    Why Can't I Repair Computers? (University Pack)

    I've noticed I can't repair the computers in the library of the universities and not even be able to call for a repair. I have to go into build mode to change the computers once they're broken.

      I don't know why we can't repair the computers at the Laurel Library but fixing them is pretty easy. Just go to another lot and come back.
