I find Paka'a Uha from Island Living is the most attractive, most beautiful townie :(((( I made 2 my sim broke up with each other and made one of them date him lmao. He is so underrated i hope players recognize him more
I have two townies Lester Gonalez who looks like an older Don Lothario and Kiera Reynoso whose a mixologist but a frequent walkby as well. I might move them in as I have a spare starter home in Willow Creek.

oooooh, my all time favourite sim! Paka is a played sim in every save I have! He's always such a friendly guy too that he inevitably ends up in one family or another. Also he really rocks that androgynous look and I can dress him in killer heels!LOL
@niallsbrownies lol, I had a similar moment--my sim was at university, spied a cutefellow member of the debate guild at bar night, and turned out it was a young adult Jeb with his bag off! Apparently, the university organizations don't allow the bag at group events
@CheeseAye completely agree on Paka'a, & their mer form is particularly stunning.
Also, Grace Anansi was recently the model for the figure painting meet up, and boy did she make that look good
Generally, I think a lot of sims have their "charm" in a way, and if the sim I'm playing seems interested in someone, I usually start to "see" them through their eyes lol. But, for me personally...hmm. Windenburg has a lot of cute young ladies--Candy, Yuki, Siobhan, Morgan, Luna, Ulrike & Maaike are all pretty nice looking in their own ways...tho I do end up giving a fair number of them new hair styles at least lol. City Living also has some stylish sims...actually, most of the packs have some good ones. I dunno, I guess I like a lot of them. I mean, every one is beautiful in a "unique work of art" kind of way, right?
I guess if I had to, say, pick the top 5 pre-mades I tend to gravitate to most it would be (and this is in no particular order):
Candy Behr
Morgyn Ember
Miko Ojo
Dirk Dreamer
and good ol' Bella Goth
(and maybe a bonus shout out to the Vatore sibs)
But those are probably just as much about their personalities & general vibes as actual looks lol
Grim, for a guy who has no face there's definitely something about him that makes him extremely popular, Bella Goth is currently one of the most attractive sims, but the new concept art may put an end to that.

Paka'a Uha is my favorite and one of my Legacy founders. He makes very beautiful children as well.
Akira Kibo, Looks great and have a great looking style which suited City Living a lot.
Miko Ojo, Probably the best looking townie that Maxis have made in my opinion, she looks very unique and has a great style which feels very fitting.
Knox Greenburg, has a great design in my opinion. He was made from a game changer if I recall.
Becca Clarke, I think she has one of those faces which looks great showcasing different emotions.
Mia Hayes (Reboot, Maxis Gallery), I really liked her style and looks. She also has a cool background being both a programmer and a freelance artist.
Patina Wainscot (Dream home Decorator, Maxis Gallery), She looks trendy, independent and modern without overdoing it.
Surprised that the homeless looking guy from Eco Living made the list, I think he has an interesting design.
He does, I think I liked how he was designed in Eco Lifestyle, I got the impression that he was kinda the nice guy that tries to do good but are maybe not the best at doing it. Combine that with his looks and he becomes an interesting character to interact with.
I recently went on a townie make-over spree and gave myself one rule. I could not alter the physicality of any sim I made over. Facially, I could change jewelry, makeup and eyebrows only. Bodily I could only change clothing. What I discovered is, with the right outfits and makeup, most of the Townie Premades are quite beautiful. Often, the "ugly" comes from bad makeup/fashion choices, hair styles... But I think the sims team did that on purpose. It's more fun with the sims being slightly "ugly" because then you get to put your own spin on them.
Loving yourself is the most simple and complicated thing you can do for you.
