Fairy godmothers have good taste in clothes, real godmothers however often get it wrong. Shanice received a hat and sunglasses from her godmother. Though it did fit her style, it looked aweful. She kind of liked it though.

Her sorority sisters intervened and called the fashion police. After the makeover even Shanice had to admit she looked much better! Her new style better reflected her love for patters, and hats but then with more style. The fashion police decided the had was actually not that bad if you take a closer look, so that one didn't have to be returned to sender! But the glasses couldn't be rexcued, they had to go

If you are joining for fun then poses are ok I just really want to encourage more people to remember the Maxis fav process and please try to create without poses for my challenges and other reasons too. As an active Maxis nominator, some weeks it's really difficult for me to find a creative household to nominate because so many people use poses now.

Part 1 Juniper Cliff is a big time drag queen in San Myshuno. Comedian, designer. AND performs the house down, it's no wonder she got cast on the hit drag competition, DuVaul's Drag Race! To celebrate, her friends sent her five designer fits to help her in the show! But when she unpacked, she was gooped. "What are these Party City garments?!" Without five outfits for the runway, now she has to sew five all new outfits in two days, or it's "sashay away" for her!
Part 2 As it turns out, her friends sent her the wrong package. Those were actually party supplies for when she wins DuVaul's Drag Race. And yes they were from Party City. Her friends promptly sent the real gift. The REAL deal. Five glamorous pantsuits and then some! Juniper gladly returned the party supplies for her party. Now she can focus on making sure she shantays, stays, and SLAYS.
So totally LOVIN' everything wildly wacky & beautifully interesting over here!

Hi, everyone I quote @Amuni50 post's image because I saw in gallery some images (I guess with custom poses) that got this sort of display coming out... I was wondering why this happens: I mean I've seen other creations with custom poses (including some of mine) that show up 100% correctly ... π ... so I guess it is not directly connected with custom poses... right?
@FrankieDanySIMS ~ I think this broken image happens with no poses too. I'm not really sure what causes it but I've seen it happen in other places like Twitter. I chalk it up to glitches

Imagine: A fanciful Valentine Gala .. it's THE event of the year for sims far and near! Guests in attendance are dressed to impress as they plan to spend their hard earned simoleons on the absolute best auction "items". Now, here's where you all come in!
Your challenge:
You will create the perfect charity auction "date". Consider all of the factors that make up the date of your dreams. While a date typically equates to love and romance which certainly would be fitting. Feel free to open your imaginations to give a chance to other definitions of this word. A great auction date could be focused on love, career, friendship, skill-building, fame, mentoring and so much more. Let your creativity soar! π
Please include the hashtag #GLovelysQCC when you share your entry "date" for auction to the gallery. ENDS ~ SUNDAY 2/14 at 6:00 PM EST ~ However, it's very helpful to share your creations early so I can have some households full of aweSIM creativity to nominate for a Maxis Fav!
Rules:
Your description should detail the auction date that guests (all of us) will bid on during the auction week (see important note below)!
Make sure your household (1-8 sims) is dressed (all outfits) according to the date you are presenting to auction.
Make sure your sims 1st outfits especially shine with top of the line designs.
NoCC and no defaults (defaults replace the original Maxis skin/eyes but are not officially tagged as CC).
For fairness, please only use Maxis poses. Custom posed entries are permitted as "just for fun" entries only. Posed entries do not have an opportunity to earn a Maxis nomination or fav. In addition, posed entries would not qualify for prize round challenges.
Re-uploaded entries, in other words entries copied from other simmers creations, will be disqualified.
Have a blast creating for our forum and gallery friends!

Once the Gala date arrives, you're all going to be in charge of who wins the prize! Beginning Monday 2/15, please go to each Maxis posed entry and place your bid in the comment section.
