Welcome to Newcrest! | Building Competition

edited November 2016 in The Sims 4 Lots
Hi! This is a new building competition all centred around Newcrest, a town in TS4.
The competition is to build different homes/community lots to fill the many empty plots in Newcrest.

I will enclose a list of plots/requirements.
Comment if you would like one, I am thinking maybe 5 to a plot, the best one wins? Okay, I am a bit unsure about that.

Oh and make sure you create the sims who will fill the homes as well! I enjoy seeing how quirky they can be when people can use their imaginations!!! Extra points!

Oh and if anyone wants to guest judge on any of the bigger plots (I suck at large houses, thus I would not be the best to judge) just say so! :) Looking forward to what everyone creates :) *Hopes that someone will respond.*

Anyway...

Here's my entry for Oak Alcove.

It costs §8,900 (or something lol). It has 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom.

I'm well up for this, although can I enter all of the builds, or only one? I've just done the two first plots - the starters, but yet to take some pictures!

Your entry for Oak Alcove looks great! @sutivirus12 :) Very nice exterior of the home and the layout of the interior looks very nice. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa there having a read of a book. Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in through the windows whilst dining at the table.
It is very nice starter :)

I've been in and out for the last year or so...this sounds like a fun challenge. It seems I have missed the boat, however. Anyone at all still interested in this?
