Canoeing past gorgeous river canyon walls, seeing mountain goats scampering across the tops, stopping to fill a canteen right over the side of the canoe from an underwater artesian well. Seeing birds atop a grassy bluff that seemed like they didn't know to fear humans, and swimming in crystal-clear spring-fed pools where amber-colored minnows nibbled at my feet.

I believe the correct rules of UNO is that your last card cannot be a powercard, wild cards included. You have to draw two cards if so, and until you get a number card. So no, that's never happened. But it being the same color, probably.

Pretty darned, I guess. I'm a heathen about so many things, but bodily cleanliness to me is very important. I'll even shower just long enough to get wet, then turn off the water and scrub thoroughly with a stiff brush and soap, sometimes also baking soda, rinse and repeat, sometimes 3 times until (gross) dead skin stops coming off. I also use a footstone each time I bathe.
And I think the Japanese way of taking a bath is the best: to scrub thoroughly, and only get into the hot tub when the body is squeaky clean, so as to stew and soak, without making the tub disgusting.

I would usually set a "reward" at the end to treat myself. So I would say like, "If I don't finish 3 essays by today, then I won't get a Mcflurry." 𤣠And of course, with this, you can cheat, so you have to be honest with yourself and not give yourself the treat if you didn't accomplish the goal.
But if it's like the end of the day already, and I didn't have to finish them all by today, the I'd just give myself a rest cuz there's no point in overworking myself.
Never did before, but now I do. I started using that Cera VĂŠ Renewing SA cleanser with salicylic acid and ceramide with a face brush and it works well for keeping the nose and chin pores more clear.
I'm taking a trip tomorrow and plan to visit a swanky coffeeshop. If you were coming with, what would you want? (They also serve fine teas, tisanes, and fruit beverages for those who don't fancy coffee)

You know, one time, I could do that when a daddy long legs spider accidentally dropped into my mouth. And somehow it managed to give me superpowers to taste everything so much more.
I know that sounds like I'm being sarcastic, but it's a true story. But eventually, that 'power' went away.
Of course, there are also certain ingredients that I could taste but they're more of the common types of herbs or spices, etc, which I think most people who cook would know, I guess.
Getting a pop-up pool up and running with a saltwater filtration system. Floating in that thing, gazing at the shape-shifting clouds through polarized sunglasses, listening to my bluetooth speaker, is so relaxing. Few are the nights warm enough though, to enjoy being in it with hubs, under the stars, with some floating lights and some good music, but I look forward to the chance.

I have so many, it's hard to choose. As I so often do when I can't make up my mind, asked hubs for his fresh perspective. He said he thinks it's imposter syndrome, fear of being a fraud, and then told me heart-meltingly that that fear is irrational because whatever else I am, I'm not a fraud. And he delivered that with such conviction I just wanna go kiss his face all over.
