take hours and hours, but, I can't wait either."

"Yeah?"
"Probably not the best thing to say that it might take a long time to someone in pain about to give birth. Even if it is the truth."
"I'm just sayin' Mom took forever when she had Jon. Joel and I could hear her screa--"

"Don't worry about a thing Miss Ellington. I'll take good care of you. Just relax while I calibrate this machine. I've delivered a couple babies and they both lived."
"You can call me Essa. Miss Ellington sounds too formal at a time like this."
"Alright, Essa. Just breath and don't push! Let the machine do the work."
"WHAT!? Only a couple? That's all the experience you have? Oh God, oh God, oh God."
"Please refrain from talking and let me concentrate Mr. Hunter or I'll have to ask you to leave. Here we go Essa."
"GAH! You missed the...hole! What are you doing? Do you even know how to work that thing?"
"Just a minor adjustment needed Mr. Hunter, calm down!"
"Maybe I should go look for another Doctor. It's not too late, right? Essa, I'll be right back with someone else."
"NO! Don't you dare leave me Josh. I need you! Just let the Doctor do her job. It's fine, see?"
"I'm not actually a Doctor, I'm an intern, but yes, let me do my job Mr. Hunter. Trust me, I can do this!"
"YOU'RE NOT A DOCTOR!! Oh God, Oh God, Oh God!"
"Wait, is that my hear---"
Essa slumped down. She'd passed out and wasn't breathing.
"Opps! Let me just put that back!"
"NOOOOOOOO!!!! YOU KILLED HER! YOU KILLED MY BEAUTIFUL! I'LL KILL YOU!"
The Doctor put Essa's heart back and got it going again and was finally able to successfully complete the delivery with no one harmed. Essa quickly dressed again in her own clothes and then held their baby for the first time.
"Hello little one, look at you! You're beautiful! I've waited so long to see you and cuddle you."
"Oh my Gawd Josh, I'm crying, look at her, she's an angel! I'll love you forever my little girl and your sister too!"
Yes, you heard Essa right, they had twin girls! Josh was busy holding and cuddling the other baby girl and trying hard not to cry himself.
"Hi there little one. I'm your Daddy. I love you so much and I'll protect you and your sister with all my heart. Well, almost all of it. Your Mommy has most of it already. But I have a big heart, there's room for both of you in there. Look at your little hands and your little feet. Oh man, here it comes. Sorry if Daddy gets your onesie wet. I'm just happy to meet you."
Josh could not help but lift his newborn daughter to hold her close and softly hug her, rocking slowly side to side and patting her tiny little bottom. He was instantly smitten with both of them and overcome with emotions.
Essa was doing the same thing with their other daughter.
Essa put the baby back in the cradle. It was time to go home.
"You should probably put her back now Josh."
"I will."
"In a minute..."
Essa watched Josh cuddle one of their daughters and felt blessed to have such a wonderful man in her life. She could already tell he would be the best Dad in the world. She knew it before, but seeing the tender way he held their baby and the way he softly hummed a lullaby to her just sealed the deal. He was over the moon with joy and happiness, and so was she. It was one of the best moment's of her life.
"Alright, time to go home little one. Mommy and Daddy will see you very soon. I love you!"
(Oh gawd, here come the tears again. He is just the best. I'm so dang lucky!)
Josh put his daughter back in the bassinet and they all went home to begin their lives together as a family.
"I'm so happy Josh. Thank you so much for our daughters, they're beautiful. I love you!"
"Thank you, too. We both made those beautiful angels together. I love you so much and I'm so happy I can't hardly stand it! I'm a little scared though, they're so tiny and vulnerable."
"Don't worry, babies are pretty tough. You'll do just fine with them...Daddy."
"It's almost just like my dream...Mommy...feels weird saying that, but that's what you are now, a Mom."
"I know, feels weird calling you Daddy too. Maybe we should just stick to Babe and Beautiful." *gigglesnort*
"It's a deal! But...I hope they call me Daddy."
"They will. Let's go inside, I bet they're hungry."
Introducing Josee and Jessah Hunter!
I tried hard to come up with names for them using a combination of both parents names. I know for sure one of them is a Spellcaster from the special crib given to her in the hospital. We'll see if the other one is too. Essa already put the onesies on them she and Josh knit and they're so cute! They'll wear a new one every day until they become toddlers.
Congratulations to the proud new parents, Essa and Josh! Go get some sleep you two, you're going to need it!

So Jules helped her, and they made some fast progress. They could have totally finished building it, but I decided to stop them and let them take it bit more slowly. After all, building a rocket in one day just seems a bit too ambitious

Ruby had noticed a playground right next the store, so she invited Kristine over to play and see her new house.

I also realized that Ruby was able to collect her last scouting badge, promoting her to a llamacorn scout! Now I can delete this board and have her quit. I think I made an effort to get like 2 of these badges though haha, the rest just kind of naturally happened, which was kind of cool. Definitely nice not to rush and stress over this activity. Eventually I will age this girl up haha

Willow Creek: Day One - Starting Over
(Finally a post that needs no warning (except maybe about post length).. welcome to Willow Creek!!)
Jaz checked in on her twin brothers, happily sleeping in in comfy beds upstairs. They worried about what was going to happen to all of them, but they had to trust that Gemma and Kayla only had their best interests at heart.
All of them were out of school for the day, but at least it was excused this time. At around 8 AM, Kayla showed up to pick up the eldest of the brothers, Myles. She explained that, no matter how hard she tried, she had been unable to get the five of them into the same home, especially at such short notice. She did explain that at least the twins would be kept together. Jaz said nothing, but was secretly glad they hadn’t been placed with Phoenix in the same house.
Myles found out on the way he had been chosen specially by the family he was heading to, and he wondered why. It turned out they were headed to the fancy side of Oasis Springs, and when Kayla pulled into the biggest house on the block, Myles couldn’t help but let his jaw drop to his chest.
Trying to slick his hair back and smooth his hand me down clothes down, but there was very little he could do to make himself look anything like he belonged here. Why would people like this have asked for HIM?!
Swallowing awkwardly past the huge lump in his throat, Myles trailed behind Kayla and tried to not look terrified.
Inside, he was introduced to his new “Mom”, Nancy Landgraab. She greeted him with a smile, and took him to see where he would be staying with his new toddler foster brother.
There was a big playroom with beds in it at the top of the third floor staircase, with more toys than Myles had seen in one spot in his life.
He was also introduced to his older foster brother, Malcolm Landgraab, who had recently gotten married.
Malcolm’s wife, Ayumi, was entertaining young Shane Landgraab while Myles was given his tour of the house, and waved jauntily at Myles when introduced. After his tour, Myles was given free rein of the house to unpack and explore and get acquainted with his new home.
Kayla bid him goodbye, and gave him her number, saying that if he needed anything, to call her on her cell phone. She then drove back to the Williams’ house to pick up Phoenix.
At the house, Jaz had installed themselves in front of a huge TV in the family room, and was watching cartoons happily, not at all worried that they were alone.
Kayla pulled into the driveway, and called for Phoenix.
Phoenix, on his best behavior for a change, grabbed his stuff and followed Kayla to the car obediently. The trip wasn’t very long, and soon, they pulled into the side driveway of a (in Phoenix’s mind) huge house. His new foster mom, Cecelia Cornwell, was there to meet him with a couple toddlers at her heels.
Trying to play at being well-behaved for a change, Phoenix greeted her nervously.
He then followed her and Kayla to the front of the house, trying not to gawk like a baby.
Walking into the house was an eye-opening experience, and Phoenix couldn’t help it when his jaw dropped at the fact there was an actual formal Parlor in the front of the house.
During his house tour, he found that for the first time in his entire life, he was being given a room to himself, behind a laundry room on the main floor of the house. He looked around, dropped his backpack, and followed Cecelia around the rest of the house.
One of the other kids in the house, Claude, said hello sullenly, but didn’t seem interested in being friendly.
Claudia seemed very shy, and not in a great mood. Phoenix tried not to laugh at the fact that there was both a Claude and a Claudia, and instead sat down to chat with them for a short while.
He managed to get a smile out of Claude, who finally seemed to be warming up to him. Claude led him downstairs after Kayla said goodbye and left Phoenix her card in case he needed anything.
Downstairs, he met Rihana, and Ace. Apparently Bryce and Jade Elaonora (the two toddlers in the family) were taking a nap now and he would have to meet them later. He looked around the playroom in astonishment, and took note of all the fun toys scattered around. This was going to be AWESOME.
Kayla answered the phone on the way back to Newcrest, and had to change her plans in a hurry. The twins would have to be dropped off next because of a prior engagement that their foster parents had forgotten about. She collected the toddlers, strapped them into their car seats, and drove them all the way to San Myshuno.
Lana McKinnon, and her husband Enele were waiting outside their apartment with Christy, one of the twins’ foster sisters. Christy seemed cheerfully ready to meet her new foster siblings, and Enele seemed to bond easily with Braydon.
The oldest of their foster siblings, Caitlyn, said hello headed back inside. What she thought of two new additions to the house, nobody could tell, because she hid the faces she pulled as she turned away.
After meeting their new family, they followed Kayla into their new apartment willingly enough, comfortably furnished with children in mind.
They had a small room to themselves, but there was plenty of toys in the rest of the house to keep them occupied.
In fact, their other new sister, Parker, was actually playing in the twins’ new toybox, and invited the two of them to join her without any hesitation.
Relieved to have her afternoon almost over, Kayla headed back to Newcrest for the final trip to get Jaz. Jaz was finally dressed and ready to go by the time Kayla got there, and expressed their worry about their siblings, asking how each of them had fared in their new homes.
Jaz was especially worried about Brett and Braydon, who had never been away from family their entire life. Kayla assured Jaz that the twins had been playing happily when she had left, and that Jaz would probably be able to visit them from time to time if they chose.
Jaz chattered happily about their club friends (although they kept Colin’s secret safe) all the way to Willow Creek, explaining how so many people had been supportive of their new pronouns. Kayla was curious, and asked a few questions, but before Jaz was even ready, pulled into the drive of a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood of Willow Creek.
Wendy Judd was the first to meet Jaz, and readily took to using the correct pronouns, to Jaz’s amazement.
Wendy introduced Jaz to her husband, Matt, and a girl named Penny who was, apparently, another new arrival in the household.
Layla Judd, the Judds’ teenage daughter was making some dinner in the massive kitchen, but took a moment to cheerfully say hello to Jaz, also seeming to be perfectly comfortable using Jaz’s they/them pronouns.
While touring, they had to take a detour to find little Jimmy, who was playing stealthily in the toilet in the downstairs bathroom/laundry room. Jaz snickered at his guilty face, and took him by the hand to have him come along for the rest of the tour.
Wendy gave Jaz a grateful look, and led them to the living room, where Jaz met Carlo, who was cleaning up some dishes.
Back in the kitchen, they finally met the last member of the household, Timika, who seemed a cheerful sort of girl. Kayla begged off for the day, leaving Jaz with her card in case Jaz needed her number. This concluded the tour, and Jaz was allowed to drop off their stuff in their new room, and wander the house at their leisure while dinner was cooked.
Jaz’s first priority was spending some time with their new room-mate, Penny. They played some chess for a while, although it was hard to concentrate with the cartoons from the other room being turned up a bit too loud.
Timika apologized, though, and turned things down as soon as she found out that Jaz’s head was actually hurting a bit.
Jaz, however, exhausted both physically and mentally, begged off of dinner and trudged up the stairs to their new room, falling into the comfiest bed they’d ever laid on, asleep before their head even hit the pillow.
Once they had woken up from their nap, Wendy made Jaz a FRESH salad with actual crunchy lettuce (a novelty for Jaz in all ways), and helped them upstairs to bed. The rest of the night passed peacefully, with Jaz too tired to be worried about sleeping in a strange new place. They would have time enough to adjust in the next few weeks.
I wanted to do a quick house tour, since this is where Jaz will be staying now that we’re into the Willow Creek month. I did not build any of the houses mentioned in this post, although I did update the apartment to make room for the twins, and the Landgraab’s house to make room for their toddler and Myles. All of the other houses were found on the gallery under the search for “foster house” or “foster home”. I did update each to make sure they were appropriate for the children in each home. All of the families except the McKinnon/Akana family (where the twins are) were also found on the gallery. I won’t even go into how long this has taken me to get “just right”, but I will apologize for this post being awfully late.

Update 183 - Watcher Day
But for this update, I noticed a pop up skating rink, and decided to have Emmett take Ruby skating (Jules can't skate while pregnant), and then I started noticing just how many sims spawn in this area, so I ended up really just having a fun day scanning the area and seeing who showed up (unfortunately none of your sims showed up today, but a lot of sims that have been a part of Jules' story or from my main save showed up)
Emmett and Ruby enjoyed some skating. In the background, Rose and Carrie's daughter Beatrix did not feel the need to wear her cold weather outfit apparently. Also that's one of Brittany's brothers back there too.
The skate blades were glitching and not showing up for some reason, but Ruby enjoyed herself. She's getting pretty good!
While they skated, I checked in on Jules, who was obsessively inspecting her garden, but she did take a minute to give Pickle a hug
She came to meet Emmett and Jules afterwards though, and they all had some hot cocoa together.
I found Sofia going for a jog around the area, looking quite cold and miserable. Please don't die!
Oh yeah, I totally forgot this was still in her inventory haha.
Next, I noticed that Carrie had shown up to skate.
Beatrix had stopped skating, but was still wandering around the area, still not really dressed in proper cold weather clothing.
Her little sister, Isla, wasn't far either, making totally smart and safe decisions when she stopped to play on her phone in the middle of the road.
And then she almost got plowed down by streetcar...
And there's Rose! Perhaps the whole family did make a trip here together, even though none of them interacted once they got here

And rest assured, Sofia did not die. Here she is walking to the spawning spot, her skin now a normal color. And there's Kiyoshi in the background
Well, that's it for now. Next time I play, it will be a Sunday in game, so I'm planning to try out that new "summer" concert feature, though obviously it's not quite summer for the Warner-Keyes-Harrison family right now haha.
Oh congrats! Congrats! Double congrats on twins! And the look that Josh has when looking at his daughter! Priceless! Jossee and Jessiah....wonderful names! And one is going to be a spellcaster! Woot! Congrats again to Essa and Josh on the wonderful birth of their twins. Adorbs!

Happy Independence Day to those who are celebrating. We are just enjoying the days off from work and having lunch with inlaws today at a local Italian restaurant.

AND TWINS! I was wondering if you were actually gonna get multiples! Aw, so exciting, and very sweet to watch both proud parents interact with their little girls. I think it's sweet you decided to combine their names to get the twins’ names. Love the birth certificates right next their bassinets too - that's the one thing I always feel sad about not getting when I don't do a hospital birth. I'm excited to see their little onesies everyday too
My townies almost always have colorful hair, probably because a few of my CC hairstyles that randoms seem to always get come with custom color palettes so I get a lot of wacky colors haha. Hopefully will not be as much as an issue soon since I have that mod to nuke all the randoms now, slowly but surely deleting all the sims I don't want.
Oh yes, as soon as Jules isn't pregnant and that rocket is completely built, they will definitely be joining the 50 mile club
I might consider adding some employees at some point, but I've found it's a lot easier to run vet clinics and retail stores when it's just your own sims doing all the work. I can't remember if you can open a retail shop without being on site to manage it if you have employees - I know you can with a vet clinic. If you can, I was considering just hiring some employees by the end of the month and having Jules and Emmett open it remotely from time to time in the future, instead of getting rid of the store.

June 28 - Sakura and Wolfgang's Wedding - Reception - Part 4
Wolfgang came over to her.
Sakura: "Wolfgang...that song...it was so beautiful...thank you...when I am less emotional, I would like you to play it for me again..."
Wolfgang: "That could be arranged. For you, Sakura, I would do anything..."
Sakura: "I know that now...I just wish that we had met sooner...maybe even when we were Lucas and Elsa's age. But I was really shy then."
Wolfgang: "What are you talking about? You're still shy now...it's quite cute actually. But, yes, I think we would have been friends when we were kids, too. But...look at those two," he said looking at his brother and Elsa, "They don't have a care in the world."
Sakura: "When they announce that the cake is served, look out. That's all Lucas talked about before the wedding..."
Wolfgang: "Oh, that reminds me, they want us downstairs in five minutes for more wedding photos with the cake. And then we get to share a piece together. That part I am looking forward to because I am starving..."
Sakura: "Oh gosh, you, too? I realized I hadn't eaten all day and I wasn't feeling well before I walked down the aisle, and Sergio had to give me a mint he had in his pocket."
Wolfgang: "Seriously? My mother gave me a linty mint from her purse before the procession because I was feeling faint. Come on then, let's go and get those photos taken...and eat some wedding cake..."

Sakura and Wolfgang stood behind the wedding cake and had their photo taken. This was the cake that Wolfgang's mother had made, and it was beautiful. The wedding topper was two hearts joined together. It was simple and beautiful.
Wolfgang held Sakura's hand over the knife and they cut the cake together.
And then, as was tradition, they fed each other a piece of cake. Sakura closed her eyes and thought it was the dreamiest piece of cake she had ever eaten.
Wolfgang: "Oh gosh! This is good. I am going to have two pieces of this cake put aside to take with us on the honeymoon."
Sakura: "Do you think it would be bad if I had another piece of cake before the meal?"
Wolfgang: "Actually, it's a buffet, so everyone is just helping themselves. I told Luna we weren't having any formal speeches. I will do a short speech, though, to thank everyone for being here, and of course, the wedding party for all their support and help. River did set up a microphone if anyone wants to do a toast or say a few words."
Sakura: "I like that idea. You know...they've set up the other cakes in the kitchen..."
Wolfgang: "I've already got my fork in hand...let's go!" he laughed as they went into the kitchen together.
When they got there, the caterer was in a party mood, and threw some confetti at Sakura. Her hair now had little confetti sparkles in it, but she didn't care.
Sakura: "Wolfgang, you ate that whole piece of cake in one bite!"
Wolfgang: "What can I say, I was hungry! Do you think that you would like to go outside for a moment...to get some air. I just want to be alone with you before I have to share you with everyone."
Sakura smiled at him, "Yes, I could use some air myself."

They headed outside together and the air was crisp. Sakura shivered a bit, and Wolfgang held her to him.
Wolfgang: "We won't stay out long. I just wanted to be alone with you to tell you that you have made me the happiest man today. I love you Sakura."
Sakura: "Wolfgang, I love you, too. But you could have told me that inside. Why did you want to come out here?"
Wolfgang: "Because I wanted to give you your wedding gift..." he said as he did an autonomous caress cheek.
Sakura: "Oh Wolfgang...I have a gift for you, too, but it's at your Mom's house."
Wolfgang: "It's okay, I will open it when we get back," he said as he took a small package from his pocket and handed it to her.
Sakura looked at him and opened the gift and inside was a silver necklace with a key, "It's a key..."
Wolfgang: "Yes...it is a very special key...it's the key to my heart and I'm entrusting it to you...to have forever..."
Sakura felt tears in her eyes again, "Oh Wolfgang...you're literally giving me the key to your heart...oh I love you so much...I will keep it safe."
Wolrfant: "I know you will."
Sakura then did an autonomous action and gave Wolfgang a rose. She must have had one in her inventory.
And this pop-up came up. So very sweet.
Wolfgang: "Sakura, this is why I love you so much. Thank you. Now come 'ere, I think I see a bit of icing on your lips..."

Off to the side near a low wall and hidden behind a tree, a sim stared at the couple.
King Oberon: "My blossom..." he said softly and gazed at Sakura.
Queen Titania: "Yes, it is she...Sakura..."
King Oberon: "Titania, why did you bring me here today?"
Queen Titania: "Your sisters told me she was getting married today, and I know you have always been worried about her, wondering if she had found happiness."
King Oberon: "Yes...that is true..."
Queen Titania: "Well, I wanted you to see for yourself that she is truly in love and has found the happiness that she deserves."
King Oberon: "Titania, did you think I was still in love with her?"
Queen Titania remained silent.
King Oberon: "Oh Titania, when the Quest was on, I was rather confused about my feelings, but when you and the Fairy Godmother brought me back from the dead, my heart was clear. You, Titania are the only one that I love."
Queen Titania smiled at him: "And I have always loved you, Oberon."
King Oberon: "I am glad that Sakura has found happiness, I sense that her very soul is connected with the other. Much like ours, my Queen. Let us go now and let these mortals have their fun..." he said and then they disappeared.

Sakura thought she saw something and turned her head, "Wolfgang, did you see something?"
Wolfgang: "Maybe a few snowflakes, but, no, no-one else is out here. But, we should be getting back, Sakura, or else Luna will be sending a search party looking for us."
Sakura: "Yes, you're right...it wouldn't be good if the bride and groom disappeared on their wedding day..." she said looking up at Wolfgang's face, as they walked back into the estate together.

Notes:
Prince Oberon (now King Oberon) and Titania were in the chapters I did when Sakura was whisked away to the Fairy World of Sylvan Glade and Prince Oberon wanted to marry her. Prince Oberon died on a date with Titania, and in the Final Quest between Titania and Sakura, Titania passed the test of true love. I left it that Titania and the Fairy Godmother had gone off to concoct ambrosia, as the Fairy Godmother determined that Titania was a true Queen. Titania had kept Prince Oberon's promise to Sakura and returned Sakura to her own world, since she did not pass the last Quest of True Love. I thought I would bring Prince Oberon and Titania back so Prince Oberon would see that Sakura was now happy. February-Day 27: Disappearance
As already mentioned, I don't have the Realm of Magic pack, but the necklace and key that Wolfgang gives to Sakura would look like that necklace. Since Sakura was giving Wolfgang a portrait of him in his tux, I had to figure out what Wolfgang would give Sakura, and I thought of this.

June 29 - Sakura and Wolfgang's Wedding - Reception - Finale
Sakura headed into the dining room carrying some food and sat down across from Kado.
And more guests are sitting in the dining room eating and chatting.
And look at what a great job Jaz is doing.
Bryon was looking pretty snazzy in his tux. River was chatting with him telling Bryon the tale of Lord Bernard tipping Wolfgang during the ceremony.
And Essa is upstairs chatting with Morgan Fyres. [Note: I am not sure if this outfit was already done by @Karababy52 or if I put her in this, but she does look really good here.]

Wolfgang took a moment to chat with Kado and Jenna, who were enjoying some cake in the dining room.
Kado: "Wolfgang, now that I've met you, I can see how you and Sakura are right for one another. I know this is your wedding, but I never thought I would see Sakura with anyone other than Kiyoshi."
Jenna: "Kado! This is not the time nor the place."
Kado: "It's true, Jenna, even you said it at the time. But Kiyoshi is too wishy-washy and couldn't commit. I mean, even now, with twin boys, he can't commit to Kaori and ask her to marry him...."
Jenna: "Please, Kado, let us not talk about him. This is Sakura and Wolfgang's day. These two were meant to be. I see such love between the two of them..."
Wolfgang: "It's alright...I guess everything plays a part in how Sakura and I got here today. I know all about what happened...I just didn't know he had twin boys. But, all of that is in the past...and his loss is my gain, so to speak. Sakura is the only one I ever wanted to be with."
Jenna: "Yes! You were determined to win her love. Ahhh...that is so romantic...congratulations, Wolfgang...you are perfect for Sakura."
Kado: "Wolfgang, please know that you and Sakura are most welcome to come and visit and stay with us in Mt. Komorebi."
Wolfgang: "I appreciate that, Kado. Oh...I see Luna waving at me, if you'll excuse me, I have to go. But, it was very nice meeting the both of you."

Wolfgang went up to Luna and she said that Joaquin was very adamant about doing the champagne toast with everyone.
Wolfgang: "Oh yes, a French tradition apparently, to toast the bride and groom with French champagne."
As they all gathered in the entranceway, Joaquin took to the microphone holding a glass of champagne.
Joaquin: "Wolfgang ne voulait pas (did not want) any speeches at the wedding, but, I prepared one anyway. It is a French tradition for the family of the mariée (bride) to make the toast. And since Sergio and I are like Sakura's grands frères (big brothers), and since I am French, I am doing the toast. S'il vous plait, please make sure you have un verre de champagne (a glass of champagne) in your hand. I am going to get all teary-faced when I do this, but mon petite soeur (my little sister) is not so petite (little) anymore. She is a young woman and looks so belle (beautiful) today on her wedding day. And I see how Wolfgang looks at her...and that is le regard de l'amour (the look of love). Ces deux (these two)...they are like a conte de fées (fairytale). And so I lever un verre (raise a glass) to Sakura and Wolfgang, "A toast to l'amour (love) and rires (laughter), and happily ever after....à votre santé! (to your health)."
And everyone raised their glass and shouted, "To Sakura and Wolfgang!"
It looks like even Lady Mimsy joined in for the champagne toast.
Wolfgang took Sakura's hand in his and went to the mircrophone. Wolfgang thanked everyone for coming, and the help of family and friends. He especially wanted to thank his Best Man, River, for encouraging him to tell Sakura how he felt about her. He thanked Sergio and Joaquin for always being there for Sakura. To Sofia and Luna, for being a good friend and looking after all the details of the wedding. To Elsa, for elegantly scattering rose petals with the help of my bother, Lucas...the...um...Ring Defender. To my brother, Gunther, to make everyone feel welcome. And finally, he wanted to thank his mother, for always having faith in him, and giving him his great-great grandmother's engagement ring, which Sakura is wearing now.
Wolfgang: "Thank you to all our friends for sharing in this special day. And to River, Luna, Sofia and Elsa, my brothers Gunther and Lucas, Sakura's big brothers, Sergio and Joaquin, and my Mom, thank you all. We couldn't have done it without you! Cheers!."
And everyone raised their glass and shouted, "Cheers!"
Luna then announced that the Dj had arrived so everyone could head upstairs and Wolfgang and Sakura would have their first dance as a married couple together.

Sofia and River were chatting with Jeb in the upper hallway.
Sofia: "River, I heard what you told Wolfgang on Winterfest's Eve...and I feel the same...I love you, River..." she said, and suddenly kissed him.
Wow! I guess Sofia wasn't going to wait for River to confess his feelings for her and she took the first step. Love is blooming at this wedding for sure.

Sakura and Wolfgang grabbed yet another piece of cake and headed upstairs to the ceremony room and sat down together. And Wolfgang blows an autonomous kiss to Sakura. These two...my heart is melting.
Wolfgang: "Sakura, I don't know if it's lack of sleep, the excitement of the day, or if I'm on a sugar high right now, but I feel euphoric...like I just want to do something wild..."
Sakura smiled at him, "You're not going to streak at your own wedding, are you?"
Wolfgang winked at her, "Well maybe not here...but later,..."
Sakura smiled at him and gave Wolfgang a flirtatious look.

Wolfgang had to use the facilities and Sakura was just about to get up when Luna came to chat with her.
Luna: "Sakura, your friends Kado and Jenna are super nice. They were so happy to stay with us, and wanted to repay the hospitality. So, I'm going on a mini-vacation to Mt. Komorebi and staying with them. Isn't that great?"
Sakura: "Oh Luna, that's wonderful. They both love outdoor sports, and they will show you around. You will have so much fun. And their kids are sweet."
Luna: "Did you know that Kado knows Blaze Snowden? Do you remember him from the Olympics? He got a bronze in snowboarding, and apparently he gives snowboard lessons now. The guy is dreamy. Anyway, I was thinking I might sign up for a few lessons while I was there. You know, just to try out the sport..."
Sakura: "Blaze, huh? I think that Wolfgang actually knows his father, Knox, who is some sort of developer. When you get back from your trip, I want all the details."
Luna: "Sakura, I'm so glad that we're friends. My whole life has changed because of you. I thought I would be stuck in Windenburg forever, and now I am going on vacation to Mt. Komorebi."
Sakura: "Luna, I am glad that we're friends, too. And I can't thank you enough for all your help with the wedding. You will be a fantastic Style Influencer."

As the guests filed up to the third floor, Sakura took a moment to play her mother's favorite song on the piano.

Oh no! Sakura seems to be sick on her wedding day. Luckily Joaquin came to watch her play the piano and let Mila know she was sick. Mila, of course, had some medicine with her. Being a caterer, Mila was prepared as she knew things like this happened at weddings.

As Wolfgang came out of the restroom, River called him over.
River: "Hey bro...so how's it feel to be a married man?"
Wolfgang: "It feels good...real good...." he said smiling broadly.
River: "Ah man...seeing the two of you together...geez...you look happy, dude. Almost makes me want to do the same thing..."
Wolfgang: "Almost? You mean get married?" he said looking surprised.
River: "Yeah...but not like this...I think I would just plan a vacation to an exotic place somewhere and then pop the question...and get married wherever we are...would save costs, too, because like we'd already be at the honeymoon...right?"
Wolfgang: "So...um...is that what you and Sofia are planning to do? Jeb told me he saw the two of you kissing..."
River: "Er....yeah...Sofia actually kissed me. She heard the whole conversation we had on Winterfest Eve. So, we're going out now...and we'll be looking at some hot get-away vacation real soon. Commuting from Oasis Springs to Windenburg is not going to work out too well. But just don't say anything, 'cause her parents always wanted a big wedding for her...but...yeah...it's gonna be real soon."
Wolfgang: "Bro, my lips are sealed...but dude, congratulations. I think I would have wanted to do the same thing...but we went with my Mom's plans. And, I think it worked out really well for us."
River: "It did, bro...and if it hadn't been for this wedding, I might not have gotten up the courage to be with Sofia. So, yeah...best wedding ever, dude."

With Sakura feeling better, she and Wolfgang made their entrance on the dance floor. The music started and it was time for their first dance. As Sakura and Wolfgang looked into each other's eyes, it was pretty obvious to everyone there that they were truly in love.
In fact, Luna gave a shout out, and Bryon clapped. Everyone was really happy for them.
After the dance, Sakura and Wolfgang took a moment to chat with Jules and Astrid.
And Bjorn is having fun on the dancefloor.
Oh and what is going on here? Are Rohan and Morgan flirting with each other? This wedding has certainly brought a lot of couples together.
And then the DJ plays a great tune, and everyone is on the dance floor showing off their moves!.
Woot! What a party! Roxanne joins the dancing.
Wolfgang gets a text message from the gym trainer at the rock climbing gym offering his congrats on his wedding. Wow! Word travels fast!
And there are Lucas and Elsa on the dance floor, and Mila is just looking on smiling. Such a nice shot.
The place is rocking! Melody, Jenny and Jules join in the dancing. Everyone is having a great time!

It was then time for the Italian tradition of breaking a glass. Wolfgang does the honors and literally stomps on the glass and it breaks...into so many pieces it's hard to count them all.
Mia: "Oh! I am so happy, it does look like a million pieces! You are going to be married forever!" she said as she got the broom and dust bin.
And Wolfgang takes Sakura in his loving arms, "Yes, to be with you forever is all I can ever hope for", he says as he kisses her sweetly.
The reception is now officially over and Wolfgang whispers to Sakura that it's time to head to the honeymoon. The party-goers who are left follow them down to the entrance hallway. And before he goes, Wolfgang gives his Mom a hug.
Wolfgang saw his Mom had tears in her eyes: "Mom, thanks for everything."
Mila: "My son, you have grown into a wonderful young man. Now go and enjoy your honeymoon."
And with that Wolfgang took Sakura's hand in his, they waved goodbye to everyone and headed out the door. Their new life together was about to begin.

Oh Yes! Yes! Yes! They both got the Deeply in Love Sentiment. Ahh.....this makes me so happy.
I wanted to show what an impact Sakura and Wolfgang's wedding had on other sims. So, first, I had Sofia kiss River...and didn't want to have another wedding, so they are eloping. And Luna...dear Luna...because of the wedding, she met Sakura's friends Kado and Jenna, who stayed with the Villareals during the wedding. I thought Luna needed someone in her life, too, so decided she would head to Mt. Komorebi and stay with Kado and Jenna. Blaze Snowden is a sim I downloaded from the gallery, who was on the Olympic Team with Kiyoshi. Maybe Luna will hit it off with Blaze in Mt. Komorebi...who knows. Rohan and Morgan flirting together was an autonomous action on their part which was a nice surprise.
Sakura did get this pop-up to join the Acting Career on her wedding day. And I actually accepted for her, thinking this would be a good way to explain why she went into Acting. She did complete the Drama Career when she was a teen, but at this point I just don't know if I want her to go through that. I feel that Winterfest and the wedding took up a lot of my time, and if she does the Acting Career, I will end up going until the end of July with Del Sol Valley, and that's not what I want. So, I think she is just going to work on it again when everyone else is doing the Vampire Pack, but we'll see. I just play one day at a time, so it makes it tough.
Bryons Diary
(Bryon) “Uh-oh…”
(Naoki) “Eh, Bryon? What’s happening?”
(Bryon) “That’s… What happened with you back when Anas kidnapped you. But at least, now you’re conscious.”
(Bryon) “I guess you won't be able to go to bed just yet.”
(Naoki) “But I don’t want this?!”
(Bryon) “I… Don’t think you have a choice, but this is different than last time. I did a lot of research on aliens, just like you.”
(Naoki) “I mean, I know they don’t mean any harm - most of the time! But still, I’m tired…”
(Alex) “I’m tired too.. Can I go to bed…?”
(Audrey) “Yeah…”
(Naoki) “Come on… I also want to go to bed…”
And just like that, the space shuttle went off, with Naoki in it.
(Bryon) “So…”
(Bryon) “Time for bed!!”
(Alex) "So... Tired..."
(Bryon) “Goodnight, both of you. Don’t worry. Dad will be back tomorrow just like nothing happened.”
(Audrey) “We know, dad. We’re aliens ourselves. You should think about selling that satellite dish, because it attracts spaceships like that.”
(Alex) *Yawn* “… Indeed… What if dad comes back… Pregnant…”
As I walked out of the kids room, my face fell down.
(Bryon) “What if Naoki indeed comes back pregnant…? Are we really going through that fuss again…? Wait, no. This is totally different. This won’t happen.”
Some hours later…
Naoki got back from his little trip.
(Naoki) “Whoa, this feels so good! They even gave me a tour and everything!!”
But then…
(Naoki) “And this feels… A little too familiar… Oh boy...”
The next day
Naoki told me what happened the night before, since I already fell asleep when he came back from his trip.
(Bryon) “Wait. Are you saying…?”
(Naoki) “I’m probably pregnant again, yes.”
(Bryon) “Really?”
(Naoki) “Don’t you like that…?”
(Bryon) “No, it’s not like that! I just hope… That you’re going to be alright…”
(Naoki) “Ahhh, don’t you worry about me! I’ve been through this already, and I was just fine! And besides, it’s going to be different from the last time now.”
(Bryon) “Heh. You’re right.”
(Bryon) “But we should probably check in with Noelle. She’s still an alien doctor after all.”
(Naoki) “I agree.”
(Naoki) “It’s my last day of work, so I have to leave now, but you can call Noelle if you want. Ask her how she’s doing too!”
(Bryon) “I will. Have a good last day at work.”
I called Noelle, and she told me that she’d be happy to watch over Naoki’s pregnancy again.
(Bryon) “Oh, but we’re leaving for vacation tomorrow.”
(Noelle) “No problem! I can use my alien powers to come over quickly. I did the same back when you were living in Britechester.”
(Bryon) “Thank you so much, Noelle.”
I also called Johnny to update him about our lost cousin.
(Johnny) “Mom had a twin sister?! Even I didn’t knew that! Yoo, I wanna find that Chelsie-person! I mean, I even found you after all these years. I can also find her for sure!”
(Bryon) “I also want to include Isaius. Although he’s not really our big brother, it feels like he is, so I want to include him like one.”
(Johnny) “I agree! But first, enjoy your vacation, okay? Isaius and I will look into things already, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated too.”
(Bryon) “That’s nice of you. Thanks.”

Noelle and Erwin their daughter is called Alexia, and she just aged up into a toddler.
Just look how cute she is! A hybrid!!
Here we have Johnny and his family. Of course, there's Jess and their adopted kid-daughter India who is now a kid just like Alex and Audrey, but to my surprise, they also got pregnant with twins! Meet Leo (the blond tod) and Aerys (the brown tod). Ahhhh, such a cute family!!
And here's Isaius' family! On top of Isaius' shoulders we have Gilles, their kid-son. They also have a toddler daughter right now, her name is Morgan.

Rene was watching the news in their theatre.
(Bryon) “Ah, something interesting?”
(Rene) “Hmm, not really… I see you got Roo. You can put her down somewhere.”
(Bryon) “Thanks for doing this.”
(Rene) “Maria really deserves a vacation, and Hana too.”
(Bryon) “What about you?”
(Rene) “Since Katsutoshi isn’t here anymore, I’m free to go where I want. This is vacation already. Also, my girlfriend will come over too.”
(Bryon) “Ahhh, you really have to introduce us one day!”
A room further, Naoki and Hana were being excited that they are now pregnant together. Those two are so weird. Are we really going to take two pregnant people on vacation? Well, apparently we are!
Once we gathered everyone in front of our house, Duane spoke for us.
(Duane) “I’m so happy that you’ll all join me to Sulani! I can guarantee you, it’ll be worth it. Really!”
(Kristine) “Can we pleaaaase go then?? I’m so boooored…”
(Randi) “Kristine, don’t talk like that.”
(Kristine) “Ugh, fineeee…”
(Bryon) “Naoki?”
(Naoki) “Yeah?”
(Bryon) “I think we made the mistake of inviting a teenager with puberty problems.”
(Hana) “Don't mind her! We still got me!"
(Randi) “At least one of the two teenagers isn’t having puberty problems, haha!”

(Audrey) “Yeah… You do.”
(Duane) “Are you ready to leave?! Because I am!!!”
