Intimate meeting, when?!

One of my Sims want to meet up with a Sim from another household for a private meeting, so they chose the museum in Oasis Spring. I am not sure of what time or day I set it up, but it was not another Sims around. The next time I set up a meeting, the place was full of visitors, does it matter when you set up a diskrete meeting?

I think you may want to try to just send your Sim by clicking on the 'm' on your keyboard, and when you choose the location select the Sim you wanted to have a meeting with. This way your Sim won't end up there alone. There's no guarantee other Sims won't be present, but you could try for either the very early morning ( as in the wee hours after midnight). Best of luck. You could always choose the Bluffs in the wee hours. Oftentimes they're just about deserted. Hope this helps!
