Hey all. Been stalking for weeks without posting. Hope everyone was able to enjoy their holidays. I know I am looking forward to a new, brighter year. We've had two losses in the family recently. One was my niece's ex-husband. He was only 50. We are still waiting on the coroner's report. It made for a very difficult holiday for his children, but they got through. God bless them. The other was my uncle who died of Covid two days ago. On the up side, he was 98 and had lived a good life. He was a wonderful, bright person who always lit up the room. I will miss them both. But, just like the young ones, we carry on. Right?
Final note, I am waiting to hear back on financing what would be my first home! I so hope I am approved. If so I will travel from Rhode Island to Florida next month to hopefully buy a home. Please think positive thoughts. I will let you know how it works out. Even if not, at least I will ask the finance company what I need to do to make it happen in the (hopefully) near future.

@Jude525 - A long time ago, before L shaped stairs were introduced in Sims 3, I tried to recreate my house but was unable. It was also hard because I have a sunken family room off of my kitchen. I know if I learned sims 3 constrain floor elevation cheat, I could probably create a sunken room. That is another back burner project of mine.

Comments
Final note, I am waiting to hear back on financing what would be my first home! I so hope I am approved. If so I will travel from Rhode Island to Florida next month to hopefully buy a home. Please think positive thoughts. I will let you know how it works out. Even if not, at least I will ask the finance company what I need to do to make it happen in the (hopefully) near future.

@Jude525 - A long time ago, before L shaped stairs were introduced in Sims 3, I tried to recreate my house but was unable. It was also hard because I have a sunken family room off of my kitchen. I know if I learned sims 3 constrain floor elevation cheat, I could probably create a sunken room. That is another back burner project of mine.
