My townieoverhaul_lessfame stops Sims from spawning at the new festival, so take that mod out for now. I cannot offer a fix yet as that mod is huge and I have yet to find the exact reason.

Back now, had doubles at work the past couple days. I'll definitely check out the Discord to see if they know what's going on with Slice of Life, thanks. But I think I found the issue. When I download it fresh (following all instructions), I found something interesting. One of the files for the base mod is missing. Hopefully they know a fix for it.
That being said, I don't know if it's something with the mod itself, or just my computer being dumb.

*all Live mode lighting mods*, such as the ones by Softerhaze, break the Sims Sessions festival. If you have Purple Skies by Lotharihoe, update it. For any others, pull them out if you want to go to the festival.

I'm having an issue with my UI and I've updated or removed all mods that were reported broken so I'm not sure how to fix it. It's showing my MCCC menu as square instead of the normal rounded way it looks and when someone calls the UI is glitched or misaligned. Anyone know of any fixes?

Recheck the updates list on p. 1. Some mods were updated more than once. Don't forget to delete localthumbcache every time you change mods. If that doesn't help, it could be an unreported mod (do a 50/50) or a mod updated earlier (check previous lists) or a mod that isn't reported here. I don't report NSFW mods, mods by most creators who also have NSFW mods (because I can't link to them etc.), or mods by creators who pirate content whether from EA, other companies, or other creators. Oh yeah. Also I don't report on mods that are currently locked behind a paywall.

Thanks for your response. After doing the 50/50 method, I figured out it's the TOOL mod. It still functions but it's messing up the UI.

Just a heads up. If you have MCCC and set it to use a high percentage of tray sims as NPCs (mine is ~75%), you may find the festival headliners looking a little... different. Bebe and Joy got replaced by tray sims in my game.
@DarkAudit I've noticed also noticed that the Festival headliners end up being spawned as tray sims! I've been doing the the 50/50 method to figure out which mod was causing this but hadn't gotten to MCCC yet. If I recall, the same thing happened with Guidry and Temperance after Paranormal Stuff came out. It was fixed in a subsequent bigger release.

You need to try a different browser, bplaced downloads are blocked by some browsers (esp. Chrome)
