MASSIVE BUILD ***SHELL CHALLENGE*** Colonial Grandeur Estate

COLONIAL GRANDEUR ESTATE SHELL CHALLENGE::
I am curious to see what the building community can do with this shell. So I wanted to share my original design of the shell as a shell challenge.
This is a massive shell!!
All the rules are the same as with any shell challenge.
The outside walls must stay as they are.
You can repaint them if you like.
You can change the windows and doors if you like.
Feel free to change the columns if you like but they cannot be removed completely.
All of the interior walls can be moved around or deleted to make it your own.
The stairs have to stay in their original place but feel free to change the look of the railings and stairs.
The foundation must stay! But you can change the look.
The roof must stay! But feel free to change the tiles.
You can add on to the home with porches and decks.
I do suggest putting the home on the largest lot available in game just to give you extra space for landscaping if you like to do that.
Feel free to go crazy with landscaping! Add pools, fountains, trees, rocks, gardens.
Edit: if you would like to add a basement to the build that would be okay.
I am excited to see what you guys can do with it!!

I'm gutted though... My laptop crashed and I hadn't saved for about an hour or so of working on it. I'm dreading logging back in and seeing how much work I lost! I'll do it tomorrow. Ugh. Stupid computer!
But I'm super excited to do the big reveal when it's finished. I'm glad you've given a long due date! With uni and life, I don't get a lot of time for gaming.

Notes: Originally, I was going to turn this amazing shell into a typical mansion... gorgeous and majestic. But then I had a sudden inspiration of creating a mansion that used to be majestic but over the generations, had declined and descended into madness and darkness. I have spent hours on this build, lovingly creating a truly hair-raising place with some secrets that no-one should ever reveal!
BIO:
The Von Halen family is one rich in history, fame, wealth and power. However things aren't what they seem. As the family descended into madness, all manner of dark things started happening at the family mansion. Sims went missing, eerie laughter and screams could be heard in the dead of the night. Ghosts wandered the broken halls. Can the family ever regain its lost respect and prestige? Only you can decide.
