    My Mods folder and most of the Sims 4 Folder Disappeared!

    So a while back I accidentally deleted my mods folder and the sims 4 folder. Yes I uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my game and computer, checked the trash, etc. No matter what I do it won't reappear. The Sims 4 folder is back, but the only thing inside it is the tray file, nothing else is there. Is there any way I can fix this? Can somebody please help me with this? I want to download my mods again and save files!

      Have you opened the game to play it, if not try that and see what files are generated.

      Yeah, I've played it a lot since, but it still only shows the tray files.

      I think if you have a broken version still on your computer it will sometimes save the new installation of the game in a different place. I had the same issue and found my entire Sims 4 game was saved as a sub folder inside the Sims 3 game files
