Makeup is broken...

I added eye shadow to my sim and when I gave her lipstick and changed the opacity, it changed the color of her eye shadow to a completely different color... No mods it's on console.
Edit: I removed all the makeup and now when I change her outfit light blue eyeliner is automatically added and I have to keep going back and removing it.
I also just switched my Sim to male , changed his hairstyle and the eyeliner was reapplied.

This isn't a tech support forum, so you're not gonna get results here I'm afraid.
There have been reports about it over on the help page that @kwanzaabot linked. I hope it gets fixed in an upcoming patch, I understand your frustration!
