Here is my Sims 4 story about Grand Theft Auto IV featuring Niko, Mallorie & Roman Bellic together with Kate & Packie McReary.
After years of living in Los Santos, Niko with his cousin Roman and his wife Mallorie with the McReary siblings. Kate was resurrected from the dead by the spellcasters and moved to a new home in Evergreen Harbor.
Roman: Well Everyone, our new home.
Niko: That's great. At least we are away from Liberty City.
Niko finally sees Kate McReary finally alive again.
Niko: Hey Kate, I missed you.
Kate: Hey Niko, I'm Glad i came back for you.
Kate: Well, Niko I'm Back!
Niko: Welcome Back, Kate.
Packie: Hey Katie, Missed you my only sister.
Packie: Hey Niko, Long time no see, My friend.
Niko: Hello Packie, Good to see you again since we separated last 2008.
Kate: You boys are so cool.
Roman: Mallorie, At least i fulfilled your wish that we moved to a peaceful place.
Mallorie: Thanks Roman.
Part 2 Coming Up

They went to the therapist to tell their problems in their lives.
Niko: Knock, Knock.
Harold: Come In
Niko: Hello My name is Niko Bellic.
Harold: Harold Clarke IV, Nice to meet you Niko.
Harold: Sorry, My mom is not available so i will be helping you with your problems, Mr. Bellic.
Niko: Okay, No problem.
Harold: I'll change my clothes.
Packie: Hello, I am Patrick McReary. Call me Packie.
Harold: Harold, Nice to meet you, Packie.
Roman: Hello, I am Roman Bellic.
Harold: Harold, Nice to meet you, Roman.
Harold: So Gentlemen, Let's talk about your problems in your life. First is Niko Bellic.
Niko: Thank You, Harold, I used to be a soldier during the Yugoslav Wars after the war, I moved to Liberty City to reunite with my cousin Roman and became an organized crime syndicate and a hired-gun there. I failed to get a stable work for myself.
Harold: Well Niko Thank You for telling the story, What happened in Liberty City?
Niko: I was hired-killer on various people in LC but Dimitri Rascalov wanted me and Roman killed. After i moved to Blaine County, There was a guy named Trevor Philips who wanted me killed and i fled to Los Santos to be with Roman and Packie.
Harold: Oh My, at least you survived. How about, Roman?
Roman: Yeah, what Niko said was true. Meanwhile on my side, I used to live in Yugoslavia and when my mom saved enough money, I used it to go to Liberty City. When in LC, i used to own a taxi depot and i found a love of my life who is now my wife, Mallorie Bardas.
Harold: Nice Roman! How about Packie.
Packie: I used to be part of the McReary Crime Family which i took part in the robbery in Liberty City until i stepped down and i used to be an independent robber in Los Santos.
Harold: That's good for Roman. Niko and Packie needs to do productive work. In case Detective career doesn't work, do Acting and then college.
Packie & Niko: That would be great.

Kate: Hi, I'm Kate McReary.
Maureen: Maureen Clarke, Nice to meet you, Kate
Mallorie: Hello, I am Mallorie Bellic
Maureen: I'm Maureen Clarke. Nice to meet you, Mallorie.

Brianne: Hi, I'm Brianne Clarke. Nice to meet you, Mallorie
Maureen: So ladies, Where do you come from?
Mallorie: I came from Los Santos with Roman, Niko & Packie. But before that, we came from Bohan, Liberty City i was born in Puerto Rico.
Kate: Yeah although i was back from the dead, I came from Dukes, Liberty City with my mother and my brothers.
Brianne: Nice, Is Liberty City was the place of crime, right?
Kate: Yes. It was the place of crime with a lot of crazy Russian Mafia. At least Niko got out the place.
Maureen: That's good.
Niko: Well gents, I think we are ready for a change.
Roman, Packie & Harold: Yahoo!
Harold: Well Everyone, If Everyone want to fall in love, you all need to exercise in the gym. So that everyone will look healthy and attractive too.
Maureen: Agree.
Roman: Why not introduce to new friends?

The gym trainer shows up to train Niko, Kate, Mallorie & Roman.
Niko: Looking Good, Kate.

They still seem to be unavailable. At least on my end.

They went back to Evergreen Harbor, They did workouts first with jogging....
And at home.
Roman and Packie are reading books to learn skills.
Afterwards, Roman and Mallorie are working out.
Then they took turns with Niko and Kate.
Roman calls the maid
Roman: Hello, I would like a request a Maid for a recurring servicem, Please.
Maid: Your request for recurring service is approved right away.
Roman: Thank You.
Kate: Will you be my trainer, Niko?
Niko: Yes, Kate I do.
Niko: Come on, Girl You can do it.
Knox: Hi there, My name is Knox Greenburg. Welcome to Evergreen Harbor. What is your name?
Mallorie: Mallorie Bellic. Nice to meet you, Knox. Come in.
Packie: Hello, My name is Patrick McReary. What is your name anyway?
Knox: Knox Greenburg. I just wanted you to know that you can put garden and upgrade your appliances and green energy sources anytime.
Packie: Thank You, Knox
Kate went on to train Mallorie
Kate: You can do it, Mallorie!
Bess: Hello, I am Bess Sterling. What is your name? Can i come in?

Niko and Kate began exchanging numbers and Kate accepts.

Niko began his first day at work as a police cadet.
Niko: Hello Sir, My name is Niko Bellic.
Lead Detective: Hello, Bellic.
Niko starts his first task.
Niko: Excuse me Madam, Have you seen the evidence?
Ulrike Faust: It's inside, officer.
Niko: Thank You.
Back at the police station, Niko examines the evidence.
Niko: Hello, My name is Niko Bellic.
Lindsey: I'm Lindsey Ness. Nice to meet you, Bellic.
He meets the Police Station Chief.
Police Chief: Hello Niko Bellic. Welcome on your first day.
Niko: Hello Chief. Thank You.
Police Chief: Niko, I heard you are having difficulties with solving cases. Is there anything that i can help you?
Niko: Well, I tried my best to make this case solved.
Police Chief: Well, i supposed you do better next time.
Niko: Anytime, Chief.
Kate: Hey Niko, How's work?
Niko: Still Improving. Trying to be better.
Part 12 Coming Up
Niko: Hey Packie, How's work?
Packie: Just Fine, Niko. Thanks for asking.
Niko & Kate played chess together.
Then Niko gets his new task, to look for unruly citizens and caught one.
Niko:You there, i will issue you a ticket for your misdemeanor in public.
Niko: Hello, My name is Niko Bellic.
Angela: I'm Angela Pleasant. Hi Niko.
Chief: You did a good job today, Bellic.
Niko: Thanks, Chief.
Part 13 Coming Up
Days later, Niko realized that working in the police did not work well, So he quits to find opportunities.
Kate: Hey Niko, How are you doing?
Niko: I quit as a police. Because i realized that i did not work well. So i need to find a better job.
Kate: Aww, It's okay, You can work as an actor. Wanna go on a date with me?
Niko: Yes, Kate we can do that.
Kate & Niko goes on a date.
Niko: Table for two, please.
Host: Your table is ready, Sir.
Niko: Thank You.
Niko: Kate, Thank you for helping me grow.
Kate: My pleasure, Niko and Thank You for the date.
Niko: We're just getting started.
Waitress: Hello, What will you be ordering?
Niko: We will be ordering two burgers and two lemonades, please.
Kate: Love You, Niko

Niko: Feeling Good, Kate?
Kate: Yes Niko.
Then, they went to the bar and had fun too.
Niko: Kate, this date is so great.
Kate: Yeah better than in Liberty City.
Niko: I love You Always and Forever, Kate.
Packie: How's the date, Katie?
Kate: Great!

Niko and Packie played chess together.
While Kate learns more skills.
Knox: Hi there, My name is Knox Greenburg.
Roman: Hello, My name is Roman Bellic. Nice to meet you, Knox.
Knox: There is a Neighborhood Action Plan that you can upgrade your appliances into Eco-Friendly.
Roman: Thanks Knox.
The next day, Tina Tinker visits the house.
Packie: Wanna come in?
Tina: Yes. I can come in.
Packie: By the way, I am Patrick McReary. Call me Packie.
Tina: Tina Tinker, Nice to meet you, Packie.
Tina: Hi, I'm Tina Tinker. What is your name?
Niko: Hello, I am Niko Bellic. Nice to meet you, Tina.
Harold: Hi, My name is Harold Clarke. What is your name?
Kate: Kate McReary. Nice to meet you, Harold.
Harold: How's Niko So far?
Kate: Niko and Packie had difficulties in work in the Police so they decided to be in the acting career.
Harold: Hello, my Name is Harold Clarke. What is your name?
Mallorie: Mallorie Bellic. Nice to meet you.
Harold: How's your life with yourself and Roman?
Mallorie: Still adjusting. We are doing our best to make this change and get ourselves a job.
Harold: Good to hear.

Roman and Packie plays the chess.

Roman: Nothing Packie. It's the same.
Packie: Good.
Niko: Kate, I finished my last day at work as a policeman so that i can start working in acting career.
Kate: Good. I'm glad you realized your flaws.
Roman: You did the right thing, Cousin.
Niko: Love you, Roman.
Kate: How's work, Packie. Did you finish your last day as a policeman as what Niko did?
Packie: Same with Niko, I finally ended my stint as a police officer. Because it was so difficult.
So Niko practices acting.....
and Performs a scene.
Niko: Thank You.

Niko starts his first day as an actor by practicing the lines.
Romeo: Hello I am Romeo Groves. Ready for your grooming for the shooting?
Niko: Hi Romeo, My name is Niko Bellic. Yes i am ready.
Romeo: Please get in the chair.
Romeo: Well, here's your look for the shoot.
Niko later wears the props for the shooting.
Niko: Hi my Name is Niko Bellic.
Producer: Hello Niko
Director: Hi you must be Niko Bellic.
Niko: Hello Sir, Yes I'm Niko Bellic. Nice to meet you.
Niko: Sir, I am ready to perform.
Director: Great. Let's do it!
Niko performs for the first time.
Director: Come on Niko, You can do it.
Director: Good job, Niko. That's a wrap!

The group went on to Newcrest
Roman: Come on friends, Let's have a hot chocolate drink.
Roman: Seven Hot Chocolate Drinks, Please.

Niko: Good. My performance as an actor went well.
Roman: Proud of you, Cousin.
Then everyone visits the house to meet new friends.
Packie: Hello, My name is Patrick McReary. Nice to meet you.
Letty: My name is Leticia, Nice to meet you. Call me Letty.
Packie: Do you have a daughter who is single?
Letty: Who, Clare or Kara?
Packie: I prefer Clare.
Letty: She's there by the dining room.
Packie: Hello, My name is Packie.
Clare: Hi I'm Clare. Nice to meet you, Packie.
Clare: So, what have you been doing, Packie?
Packie: Well i moved away from a life of a robber to the life of fame.
Clare: That's great!
Kara: Hello, What's your name? I'm Kara!
Roman: Roman Bellic. Hi Kara, Nice to meet you.
Packie: So Clare, Wanna come to the nightclub with us?
Clare: Sure
Then Clare with Packie and his friends went to the nightclub
Niko: Hi, My name is Niko Bellic. Nice to meet you.
Clare: My name is Clare. Nice to meet you.
Kate: Hi, you've met my brother Packie right? My name is Kate McReary. Nice to meet you.
Clare: Hi, I'm Clare. Nice to meet you, Kate.

Packie: Police Job was hard, so i'm thinking of joining Niko and Kate in the acting career.
Brianne: That's great.
Kate: Hey Maureen!
Maureen: Kate! Great to see you.
Then they did a dance
Niko: Hi i am Niko Bellic.
Maureen: Hello, I'm Maureen Clarke. Nice to meet you, Niko
Packie joins his sister in the acting career.
Kate begins performing a scene in front of the household.
Kate: Come around. I have a scene to perform.
Kate: Thank You
Then Niko joins Kate in making a romantic scene.
Niko & Kate: Thank You!
Mallorie: Roman, I think i love Kate & Niko's performance on scenes.
Roman: I agree, Mallorie.
Kate: That was great, Niko.
Niko: Thanks Kate.

Romeo: Niko, Ready for a commercial shoot?
Niko: Absolutely
Producer: Hey Niko! You're just in time!
Niko: Thanks.
Director: Are you ready, Niko?
Niko: Yeah, I'm ready.
Valerie: Good Luck, Niko.
Niko: Thanks
Niko starts his commercial shoot....and he did it well.
Director: And, It's a Wrap!
Assistant Director: Great Job Niko!
Niko: Thanks
Niko: Goodbye!

Roman also joins the acting career by practicing lines for a gig.
As Kate starts her first day of her acting career.
Kate: Hello, I'm Kate McReary, nice to meet you.
Cameraman: Hi Kate. Welcome on your first day, Good Luck!
Romeo: Hi Kate, Your voice when it comes to reading lines is very clear. I love it! I'm Romeo
Kate: Thanks, I'm Kate McReary.
Romeo: Alright, Let's put your wig
Romeo: Alright, Cover your eyes please.
After placing her wig, Kate went on to wardrobe for her props.
Kate: No, no. No. Not this one.
Wardrobe Stylist: My fault, Sorry Ms. McReary.
Director: Hi Kate, How are You?
Kate: Hello, I'm great.
Kate: I'm ready to perform here.
Director: Alright Kate, Let's Get Going!
Kate starts doing a scene.
