Forty Winks is a beautiful family home! Very lovely exterior design, pretty and warm exterior colour and the stone wall texture is very nice. The flowerbox windows and flowers in front area are pretty! Very nice backyard areas! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and dining at the umbrella covered table,enjoy sitting relaxing on the loungers or sit and chat on the seating near the pool. They will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub.Very nice kids play area! The gardening and hives area and the garden shed are great for growing plants! Patchy is great there! Very lovely furnishing of the interior! They grey, tan, black and white colours are very nice! Very nice open plan kitchen, living and dining areas. Very nice sitting area in the living room to enjoy reading books or watching tv together as a family. Very nice bar and dining area. Sims will enjoy having drinks with their meals. The aquarium is restful to look at the fish. Sims will enjoy listening to or playing the piano music. It is great that there is a family room where sims can have fun playing the games. The design,furnishing and layout of each of the bedrooms is lovely! The colours of the master bedroom and two child’s bedrooms are especially pretty! Very nice pink and black teen room with nice confetti walls.The gym room is great for sims to enjoy using the fitness items to keep fit.

This is a DNA Request for @TiaBadd a contemporary family home built on Twin Oracle Point in Newcrest. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, study, living and dining rooms, laundry, gym and family room. The basement is the final resting place! Outdoors there is a small front deck and a large garden at the rear comprising swimming pool, kids play areas, bbq dining, gardening plot with greenhouse and shed plus lots more
Candlelight is a lovely family home! Very nice exterior design, white colour, and the flower box windows and flowers along front edges are very pretty! Very nice kids play area with the monkey bars. Very nice path to the back area and the backyard areas are very nice! The flowers are beautiful! Very nice deck area with the pingpong table and armchairs to sit,relax and chat. The candles on the table are pretty! The pool,outdoors dining area, hot tub, gardening area with pond and toddlers play area are great!it is very nice that there is a garden shed. Sims will enjoy sitting near the firepit and playing the guitar, or do woodworking. The greenhouse is a lovely light filled place to grow plants! Very lovely furnishing of the interior of the home! Very nice open plan layout of the kitchen, dining and dining areas and the furnishing of each area is lovely! Very nice grey, black and red colors.Very nice sofa and armchairs sitting area in the living room to enjoy watching tv and listening to the piano near the fire. The study room is very nice for using the computer and reading books.Very nice dining and kitchen areas! The fruit bowl is a nice touch on the dinning table and the patterned rugs are nice. The family room is a lovely place for sims to have fun playing games and watching tv together. Each of the bedrooms are lovely! The kids bedrooms are sweet! Very nice furnishing, design, layout and colours of each bedroom! The soft toys are cute! The basement coffins area is special for loved ones who have passed away.

Here is a lounge created for the Drifter Challenge as part of the brief for house 18. Ground floor includes bar, entertainment area, WCs, kitchen with outdoor seating and activities. There is a DJ booth and dancefloor on the upper floor as well as an outdoor balcony bar
Luna is a lovely modern lounge! Very stylish exterior design, great windows and very nice white color and stone textured walls. The tree is a nice touch in the entry area. The interior design, furnishing and layout is very elegant and lovely! Very beautiful black and gold colors and lovely patterned walls and marble flooring! The bar area with drinks wall shelves is great! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools or at the dining tables having drinks from the bar. The music platform is great! Sims will enjoy listening to the music whilst sitting at the tables. Very nice windows sofa seats sitting area! The pretty curtains are nice. Sims will enjoy chatting their in the sunlight or moonlight. The fish tank table is a nice touch. Very nice design of the kitchen. The outdoors back patio lounge area is lovely! Very nice sofa and armchair seating, and sims will enjoy playing chess and pingpong there. Very nice balcony lounge area with bar,for sims to enjoy having drinks in the outdoors air. They will enjoy relaxing on the loungers or in the hot tub. The upper lounge area is very lovely! Very nice gold pattered seating! Sims will have fun dancing to the dj booth music.
