I don't know if anyone else is with me on this, but I dislike the "create a movie" on The Sims 3 website. You can't split slides and what not. :x So I just edited a movie I made on my Windows Movie Maker. It is my first movie for The Sims 3 so give me some slack.

PLEASE WATCH IN HQ, ITS MUCH BETTER!!

Please if you can rate it, and comment it if you want to I would appreciate it. :D

Ive made a few films on this site but Im getting too annoyed with the uploader not working on footage thats over 10 seconds long (it just keeps trying to upload it over and over again)...plus yeah the editor on this site is rubbish...although you can split slides in a way... just drag the same slide onto the timeline twice then shorten each one to wherever the 2 sides of the split would be...if that makes any sense.

Cool video though. Ive decided to make a youtube channel too, its easier and people can comment on the movies (plus my films actually upload!)

Heres my first film on my youtube page:

Here's my first movie. I know some of the scenes are extra long. I would have cut them shorter if we had the option. So I made shorter scenes towards the end and it moves along better. So PLEASE stick around for the end. I promise it gets better. Ok, here it is! Feel free to comment! :D

Heres a trailer for my first movie:

Its a true story, I've published it (its 2min 43sec long) but I'm still waiting for it to appear 3 days later :-(. I'm not sure whether to keep on waiting or just give up altogether.

Cool video! I liked the monster :-) It is possible to shorten clips in the movie editor. Just under the large image on the left (just above a button saying 'preview clip') theres a blue line with 2 triangles at either end. you can drag the triangles along the line to make the clip shorter

You go to your page and click on the More/Edit option in the My Studio section. Then you click on the Movies&More tab and there should be a list of all your movies and stories. And to the right of each one is an option that says Edit. And when you click on it you're there! Your Birthday cake movie was funny! I liked the part when the cake caught fire lol. The second movie was extremely creepy  . But it was really good!

It's not really a movie, more like a pile of random clips put together.

Hello Everyone. This is my first movie ever! I have been playing since "Sims 2" but I have never been brave enough to try creating anything until now. I made this for the "good vs. evil" showcase( as my stupid title shows lol) It took me a very long time but it was so much fun to make!

I Agree. I didn't have Youtube until last week, so I used The Sims Create a Movie and chopped up my first video into 2 parts. http://www.thesims3.com/contentDetail.html?contentId=26800

My next 2 videos I used Youtube.

I'm currently working on one in The Sims 4 using the sets I've built. I'll post the movie here when it's complete!
