Yay! Lot's of awesome new uploads! Time for me to catch up :joy: First off, they all get an awesome from me! ^_^

The Laguna Pirates are a great looking pirate family! They all look very seasoned and very much look the part! Nice outfits for all of them and awesome presentation the way you laid out all their pics!

The Zarate Brothers look so cool! They look really rough and tough and it's even more cool that they are hybrids as well! Awesome outfits for them!

The Aponte Pirates!! look awesomely mean! I love the crazy story you came up for them! You could write a novel based around that :joy: Was any of it inspired from Pirates of the Caribbean or perhaps the base game story of Princess Cordelia?

Base Game Pirate Ship is monstrously amazing! What a massive honking ship! There isn't a lot big enough to house that puppy except a 64x64 and even then it barely fits! :joy: Fantastic work on the island and all the underwater decor! Killer kitchen and study area! Super cute kids' room! Love how you used the dragon carving for a figurehead! Amazing work on this!

You two pirate crews look so amazing! Again, you did an awesome job presenting them all with the layout you made! They all look so original and unique with fantastic wardrobes! Great work!

Really love your Hiddleston family! I didn't know you had a thing for the god of mischief! :joy: Great choice! You/your simself is very beautiful! Nice to meet you sweetie! I'm sure your simself is laughing at you that she gets to enjoy her life with her favorite star :joy: Loki jr. is a great looking kid! Amazing work on this fantasy family of yours! If I ever run into Tom irl, I'll be sure to tell him about you and your little crush :joy::heart:

For my next showcase it seems only fitting to show the very first S4 boat build i did that sparked the idea for my pirate series in the first place. This build was done for the first sparked challenge and it was wedding destinations of which you had a few set themes to choose from. The themes you could build was 1 of these: Beach, Jungle, Rustic, Spooky, Desert/Casino. Not having many packs at the time i was mainly stuck to doing the Jungle one effectively. I did 2 build entries 1 jungle and 1 beach. The beach one was the hardest of the 2 so i opted for doing a cruise ship docked at a beach type area. Looking back on it now it looks a little odd as i was trying to make a white sailboat originally but below is what it turned out as! :joy: I called it Weddings Afloat too which i thought was quite a clever name for me to use lol. So here we are:

The next build i did was the Jungle wedding theme. The gallery pics hide this builds main feature which is a waterfall as the backdrop for the wedding altar! Wasn't amused with the pics so i'm really pleased i can show it off better here! Here it is:

It kinda looks like the steamships that used to run up and down the Mississippi and other major rivers in the U.S. As always, really great work resulting in a beautiful ship. :)

I find it interesting that spooky was a theme for a destination wedding lol. :o:p

Thanks for your support as always my friends @WintersEdge22 & @luvdasims55.

Lol Kayleigh please don't you start i've already had one friend mention writing a story on them! :joy: I want to but at same time i'm rubbish at writing and no the inspiration didn't come from The Pirates of the Caribbean or the base game story of Princess Cordelia. Believe it or not it was all made up based on their whims and ofc who they met first ect in my game! Then i added the bad guy element with adding the Aponte's lol.

Thanks for pointing out my new style presentation of my household pics your the 1st to do so and they was a lot of hard work and effort that probs wasn't needed but hey i wanted a way of showing them better! :joy: Lol @ The Zarate bros look really rough and tough! Erwin is tough but not so rough and Eli well he just turned out into a bad boi as i wanted him to stay with Shay originally! Glad you like all my crazy chars though so thanks. As for the base game ship it actually fits on a 50x50 lot which is what it was built on but if you have a 64x64 lot then best place it on the bigger one lol.

My Hiddleston household humm where to start well that would be the fact of "yes ofc I have a thing for the God of Mischief did you expect anything else knowing me? rofl Though i am jelly of my simself :bawling: yeah best not go into that and thanks for the thought if you ever do bump into the real Tom. ;) Thank you glad you like her now all we need is for you to make your simself hehe. Thanks for your lovely & funny comments as always dear :D<3

@luvdasims55 Does it really? I never thought of that but then again i only know what a handful of UK ships ect looked like tbh never mind US ones but thanks for complimenting my build she holds a special place in my S4 building so it means a lot to me. Yeah but then again not all weddings are the stereotype ones we all know since some people opt for things like a goth theme ect so i can kinda see how that could fit in too. :joy: As always thanks for your great comments and support too my friend :)

Weddings Afloat and Jungle Waterfall Wedding are both very beautiful locations for Sims to get married at! :) They are very detailed and lovely venues! It is very nice that in Weddings Afloat sims can get married and have their reception either indoors or outside. The heart pool is pretty! Very lovely exterior design of the ship, and the white colour scheme is beautiful! Very pretty string lantern lights around the outdoors reception area! The indoors wedding and reception areas are very beautiful also!
The waterfall in the jungle is very beautifully lovely! The design of the build is great! Very nice wood texture of the furnishings and the gazebos and step pathways are very nice! The wedding arch area on the deck in the pond is lovely! Very nice wood seating for sims to enjoy watching the wedding. The music gazebo is lovely! The red roses are pretty on the reception tables.
They are very lovely builds! :)

Thank you very much for your lovely words and continued support on my creations @rosemow. :) It's so great how you always point out all the intricate details too which i often forget to mention in my intros :joy: and i can't thank you enough for that too! <3 Glad you like my builds i love them both for different reasons. My ship one because it's my first ship build but sparked off a really unexpected but fun project as i've previously said. The jungle one i love the waterfall and the natural atmosphere of this build. It blends in better than i thought i could get it to do so really happy with how they both turned out especially since they was both late entries too so a little rushed i have to admit.

Weddings Afloat and Jungle Waterfall Wedding are both very dreamy destinations to tie our Sims' knots in, @Shaymantha. The boat did not have to be all white but I'm glad that you made the conscious decision to make it so. It looks really romantic with the gold wrought iron details of the fence. I also love the vintage paddleboat feel it has (as @luvdasims55 has brought up). It is nice that Sims can stay overnight with full amenities as if they really are on a cruise. The same can also be said for your jungle venue. The waterfall, lily pond, and greeneries are all very easy on the eyes with the woods and stones. The sounds they would make would be very relaxing. These wonderful places to hold weddings. <3

Thanks for popping by my friend and nice words on my venues @orenjiAi. Knew you'd like the "white" used on the ship build (guess i had a sudden LV moment too) :joy: for once no other colour seemed the right fit for me! Though thanks to yours and @luvdasims55's comments on the paddle boat feel, i kinda wish i'd have done one instead of trying to do a sailboat now lol. As for the jungle one yeah it be really peaceful and relaxing (great for easing those wedding jitters!) ;) They didn't get far in sparked but i'm happy to see them getting some <3 now here and also the gallery at last! Oh well there's always next time since i didn't manage to get the golden age one either but did better with that one. Plus having fun just by taking part is the important thing ofc and i did enjoy taking part. I got a better reward anyways from the golden age one as i made lots of new friends instead!

Thank you both @rosemow & @luvdasims55 for popping by and more of your kind words on my smaller builds too.

Glad you like and pointed out my little coat and shoe rack nook Rosey, i was experimenting with that part as didn't like all the clutter near the front entrance and i was thinking to myself where on earth can i put it as didn't want it in the way in the kitchen too! Great to hear the exterior is loved as well since i wanted it to have a little bit of a magical look to it as it's a build i did for my spellcasters. Parkway is actually based off my parents house which is a semi detached house. The room and kitchen look almost like theirs too and i bet they would say the same if they saw that build lol. Classy Casa was a good experimentation build that i was proud of the outcome so it avoided the nano can hehe. :joy:

Aww thanks Bernie the windows come with the Ream Of Magic pack and i love stained glass windows in rl too! ;):)

Sorry for commenting late. This site isn’t very mobile-friendly so it took some time to load everything. That and I was eating lol. Glimmerbrook palace is a nice whimsical build. I love that the cauldron is in the kitchen so Sims can not only brew potions in it but some tasty mac and cheese as well. Ohhh...Now I’m craving for some mac and cheese. And I just ate too.

Parkway looks like a realistic semi-detached house except that it’s actually one big house. Lol you got me there! The sims that live there really seem to have invested in their bedroom seeing how decorated it is compared to the common rooms. Lol but I honestly am quite fond of how simple the living room and kitchen look

Classy Casa reminds me of those flipped houses on Zillow. It seems like an old build that got renovated to include luxurious amenities like a pool and basketball court. :)

Hey @orenjiAi no need for sorry & thanks for popping by and giving your support too.

I'm sorry that Glimmerbrook Place has made you get cravings now! lol :joy:

Parkway would have been a very small box and the exterior would have looked odd to me if i didn't add the "neighbours" half on too so i just adapted it to have bigger rooms instead! The living room is quite plain on the walls cos when i had my sims there they had family portraits up (leveling photography skill) and when i took them down i forgot to put some other pics up lol!

Well Classy Casa is a reno it was actually Cacti Casa from Oasis springs originally but i forgot to mention oops! :joy:

Hi @Shaymantha I see lots of lovely builds appearing in your thread and I must admit I love the Wedding venues best as I enjoy doing community lots myself. Weddings Afloat is a brilliant idea and looks great! The beach has so much going on and so pretty too, <3 love the colours you used. Also its so wonderful to see underwater decorated too it makes it more realistic. I like the white ship btw and inside is gorgeous on every level, such a beautiful place for a wedding and after reception party. Great idea to have bedrooms so anyone can stay there overnight and with the Rental ability coming that will make a great Hotel! ;)

Oooh a Jungle Waterfall Wedding! :o<3 Its a fantastic place to have a Wedding I can imagine the sounds of the waterfall and a piano being played while the newlyweds and guests dance out in the warm Jungle air...yes mind wandering I love the levels you created and the wonderful shapes of the walkways and rooms. Great having a big kitchen too so fantastic food can be prepared for the wedding. Love that kitchen and all the warm wood tones. <3

Great builds my friend and it so good you can show them off in your own thread, sorry for not commenting on them all, I ramble on and my mind wanders Lol I would be here hours :D All your creations are so unique and I love that about your builds...by the way <3:)

Lol :joy: Glad to hear you like my underwater parts too was hoping people would and not find it weird of me putting alien plants ect down there hahahaha. Yeah my jungle kitchen is a nice change from my usual stuff just wish there was a better fridge ect in that colour too! Thanks for telling me what you like about my builds it's nice to know what people like about them so ramble away all you like.:D I didn't know you thought of my builds that way too and i'm humbled and honored that you think of my creations so highly and i really appreciate that thank you. :open_mouth::blush:<3

As i've now hit my 100+ follower milestone i made this as a thank you. It's a retail lot and has a few shops in consisting of a clothes shop (pretending to be a Louis Vuitton shop), a music shop, a toy shop and a tiny cafe. This is my first attempt at a retail lot build as i used the pre mades before in gameplay, guess i was being lazy lol. I renovated my own London Bus build and made a much improved version plus i made an open top bus to go with it too  I even added a underground train station so you could say i went all out again! :joy: I can't take credit for the "mall shell" since it's been renovated with permission from my good friend @orenjiAi's Fashion Police Station build, in Kev's own words "they went bankrupt so they had to rent a less showy station because they kept on giving Gucci and Prada to the townies!" lol. You can download his build Here. The garden art used was by another good friend of mine @WintersEdge22 though one i had to adapt a little cos i didn't have the pack it uses for the flowers! Here you can find her her version on her showcase Here and on her gallery here. I used the same lettering from @Takissis as i did on my first bus build, here they are on her Gallery and to download here. The Light Art used in this build was by Mag6002 and Neiti-Winter. The Christmas paintings also by Mag6002 as i put Christmas decor in it too with not doing any builds for Halloween.
