Looking for a Cacti Casa replacement - any suggestions?

My sim lives in Willow Creek, but (this is so weird talking like this lol) my sim's main friends are the roommates in Oasis Springs.
I suck at building... I'd love to have my sim move into a new house, but I haven't found one I like.. so my next thought was to replace the one in OS that the roommates live in. So I'd need a 4 BR house like theirs. I've renovated their house already... which works... but it's been a while and I wouldn't mind a new house to move them all in to.
Does anyone have a renovated house, or know of a pretty nice one on the gallery? I don't mind using some CC in the build - but I don't want to have to search the web for 100 items.
