Meanwhile there's an excellent and up to date mod that i'm using: whimsoverhaul. I can't remember the exact nickname of the modder but it's that one that has it's page in both german and english (if that helps 😅)
The ability to buy the Paranormal Investigator is because some people would just want the job, and no haunting at night. It's 'expensive' because that's not the way you're meant to play the game.

Well, at least holidays give 500 points if you get full complete, and 250 if partial. Minor holidays give 100.

That is always a problem for me when I am looking forward to the new stuff. I have too many ideas on how I want to play with it and no ideas with how I want to play with the other stuff until I get it.

well, if you play the haunted house you get satisfaction points for each hunted night you "survive", so....
So 6pm GMT, 7pm CET for us European players! Just in time for after work simming...
