There isn't a skin called Lula. There is a website called Lula Skins that highlights other creators skins. There is a skin provided above by @Sims_4l3gend, called Lola by sims3melchanolic.
Personally I love using Obscurus skins if you're going for a realistic vibe. They have very clean good looking eyelids, skin overlays, lip overlays, nose etc. But for Maxis Match gameplay Luumiasims is where to go.
I can't post pictures, but some of my favorite mods are mouth corners by PralineSims. There are several different versions. They make my Sims look much happier.
Definitely recommend the syrup face overlay by Simemi on tumblr. I use it for literally everyone. Also recommend anything by Heihu on tumblr, their skins look great on Asian sims!
