Issues to resolve / things to know: (MOO is on)
The Momsen have a dog and cat, Diamond and Ziggy. Please make the home welcoming for them.
Clean up and rid the house of its grody, filthy state. Homey is the feeling that the Momsens would love when this is done. (house traits)
Joe and Joh found an old fashion bathing pitcher and bowl in a corner of the house and would like to use it as décor in the bathroom as an ode, if possible.
Someone dropped off a claw foot tub, one man's trash is another man's treasure. Please get the plumber to restore it to its glory. Historical mandated by STS.
Fix the floor plan so that there is an indoor bathroom (minimum 1, 1.5 if you can swing it.) pre-approved by STS.
Maintain the 2 bedrooms
There is knob and tube electrical all of the house, which explains the "dim" lighting, please update so we can see better and use modern-day electronics. Historical mandated by STS.
Update the radiator system to an HVAC system, you may leave the radiators for décor if you choose. pre-approved by STS.
The creepy-crawly, condition of the house will need to be resolved. Please spray that trait away.
As for the outhouse - remove the plumbing and repurpose the building.
The celler is Ewwww, please come up with an idea for what to do with that room based on their needs. If possible please make access to it in the house.

Personally that would be a dream pool and bedroom for me in RL...oh to be rich! I am glad you liked the bathroom so much as I used my fave wood tone in the game, I call it a grey brown and those windows I rarely use so I thought the gaps would let in some gentle sea breeze Oh and the kitchen shelving just sort of happened! ive never done that before so I will do it again as you liked it. Thank you for saying it looks like a resort and yes I would stay there too, if I could afford the flight to Sulani
This looks amazing! I'm a very cocky contractor to take on a renovation for a house I have no previous knowledge of, but thought it best to assure myself of the origin at least - I'm confident I'll take from there! So a Radford Farmhouse, is a house built from a floor plan made by the William A. Radford Architectural Company, right? Just say the word (yes), and I'll start hammering, I mean, take it on gently.
@Auroraskies - Yes! @JojoMOMSTER - the STS approves the cellar plans and asks that the addition to the outhouse be no larger than 6 tiles in any configuration.
@luckyheather no worries about the earthiness, it had a tropical feeling. I am just glad you enjoyed the challenge.

Thanks for accepting my entry @nali272 even though I wasn't able to submit a form. Also for your kind words. The Bond family was too adorable to deny them a reno. They're really photogenic too! It always amazes me how creative and different everyone's builds are.

Re-shingled the roof. Cut down the overgrowth outside and dug out a pond and planted several trees, plants, and flowers. Updated interior spaces, moving the kitchen to the side entrance and the living room to where the kitchen was previously. In addition, the basement was converted into a third bedroom. The former outhouse has been converted to a space for floral arranging, using the flowers from the small garden next to it. Interior was kept to a farmhouse decor where possible. Pictures:

Also: Could you find out from the STS if the cellar can be underpinned then dug out to a full basement?
The outhouse, can a larger room be added on as long as the original shape is maintained?
