There is no 3rd party CC in it but it does also use the Fountain of Youth from Hidden Springs world. If you don't own that world the fountain will be replaced by some other random thing. If you do have the world, you'll need to replace the fountain of youth each time you place the lot because it seems to break when you add it to you game this way. I've got it on several lots and always have to replace it each time I place one of those lots into a game.

The g y p s y wagon is a very small rabbit hole that comes with Supernatural. You can click onto the wagon to join the fortune telling career.
I made a small lot I called Supernatural Park. It has all 3 Supernatural rabbit holes on it. It's in my studio if you'd like it.
