I think I'm going to make Indian type finger snacks tonight. I have some frozen ready-made potato tikki, and I think I will make some onion bhaji and Bombay potatoes. Fry up some pappadams to go with.

No cooking tonight. We will just snack on whatever we feel like.

The Indian snacks last night were really nice.

Tomorrow night I think I will do veggie burgers with avocado included and perhaps some haloumi in there too.

Carrot and coriander! interesting, that sounds really nice.

I sometimes make a coconut carrot soup that my other half really loves. It's a vegan recipe, and I think it's nice enough, but he just loves it.

    Chicken and balsamic Brussels sprouts.

I was going to use up the last couple sweet potatoes and do fries also but meh. I was lazy and this is plenty of food for one night (well maybe... my hunger level today is ridiculous) Tomorrow I think I'll do mini margherita pizza (well a probably terrible version of, delicious but wrong lol) and sweet potato fries... probably an odd combo but I'm fine with that lol.

One of our regular favourites, paneer butter masala.

Maybe with just naan breads (I have some packaged naan breads that I can use). I don't think I'll bother with rice.

It's leftovers night again, so I have some Indian leftovers and I'm going to make a frittata with them.

Frozen pizza, I'll just add some capsicum and extra cheese.

It's me again folks, having trouble signing in - me, as in PriestessBizarre / PennyDreadPriestess. I have a brand new computer but my (same old) IP can't sign into the forum due to the fact that I personally ask the admins to ban my old account. Unfortunately that has meant I am having trouble even getting to the sign in page in order to sign in with my newer account. Argh.

    First world problems, hey.

    You are having trouble Priestess!
I'm refining my Thai fishcakes tonight, they were good the last time but I know I can make them even better without the lime leaves.

I have two dishes to make with the remaining ingredients I have before next shopping day.

one is an orzo dish (with tomatoes, egg, mozarella) that my other half just loves, and the other is a (vegetarian) cottage pie. Haven't yet decided which one to have tonight. Perhaps the cottage pie, since I can make it any time today and just whack it in the oven at the end of the day when we're ready for dinner. It only needs to bake for about 20 minutes.
