There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, living and dining rooms, study, piano and games rooms plus art studio in the loft. Rear garden includes bbq, hot tub and kids play area
Goldenheart is a very lovely family Christmas home! The exterior design is very beautiful! Very nice stone textured walls and the lights on the walls are very pretty! The Christmas trees beds in the front area and the floor lights on the path edges are lovely! Pretty flowers on the edges of the steps! Very lovely festive furnishing of the interior! The open plan layout of the kitchen,dining and living room area is very nice! Very nice stone texture of the walls and the green colour scheme is lovely! Very nice windows nook area to have fun playing chess. The sofa and armchairs tv watching area with the festive fireplace is lovely! The duck statue is sweet! The log candles are pretty on the fireplace ledge. Very nice windows dining area! The candles on the table, festive patterned dining table and Christmas tree in the corner are lovely! The strings of snowflakes on the walls are pretty! The furnishings, layout and colour of each of the bedrooms is lovely! Sims will have fun playing games and listening to stereo music in the gaming room. Very lovely piano room! Sims will enjoy playing piano music or sit resting on the sofa enjoying listening.Very nice loft art room! The art decor there is great! Sims will enjoy painting on the easel.The outdoors areas are lovely! Very nice kids play area and great hot tub nook. Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq and dining outdoors in the air.

This is house number 11 for The Drifter Challenge, a farmhouse style contemporary family home built on the Umbrage Manor lot in Willow Creek. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, living and dining rooms plus large rear garden comprising bbq deck, lounge area, bar, dj booth, dancing, swimming pool and kids play area
Maple Leaves is a lovely farmhouse style family home! The exterior design, white colour, wall texture and the pretty flowers in the front garden area are very lovely! Very nice furnishing of the interior and the open plan layout of the kitchen, living and dining room is great! The wood texture of the furniture is very nice. Lovely sofa and armchairs sitting area for sims to enjoy watching tv together as a family. The windows study desk area is very nice to use the computer in the sunlight. The patterned rugs are pretty under the coffee and dining tables. Very lovely furnishing of the bedrooms! Each of them are lovely! The corner book nook reading area in the toddlers room with the cute animal chairs is very sweet! Very nice black and white colours of the master bedroom. The rear deck area is lovely! Sims will enjoy cooking meals there on the bbq and eating the food in the outdoors area at the umbrella covered table or have fun playing chess. The outdoors lounge area is a very nice area to sit and chat, and the curved platformed bar pergola patio is very great! Sims will have fun dancing to the dj booth music on the dance floor. Very nice swimming pool, loungers and kids play equipment area!

Stoneleigh is a lovely Mediterranean family home! The exterior design, stone textured walls, and arch windows are very nice! The cactuses are nice, and sims will enjoy playing the guitar in the front garden area. The interior furnishings and open plan layout are very lovely! The windows alcove living room is a lovely light filled area for sims to enjoy chatting and reading books. The animal chair is cute for kids to sit on! Very lovely dining area! The wood texture of the chairs is nice, and the nearby sunflowers are sunny to look at whilst dining. Sims will enjoy using the laptop on the table. Very lovely furnishing, layout and colour scheme of each bedroom! The teddy in the toddler room is cute! The kids will have fun playing with the dollhouse. The guitar patterned bed in the teen room is nice. The outdoors bbq and dining patio is lovely! Sims will enjoy cooking and dining there at the umbrella covered table. Very nice fenced pool area with poolside loungers for sims to enjoy relaxing on.

Belle Apres is a great looking Asian styled home, love the architecture. And the open shelved cabinets in the kitchen were a great choice for that style.
I think I already commented on the Vesper, but do have to say that I'm really liking all the outdoor space and the way you laid it all out.
Dreamcatcher (again, another great name) looks fabulous and like the open layout that you did on the main level. And including a high chair in the outdoor dining space was a nice touch, I've never thought to do that, lol.
Goldenheart is gorgeous with all the Christmas decor inside and out and has great landscaping. And Maple Leaves has great architecture too with interesting exterior walls with the scalloped shingles and the white wood. Great backyard too!
I've always liked Mediterranean styled homes, and Stoneleigh is a cutie. Great authentic looking touches throughout.

There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, living and dining rooms plus study nook. The garage has been converted into a games room and there is a separate guest lodge. Large rear garden with swimming pool, bbq dining, kids play area and more
Rose D’Or is a very lovely Mediterranean home! The exterior design, stone texture, arch windows are very nice! The design with the archways through the backyard are looks very great! Very nice backyard area! The pool, outdoors dining and kids play areas are very nice for sims to enjoy spending time outdoors in the sunshine. The open plan layout of the kitchen, living and dining room and the furnishing of each area is very nice! The designs of the bedrooms are lovely! It is great that there is a guest lodge and the furnishings used are very nice.
