    I didn't really know where to put this, but this is my attempt at a Noir style edit.

    Something doesn't look right about this but I can't figure out what.

      It looks pretty good to me! Maybe the background is just too dark since it's totally black that it looks a bit off? Or maybe you could frame it in such a way that the car is at the 1/3rd mark of the frame, so just shift it a bit too the left.
