  When I think apartments on the beach, I think "1980s Miami"

  Art deco architecture! Neon lights! Beautiful beach views, populated by beautiful Sims! Cuban sandwiches! The return of the Salsa radio station! (And if Maxis wants to dip their feet in some Scarface references with a big, opulent mansion, might I suggest the return of Bert Alto as a townie?)
  
  I would absolutely be down for another coastal town, and double-absolutely down for more apartments.
